After catching up with Loloria, Tilan once again t the envoy from the chanical Council.

"It’s been 5,576 days, 21 hours, and 41 minutes since we last t, Tilan." Vivian raised her hand in a gentle wave, greeting with a smile.

Just like the first ti they t, she wore a lemon-colored sumr dress, giving off a cheerful style. Her bright yellow hair seed to flutter in the wind, evoking a sense of ease and relaxation.

"Do all you chanical Angels rember ti so clearly?" Tilan found this way of greeting sowhat surprising yet reasonable, as chanical beings naturally have a different perception of ti compared to humans.

"Of course, because eting with Tilan is important, I’ll rember it clearly." She and Tilan sat beside the artificial beach inside the space station, with the vast starry sky overhead through tallic glass and a beautifully sunlit simulated beach below.

The waves gently rolled over the white sand, and soothing background sounds occasionally echoed around them as they reminisced in the breeze.

"I’m very sorry for taking so long to return Loloria." Vivian held a lemon drink in one hand and lightly brushed away a few strands of hair blown astray with the other.

"I am a subordinate chanical Angel of the main brain – Xia Lan. Lord Xia Lan has a fondness for Loloria and refused to let her go, leaving with few options."

"What kind of person is Miss Xia Lan?" Tilan grew curious about the main brain of the chanical Council whom she’d never t.

"Lord Xia Lan was born in the Year 209 of the Sixth Era. Her personality template was modeled after the well-known Federation Songstress ’Sumr Orchid’ Feng Xuan, who was the second most influential songstress of her ti, right after ’Blood Orchid’ Xi Lugeya." Vivian recalled the information from her database.

"Like Miss Feng Xuan, Lord Xia Lan enjoys the refreshing seaside. Her clothing style and speech mannerisms are almost identical to the songstress, but as a chanical life form, her range of thoughts has naturally expanded. Thus, while there are many differences now, she cannot be viewed as an identical counterpart to Feng Xuan."

"Is it common in the Sigma Council to create chanical life forms modeled after songstresses like this?" Tilan was surprised.

"There are quite a few, but it is not a routine." Vivian shook her head.

"Back then, Miss Feng Xuan visited the Sigma chanical Council and t the main brain of the chanical Council at the ti. It was her initiative to suggest creating new chanical Angels modeled after herself."

"’I will certainly age and pass away one day, but if I can leave behind the image of my youth and beauty, even if I die soday, there will be people curious and nostalgic about the songstress once nad Feng Xuan.’ That was how ’Sumr Orchid’ Feng Xuan explained her reasoning at the ti."

"In the end, she was the one who nad Lord Xia Lan, saying that her title best represented her personal style and uniqueness, wanting to pass on that na."

"Thus, Lord Xia Lan was eventually created." Vivian recounted the whole story.

"It is said that after being born, Lord Xia Lan spent so ti with Miss Feng Xuan. The two dressed identically, styled their hair the sa way, and Miss Feng Xuan personally taught Lord Xia Lan how to dress herself, the style of clothes to wear, and how to interact with others, among other things."

"In that era of The Federation, ’Blood Orchid’ Xi Lugeya was the most representative rebellious and free songstress, while ’Sumr Orchid’ Feng Xuan was sowhat of a compromise. She longed for a relaxed and leisurely life but didn’t completely discard the conservatism and responsibility of old traditions. This made her more favorable to the Federal Congress, leading many official events, while Miss Xi Lugeya was happy to escape the constraints of those fraworks."

The two sat beside a small table on the beach, discussing the dazzling nas from Federation’s history.

"After ’Blood Orchid’ Xi Lugeya, the Federation entered an era of flourishing diversity, with active ideological and conceptual movents, while many traditional values gradually crumbled."

"During that ti, there were many radical songstresses. Among them, ’Virtual Space’ Lilia once suggested gradually transforming humanity into AI life forms to gain greater upward mobility and directly embark on an intergalactic exploration era."

"There was also ’Thousand-Colored Illusion Fruit’ Ai Qin, who proposed vigorously developing plant and biological technology, gradually replacing industrial materials and infrastructure, thereby allowing humanity to return to nature."

"Additionally, ’Ink Stone Electric Light’ Xu Ling believed that new era humanity should receive brain interfaces for accessing electronic information, enabling adaptation to the increasing demand for knowledge transfer, further pushing the limits of civilization, etc."

"Looking back now, the ideas from that era were particularly bold and avant-garde. Under their leadership, the Federation burst with imnse vitality, with up to six Sunshine-level Songstresses active simultaneously during that robust era." Vivian narrated this history to Tilan.

"That sounds so crazy, it’s a sha that I see very little information online about that era within The Federation." Tilan felt a bit regretful, realizing that much of the history had been trimd by officials.

"What changes occurred afterward, leading to those topics you ntioned being mostly unheard of by current Federation residents?"

"Many disputes arose, and those ideologies and ideas t too many obstacles during concrete implentation, eventually fading into oblivion along with the songstresses’ deaths, slowly being forgotten."

"For example, the ethical issues between AI life forms and real entities—how to prove that AI life is not a copy; if the original consciousness hasn’t entered the electronic network, would such an act be considered suicide, and other such dilemmas."

"Also, if all we need is an AI life form similar to the individual, we can use various High Rank AIs to mimic them without requiring extra effort for unnecessary regulations and restrictions."

"Natural materials replacing industrial materials sounds nice. For instance, so of the Elves’ planets still retain many houses transford from native big trees, and streets adorned with various luminous plants. Cozy restaurants and bars transford directly from big trees, etc. However, such plant materials don’t et the demands in strictly required buildings like office towers, test bases, military installations, and so on. Eventually, they were only promoted in dining and ho environnts, becoming just a style of interior decoration."

"Many novel concepts, upon practical implentation, did not bring about dramatic changes as expected, eventually shedding their fresh and special halos and becoming just a rather ordinary choice of style." Vivian gently shook her head.

"In such setbacks and disappointnts, a revivalist trend surged through the Federation, generally choosing not to play along with those constantly seeking novelty and instead selecting classic and retro-styled offerings."

"During that period, the overall atmosphere within the Federation was nostalgic, believing that things and truths tested by ti were trustworthy."

"In that era, seats in the Federal Central Council gradually solidified, for instance, with the descendants of council mbers becoming council mbers themselves. People believed that based on the deeds and words of their forebearers, these descendants would also have good character and were more willing to vote for soone they recognized rather than an obscure newcor from so corner."

"Soon after, the reforms sparked by Her Highness Emuralin occurred." Vivian finished narrating the general history of the Federation.

After discussing these, Vivian once again brought up Tilan’s views on the future.

"My thoughts probably align with those predecessors, that The Federation truly needs sothing new to break free from its old fraworks; otherwise, it will remain stuck and find it hard to break through."

"As for specific actions and directions, these indeed need careful consideration and choice." Her actual aim was almost to change the operational logic of the entire human civilization, but discussing it now would seem overly shocking.

"Looking at it this way, the decades to co for the Federation won’t be too dull." Vivian responded with a smile and then gazed into the starry sky outside the do.

"Actually, our chanical Council is also looking forward to change, hoping to escape from the monotonous tasks and enter a more genuine and needed era."

"Humans can probably continue living based on emotions and habits, unaware, but we cannot. The clear logic chain of chanical AI doesn’t allow ambiguous and chaotic things to guide existence."

"Yet ultimately, we don’t have many needs or objectives to fulfill, so we can only place our hopes on you to bring a new mission to human civilization."
