"The mountain rain is coming..." Tilan’s fingers lightly brushed past the strands of hair near her ear.

"We need to head to the Sigma chanical Council as soon as possible, before Prin’s envoy arrives."

"Understood, Lady Tilan." The maid looked up and then activated the communicator by her ear to communicate with the Starship’s main AI.

’The Starship is about to depart. Please everyone enter the safety cabin promptly. The ship will initiate superluminal travel mode in one hour.’

Accompanied by the cold jet stream, the Starship sailed into the vast Star Sea, gradually becoming a tiny speck of light in the deep space, disappearing from sight.

...

A month later, this specialized Starship arrived at the domain of the Sigma chanical Council and gradually approached the inner core area.

After a safe landing, Tilan submitted an application to the chanical Council, and subsequently t with the three chief minds on duty.

Standing beside a three-missing-one round table were three lovely figures: A lady dressed in ocean-thed attire nad ’Xia Lan,’ a lady in a white ruffled high-collar gown called ’Golden Lily,’ and a figure resembling a thorny rose nad ’Blood Thorn Locust.’

These three chanical life form chief minds were all transcendent beings of Spiritual Sequence 9 rank, now jointly controlling the awakened chanical artificial angels.

"Back from visiting ho, Tilan?" Xia Lan waved at Tilan with a smile; among the three chief minds, she was the most familiar with Tilan.

"Was the Federation fun?" Golden Lily slightly clasped her hands together, looking at Tilan like a curious baby, seemingly wanting to extract mories of Tilan’s recent visit to the Federation to watch.

As for the last chief mind, she appeared relatively indifferent, leaning against the round table, her gaze directed elsewhere, showing no interest in Tilan’s hocoming actions.

"Chatted with Prin for a while, then completed my historical knowledge at the Golden Fla Grand Cathedral." Tilan answered honestly, as it was nothing that required concealnt.

"There is actually another matter I want to tell you, which prompted my early return this ti."

Tilan organized the Federation’s recent affairs, sharing with the chief minds the actions of Prin collecting three covenants.

"Oh, quite the daring Songstress." Golden Lily’s eyes sparkled, with golden lightning flickering by.

"Hmph, overestimating herself." Blood Thorn Locust’s assessnt was blunt and unrestrained.

"Well, so kids just don’t understand, hehe." Xia Lan lightly covered her mouth and responded with a laugh.

"I inherited most of the mories of Songstress Feng Xuan, so I might know a bit more secrets." Xia Lan’s eyes flashed with a little mischievous glimr; this seemingly aristocratic chief mind sotis enjoyed teasing.

"Loranshia’s Eternal Covenant indeed has the capability to alter the rules of the present world, and can even act as a universal wishing machine, but, Tilan."

"Have you ever wondered, who ultimately fulfills the wishes?"

"Naturally, it is that cosmic will across the Aijieka Sea, Loranshia." Tilan replied thoughtfully.

"Correct, but will Her Highness genuinely fulfill the wishes of mortals as they desire?"

"In her eyes, we are not much different from bugs, even undeserving of particular attention."

"True covenants with so binding effect can only be set down by the origin from which Loranshia was birthed, the Pure Wind’s Loranshir."

"However, even for the eternal Cradle’s Wings, the Witch of Stars and Miracles, the Archangel of the End, or the silver-haired Wise Girl, Loranshia wouldn’t kindly comply with Her Highness’s prayers."

"She is Her Highness’s dark side and manifesting the human cold and detached side."

"Wishing this cosmic will to serve one’s desires sotis becos an offense unless your prayer captivates her interest and is willing to wager with her pure and luminous other half, then true change might touch the rules."

"Isenisha’s ending of the Fifth Epoch’s chaos and darkness counted as a barely satisfactory answer, thus Her Highness promised her a few minor modifications. Nowadays, Prin’s achievents and glory, compared to Isenisha, are rely child’s play."

"Faced with such a situation, recklessly unsealing ’Loranshia’s Eternal Covenant’ would yield divine punishnt-like retribution, not the anticipated power and strength." Xia Lan shook her head in lant.

"This should have been a secret known to all Federation Songstresses, but unfortunately, during Emuralin’s era, many heritages seem broken from your side." Golden Lily walked towards Tilan, clasping both of her wrists, then leaned her forehead against Tilan’s.

Chilly sensations spread, giving Tilan’s mind a refreshing coolness, then scenes and images from the past entered her consciousness.

In the images, Isenisha stood before a vast canopy-like screen, with countless faintly discernible inscriptions, each a floating, shimring silver star.

This is the Book of All Truths recording the present transcendental rules, and also the covenant book concluded between Human Civilization and another cosmic will.
