Just as many people on the internet have lanted, these colossal enterprises are like independent kingdoms, with their own organizations, where employees can spend their entire lives from birth to death within the industry owned by the company. If it weren't for the need to join the federal market and thereby compromise so of their powers, these ga-corporations would be like the feudal lords of ancient tis, difficult for outsiders to interfere with or regulate.

In a corner of the classroom, Tilan sat in the back, focused and quickly working through problems, then filling in answers one by one followed by checking and scoring herself, revisiting any questions she got wrong.
