As evening approached, the trainees finished their practice and returned their respective cha to the warehouse. Tilan also exited the cockpit, holding her Helt, and nimbly jumped down from the cha, standing on the extended bridge, looking back reflectively.

The white training cha stood quietly without much decoration. Tilan in front of it wasn't even as tall as a segnt of its finger. If the cha were a real person, Tilan would only be the size of the giant's little finger.

If one stood at the foot of the cha, they would probably need to look up, and up, and up again to barely see the head.

Pondering how such a gigantic cha was manufactured, Tilan returned to the training hall.

The instructor first pointed out so oversights he observed during the afternoon, then offered so tips on piloting, and finally announced the dismissal.

"Hecate, stay behind."

"Ah, okay." Just as she was about to head for a shower, Tilan halted.

Following the instructor to a corner of the training hall, she was asked to sit down, and he inquired about her piloting experience.

"Overall, I feel I'm adapting well enough, nothing too incomprehensible." After all, an afternoon isn't long, and Tilan, starting from scratch, hadn't encountered too difficult maneuvers yet.

"If you don't feel uncomfortable, that's good." The instructor intended to share so quick techniques to enhance Synchronization Rate, but stopped short, realizing his experience might not suit this highly Talented girl before him.

"If you have questions, just ask . Go rest for today."

"Yes." Tilan then bowed and returned to her dormitory.

As the young girl walked away, a technician who had been conversing with the instructor approached again.

"I just extracted her piloting data."

"And then?" The instructor was perplexed at the lack of continuation.

"Nothing further, soone preemptively locked it, indicating insufficient permissions for viewing." The technician sipped his coffee, gently blowing it.

"Well, you'll probably be called in for a talk within a few days, told not to disclose her uniqueness."

"She's already caught the attention of higher-ups this quickly." The instructor mused.

"Perhaps they knew all along; otherwise, why abruptly bring soone without any piloting experience into this High Rank training camp, and as a mid-term enlistee at that?"

"The Federation has many places to train ch Pilots, but the Eighth Fleet has the most experintal projects. Many new technologies, new weapons, new chas are trialed and improved here."

"Technically speaking, more powerful and advanced chas can be created, but such machines are beyond what normal people can pilot. Can you imagine operating a cha at the epicenter of a nuclear explosion? The energy output has exceeded what an individual can endure."

"The energy and weaponry of large Starships far exceed those of chas, but due to their size and clumsiness, they can't perform complex tactical changes or evasive maneuvers, relying solely on shields and armor for defense."

"The agility of chas allows them, once they've breached the proximity of a large Starship, to beco untouchable, much like a mouse confronting an elephant in strategy gas."

"The battlefield value of Ace Pilots driving top-tier chas is extraordinarily high, marking the peak of individual combat capability for Transcendents in the current era."

"Thus, I can envision this training ground becoming lively very soon." He remarked after sipping his slightly cooler coffee.

"Surely." The instructor nodded gently. Enjoyingthestory?FindmoreatMV-LEMPYR.

"Many Factions' leaders are eyeing this ace potential. If they can enlist her into their units, it would be a trendous honor and show of prestige."

"It's not a ti of peace now; the significance of the military in the future is expected to grow, potentially facing major conflicts. Various powers are enhancing their influence within the military, and even I've received several invitations from private security companies to beco an instructor there after my retirent."

"For us, it's sowhat good news, I suppose." The technician placed down his cup.

"Being valued is far better than spending a lifeti conducting rehearsals in a base. So forrly powerful military elites lanted the lack of opportunities to earn military rit."

"Sotis I'm conflicted, hoping my knowledge will be valued and used in war, yet fearing the brutality of war, dying before fulfilling my aspirations if luck turns against ."

"The Federation's decay issues are slowly erging, just hoping it can be reborn from fire once more. Despite its flaws, without the Federation, human civilization might fall back into centuries or millennia of internal strife."

"It's no use telling these concerns; it's those politicians, and those Songstresses who can truly influence the upper echelons that matter—it's what they're thinking." The instructor donned his hat and stood to leave.

"I'm old; teaching this batch of students is fulfilling my final duty."
