In the grand banquet hall, everyone gathered, quietly watching the golden flower-shaped stage. A woman in a snow-white dress, with golden hair, slowly walked out, appearing under the soft lights.
With an exquisite appearance matched with top-tier songstress talent, just by standing there, the woman emitted an aura that enveloped the entire banquet hall. She was Evelyn Landisvas, the greatest trump card of the current Central Star Domain, the 'Bai i Vertical Harp'.
Although this songstress was without a doubt the main character of today, her appearance at the banquet was brief. She only greeted everyone out of courtesy, said a few words, and then bid farewell, retreating backstage.
The guests at the banquet didn't feel offended or uncomfortable with this scenario, as they were already familiar with Evelyn's style. Just being able to hear her voice live was considered rare.
The banquet continued, with guests mingling, conversing about recent events, and so taking the opportunity to establish closer ties and discuss potential collaborations.

Evelyn sat in front of the mirror, with several maids behind her tending to her golden hair and luxurious gown. A woman dressed smartly and with a mature deanor held a clipboard, reporting on the events of the banquet beside Evelyn.
"Many conglorate representatives attended today, along with so closely related family mbers. Even though Evelyn was gentle in nature, it didn't an anyone could act casually before her. Almost all the maids present were of Sequence 7 or above, which highlighted the deep strength of the Elf Faction.
Since Ores went missing or was presud dead by the outside world, the Elf Faction in the Central Star Domain had to redirect attention and resources back to Evelyn, the 'Bai i Vertical Harp'. Her own Landisvas family was a renowned poet family, with dual elf and human bloodlines, traditionally intermarrying with major elf families, having excellent relations, and this dual character was especially reminiscent of Isenisha in history, gaining recognition from large human forces.
About 40 years ago, Evelyn was the most promising songstress in the Federation at that ti, her talent astounding. It took her only four years to awaken her talent and reach Moon Class, breaking the Federation's record, and after reaching Moon Class, she smoothly and swiftly rose to Full Moon Level, just a step away from reaching Sunlit Level.
Such astonishing progress and speed, even experienced songstress seniors paled in comparison before her. If she hadn't halted there, Evelyn might have beco the only Sunlit Level songstress in the Federation in nearly a century, significantly solidifying the authority of the Federal Central Council.
Unfortunately, reality doesn't work with 'ifs.' Evelyn has been at Full Moon Level for several decades now. Though her elf bloodline ant she was far from aging, her prolonged stagnation had eroded patience and confidence in many, giving Ores space to later rise.
After listening to the woman's report, Evelyn only nodded slightly, indicating that she understood.
"Everyone probably wants to obtain the dragon vein technology possessed by the 'Jade Dragon'."
Currently, the 'Jade Dragon' organization only accepts mbers from the Southern Star Region, which ans the Southern Star Region will be the first to establish a dragon vein system. It's foreseeable that in the near future, whether economically or politically, the influence of the Southern Star Region will rapidly rise, which creates significant psychological pressure on various forces in the Central Star Region. This banquet was orchestrated by so of the more anxious forces, hoping to exchange ideas and find solutions.
"Yes, many councilors claim that if the 'Jade Dragon's' plan continues, in a hundred years, the Federation's economic center will gradually shift south, greatly damaging the Federation's integrity," the woman replied regarding the current council's stance and situation.
"I understand." Evelyn's voice held a slight sigh.
She was really not adept at handling such situations requiring scheming and maneuvering. Moreover, her gentle nature made her unwilling to force others, which was why she had never made any strong declarations or actions, becoming like invisible putty in the Central Star Domain. While people outwardly respected her, they didn't consider her sentints.
"According to suggestions from so radical mbers, we should quickly form an alliance to pressure the Southern Star Region into sharing the technology," the woman continued.
"Are there any more peaceful thods?" Evelyn inquired.
"So mbers hope you can et with Miss Hexia, using gentler ans to persuade them to release part of the technology for sharing," the woman replied once again.
"That's difficult too. That child Tilan, though soft on the outside, is strong-willed inside and not easy to persuade." As a songstress, she well understood that young girl's character, but she had an inkling that if she truly pleaded, Tilan might agree to share so technology. However, the process would likely force Tilan, sothing she wished to avoid.
"Any other suggestions..." The woman thought for a mont, flipping through the records on her clipboard.
"A mber of the Academy of Sciences suggested increasing research funding to develop similar large-scale technology, boosting the competitiveness of the Central Star Domain."
