Inside the Xi Guangyi-class Starship, Tilan stood in the aerial corridor, gazing at the slowly departing Star Harbor outside, watching the increasing fla jet from the starship's tail, propelling the starship into the distant Star River.
This ti, her destination was the 'Ziqiu Star Domain,' to complete the Dragon Vein project set years ago, yet to be realized.
No matter what one does, a strong economic support foundation is necessary. Even though she is a Songstress, countless Giant Businesses in various Star Domains cannot be endlessly drained. Furthermore, if a positive cycle cannot be ford, the best policies often fade away with the demise of those applying them.
Considering future reforms and the federal unification, she needs extensive supporters and substantial funds to proceed, hence building a coalition around her becos especially important in the early stages.
...
Days later, the starship docked at Ziqiu Star Domain Star Harbor. Tilan, dressed in a straightforward outfit, t the local Starfield Governor, the sa person from years ago, who narrowly secured re-election recently.
"Welco, Miss Hexia. It's an honor to et you again after several years," he said, exchanging polite words.
"Likewise, Mr. Shinefa," Tilan nodded, and then both walked towards the Hover Car parked nearby.
Inside the spacious car, Tilan looked down through the window at the scenery below, which remained beautiful and untouched, not much different from several years ago.
Ziqiu Star Domain is economically decent, even after the Federation upheaval, still holding up well without significant regression. They managed minor impacts themselves, thanks to the Starfield Governnt's reasonably strong capabilities. The difficult tis have passed, and now it's stabilized.
"Here's the starting point of the Lianshan Dragon Vein." After stepping out of the Hover Car, he led Tilan, showing the structures perched on the mountain range.
Several octagonal platforms were built along the mountains, atop which stood three-story towers, operating large modules with silver patterns, continuously adjusting the environnt within the Dragon Vein to keep it stable. Along the mountain range ahead, as far as Tilan could see, there were approximately over 300 towers, stretching nonstop, beyond which lay obscured by the horizon and the undulation of hills.
"Currently, every Wind Stabilizing Tower here has purification systems and stabilization systems installed, maintaining the Dragon Vein's purity and stability."
"Has it actually been operated?"
Many facilities here involved the building cooperation of 'Grey Dust Crystal.' Tilan knew so circumstances, but hadn't had much ti to read detailed reports.
"It has operated once, but encountered so issues, hence halted for adjustnts," the Governor comnted on the project with a sigh.
If this project succeeds, it would undoubtedly bring him great prestige and rits, leaving a mark in the local Star Domain and even the Federation. However, failure would an wasted investnt over the years, with no shortage of criticism.
"I understand." After listening to the explanation from a nearby technician, Tilan nodded slightly, acknowledging.
"Since the second activation is ready, let's begin today without delay." She was not willing to waste more ti.
"Well." A bit surprised at Tilan's urgency, wanting to conduct a trial run right after departing the starship, the Starfield Governor hesitated for a few seconds, failing to find any reason to oppose, and eventually nodded in agreent.
"Let's have the personnel positioned and prepare for the second trial activation," he inford his aides.
Subsequently, both entered the shuttlecraft, frad with transparent panels, gradually ascending in height, watching the towers below light up, entering tuning phase. Technical officials traveling with them began receiving reports from various departnts.
...
"Adjustnt of Wind Stabilizing Tower number 4712 complete, focus frequency tuned, Harmony Crystal activated, entering resonance state..."
...
"Activation furnace preheated, starting stable power output of Dragon Vein Particles. Would you like to comnce the Dragon Vein?"
The group looked at the Governor, who nodded again, then replied, "Comnce."
"Affirmative, begin the channel, input the Dragon Vein Particles!" ca the excited voice from the other terminal.
The enormous machinery buried in the mountain started rotating, its powerful airflow forming a Vortex on the surface, the roaring sound clearly heard even kiloters away.
It has started, Tilan thought, then closed her eyes, allowing her senses to follow the Dragon Vein Particles below, beginning to spread forward.
After ascending the Crown last ti, her perceptual ability increased another level, likely making her the most sensitive in the Federation now.
The surging particles rushed among the mountains, advancing within, bound by invisible Force Field, continuously activating devices along the way, illuminating each Wind Stabilizing Tower brightly.
Approximately 70 kiloters of experintal Dragon Vein were activated within minutes, gradually influencing the surrounding environnt. Under the invisible pressure, nurous Aijieka Particles traversed along the preset paths, entering the Dragon Vein, participating in the transformation and operation, a process still expanding.
When Aijieka Particles from atmosphere and soil entered, they transford into Dragon Vein Particles, dispersing back into the air continuously, under such cycles, the entire Dragon Vein surroundings began altering.
A faint golden hue erged from the clouds on the horizon. Cloud mist in the mountains gradually increased, resulting from interactions between water vapor and Dragon Vein Particles.
