Once their ordered dishes were served, he began to eat imdiately, devouring the food as if he hadn't eaten in days.
Hexia slowly savored her wontons and bass slices, sipping hot soup before turning her attention to the man opposite her.
"Can you tell now?"

"Hexia." The girl responded crisply, then shook her head.
Though the man before her seed dubious, she didn't feel any malice from him. Having the talent of a songstress and the boon of a Transcendent Profession, it was rare for anyone to lie in her presence. This was why she remained patient instead of simply turning around and leaving.
She decided to question him for now, as he seed to know a lot. Additionally, if her mother truly ca from Chenxiang Street, didn't that an her mother was once the kind of lady whose hands had never touched spring water, and for so reason, she had severed ties with her family?
After pondering for a mont and patting the large spider at her feet, Hexia felt a bit more settled.
Coming to Jielou City, she had finally grasped a clue.
