Chapter 425 – The Loser’s Punishnt
"Are you alright?" Jackson asked in a worried tone when he got to where she sat. He squats in front of her.
"I guessed I am a bit tired because we have been standing for almost an hour now. Apart from being slightly tired I am fine," Jasmine said as she smiled at him.
"I am happy to know that you are ok and I am even happier because you won the challenge earlier," Jackson smiles broadly as he raises his hands and pats her face.
The two paid no attention to what was going on at the pool table.
"I am happy as long as you are happy," Jasmine said, beaming at him.
anwhile, at the pool table, Evelyn who had finally co up with a perfect punishnt to ask as a reward from the proud guy lowered her gaze at the guy.
"I saw you giving your cell phone earlier to that guy to video the ga…,"
"What does that have to do with the reward you are supposed to ask from ?" The guy asked looking very flustered. He could not believe soone actually saw what he did earlier.
"I am rich. I can give you any amount of money you want…,"
"And do I look poor to you? Does it look like I am lacking money?" Evelyn snapped rudely.
"What I want from you is neither money nor power but I want you to upload the video in which you ask the guy to video. You will upload it on all your social dia with the words 'I am the proud fool and sour loser of all ti' underneath it…,"
"What! You are kidding right?" The guy asked with trembling hands.
He was a rich man with so many friends. He is prideful so how could he bring himself to make such an embarrassing incident public.
"Does it look like I am joking to you?" Evelyn asked coldly.
"I am sure you would have done the sa thing if she was the loser so I hope you have fun experiencing the sa treatnt you wanted to give her," Alfred said. Before the guy whom Evelyn pointed to could escape, Steve and Jeff held him. They collected the phone from his hand.
The two of them gave the cell phone back to the guy who lost the ga and ordered him to do what he had promised.
With the onlookers on their side, the guy had no choice but to do as Evelyn wanted.
"I hope you have learned your lesson after today's incident. Don't go around looking down on others," Catherine said firmly. She and the others went to et Jackson and Jasmine.
"So what ga should we play next?" Jasmine asked when everyone has gathered around her.
"Let's play monopoly ga," Elizabeth blurted out. Since everyone had no objection to the ga Elizabeth suggested, they decided to play the ga she wanted.
"Jasmine, I hope you are not also a pro in monopoly ga right?" Jeff asked before they could start the ga.
"Are you scared I will eat all your money until you are bankrupted?" Jasmine said with a smile.
"Although I am very good in monopoly ga Jasmine is better than in that," Elizabeth revealed with smiles.
"My father thought us how to play monopoly and chess gas. Jasmine won father in these two gas when she turned sixteen years…,"
"OMG!" Evelyn remarked in astonishnt.
"She won a few national and international awards in chess and a few other gas when we were in high school and university…,"
"That ans she is better than all of us here in these gas. And that is not fair," Steve complained bitterly.
"I am good in gas because the tis you all spent studying your books and attending so many lessons in the past I spent them playing gas and honing my gaming skills. I am might be good at playing gas but I am sure I can't compete with all of you in Academics so there is no need to feel so sad about it," Jasmine said with smiles.
In the past each ti she was sent to her grandmother's place she always spent her days playing gas in the gaming room her grandmother set up for her.
Gaming was one of the reasons she is always excited each ti she is chased to her grandmother's place.
Her grandmother did indulge her a lot but she always advise her and made sure she didn't go astray.
In exchange for buying her latest gas and gaming capsules, she promised her grandmother to study hard and her grandmother always made sure she kept the promise she made to her.
"There's no need to say that to comfort us, hehe…," Evelyn said with smiles.
"Let's play the ga. Just know we won't go easy on you," Jeff said playfully, his words and huge sense of humour causing everyone to laugh.
The eight friends spent a total of three hours there before they left the gaming house. They went to one of the popular restaurants to have their dinner.
In the restaurant, the eight friends were taken to the third floor. Their table was beside the glass walls. From where they sat, they watch the beautiful night scenery of the city.
"Jasmine do you know why neither I nor any of the guys scolded or nagged you for disappearing for a month without keeping in touch with us during that period?" Evelyn asked the lady whose chair happened to be the one in front of her.
"No. I was surprised earlier when none of you ntioned the incident of my disappearance throughout the day. Was there perhaps a special reason attached to why all of you acted that way?" Jasmine asked anxiously. Her eyes darted from one person to the other.
"That is because you looked good when we saw you. You didn't look haggard like soone heartbroken for a long ti. Everything about you showed that you ate and slept well in this month you were not in touch and this gladdens our heart….,"
"What Evelyn is trying to say is that you didn't look starved or heartbroken. It looked like you didn't miss JK…,"

It's a new month and ti for goals but I don't feel like setting goals this month. The last two months goals were not reached so I feel discouraged to set any goals.
Although I didn't set any goals I promise that as long as we reached a certain number of GOLDEN TICKETS that makes happy, I will give a mass release.
Also, I promise that as long as we surpass last month number of privileged buyers and privileged chapters unlocked I will give a mass release of 12 chapters. Don't worry, this 12 chapters mass release is not related to GOLDEN TICKET I talked about earlier.
I have stated the conditions for mass release this February so what are you waiting for instead of buying privileged chapters and giving my book all your GOLDEN TICKETS?
