Song Ning noticed how guilty Huo Xiang felt about the accident. Although she felt the sa way, she was mostly relieved.

Huo Jinyan narrowed his eyes as he contemplated. It did not make sense for the brakes to malfunction without warning, so this was clearly no accident.

Huo Yulin failed to notice his father’s expression when he heard what Huo Xiang said about the accident.
Instead, he asked Huo Yao quizzically. “Do you know how to drive?”
Even though he was not there to witness the accident, judging from Huo Xiang’s description, he could already imagine how dangerous it was. It was impossible for them to escape almost unscathed without her excellent driving skills.
However, his little sister was not even 18 years old. Was she capable of such extraordinary driving?
Huo Yulin looked at her sideways.
Huo Yao was sitting right beside him, next to the window with her hand on the windowsill. She looked straight into Huo Yulin’s eyes and said without batting an eyelid, “A little.”
Huo Yulin felt a little puzzled to hear this. Was she able to avoid a major traffic accident with just a little knowledge of driving?

Huo Yao got up from her chair and said, “I am going to the ladies.”
Other than Huo Yulin, no one else noticed sothing amiss with her.
Huo Yulin contemplated as he watched his sister leave.

Shortly after leaving the room, she saw Min Yu standing at the door. Huo Yao could already imagine all the questioning she would have to face and swiftly closed the door behind her.
Min Yu was quiet.
Huo Yao touched her nose. For once, she spoke candidly and simply said, “A lot of people are inside. This is not a good ti to go in.”
Min Yu noticed her gesture and his eyes landed on the bandage on her hand.
He frowned slightly and asked. “Are you hurt?”
“Oh this? It’s just a superficial injury. It will get better in a few days,” replied Huo Yao as she shrugged and glanced at it nonchalantly.
Min Yu narrowed his eyes before saying in an unusually serious tone. “I have just the cream for it. I will go back and bring it to you.”
Huo Yao wanted to turn down his offer, but she changed her mind when she saw him looking at her deeply. “Sure.”
Min Yu’s frown eased when he heard her reply.
The door behind Huo Yao suddenly opened.
