After all, DO Corporation was one of the best in the tech industry. Lots of countries used them for security and surveillance at the state security level.
Zhuo Yun slumped into deep thought hearing Huo Yao’s response.
Two years ago, Zhuo Yun suspected Huo Yao knew soone from DO Corporation when she used the company’s security and surveillance system at ho. Back at the airport shipping counter, he overheard them talking about a shareholders’ eting.
Without high status in the company, she would not be involved in the shareholders’ eting. Even though the man did not finish his sentence, Zhuo Yun knew how such things worked.
After learning about Huo Yao’s involvent in DO Corporation, sothing suddenly struck Zhuo Yun.
His boss was not good enough for her!
Huo Yao did not know what Zhuo Yun was thinking. Since it was boring in the car, she took out her phone to play.
By the ti they got back to the Huo estate, an hour had already passed.
Huo Wanying was also in the living room chatting with Huo Jinfeng.
“Yaoyao, you’re back.”
After spending so ti recuperating, Huo Jinfeng’s injury was doing well. He looked very energetic now.
Huo Yao nodded and walked over.
She did not dislike Huo Yao entirely, but she also had trouble liking her.

Huo Wanying looked at Huo Yao. If anyone else were put in the sa position, these words probably had an underlying aning. Judging from the calmness in Huo Yao’s eyes, she had no intention of picking a fight.
Seeing this, Huo Wanying suddenly laughed. She had an inkling of the reason she was unable to bring herself to dislike Huo Yao.
Proud people usually could not be bothered speaking ambiguously.
“Thank you,” replied Huo Wanying.
Huo Jinfeng heaved a sigh of relief when he noticed that they did not get into a fight. He waved his hand at Huo Wanying. “Sotis, it can’t be helped, so just forget it.”
Huo Wanying lowered her eyes to conceal the self-deprecation in her eyes.
She naturally knew what her mother had done.
She did not stop her mother for selfish reasons.
She was not interested in becoming the heir, but she certainly had no intention of passing up the position to soone with zero abilities.
If the candidate was unable to survive a minor assassination, then Huo Yao would eventually co to no good end.
However, she should have been more gracious about the whole thing.
Huo Wanying did not stay for long. After she was gone, Huo Jinfeng looked at her niece indignantly.
He acted as though she had done him so major injustice.
Huo Yao was still a little lost about her uncle’s unexpected change in attitude. “… Eldest Uncle?”
