Zhuo Yun thought Min Yu would be a true gentleman. From the looks of it, he was clearly mistaken.
Min Yu detected his n looking at him in disdain.
He stopped looking at Zhuo Yun and Yang Yi. Instead, he stood up and said to Huo Yao, “Why didn’t you sleep in longer? You don’t have school today anyway.”
Huo Yao waved her hand and replied. “Is there any food? I’m a little hungry.”
“Uh huh.” Min Yu nodded before walking to the dining room.
Huo Yao followed behind him.
Zhuo Yun and Yang Yi looked at each other.
“Their relationship is developing much faster than I expected,” remarked Zhuo Yun softly.
Yang Yi said nothing and simply glanced at the dining room. Since he was single, he was jealous that Min Yu already had a girlfriend. Even then, he was happy for Min Yu.
Huo Yao took a bite of the bun and raised her head to glance at Zhuo Yun and Yang Yi. She said to Min Yu, “If you have work to handle, don’t worry about .”
Min Yu handed her so milk and said mildly, “I’m not busy. What about you? What plans do you have today?”
Huo Yao took a sip of milk and replied. “I’m probably going ho.”
Prof Rong had given her a lot of school assignnts and she had not finished them yet. If she did not submit her work soon, he might hunt her down in the Biology departnt.

Min Yu nodded. He paused and said, “If you have no plans, do you want to go to an auction?”
Huo Yao raised her head on hearing the suggestion. “An auction?”
“An underground auction is taking place today and a lot of rare items will be sold,” explained Min Yu. He recalled the special dicine appearing on the list of auction items and added. “There is also dicine at the auction. Perhaps you might want to check it out.”
“In that case…” Huo Yao was not interested in dicine, but she was more interested in looking at rare items.
Huo Yao felt Prof Rong’s howork could wait. She said, “I’m from the countryside, so I’ve never gone to an auction in my life. This could be a real eye opener for .”
Min Yu’s lips twitched. She might be from the countryside, but she was nothing like a farr.
“Okay. The auction starts at 1:00 pm, so we have plenty of ti,” said Min Yu.
Huo Yao acknowledged and nodded. She stopped asking about it and lowered her head to continue eating.
Min Yu glanced at her and turned to go back to the living room.
Zhuo Yun and Yang Yi were stunned when they found out Huo Yao had spent the night here, but they had co out of their shock by now. When Min Yu ca over, they went back to their previous discussion.
They deliberately spoke softly, so Huo Yao was unable to overhear the conversation.
“We have already set the bait, but no one knows if the guy will show his face.” Yang Yi spoke solemnly with a cold look in his eyes.
Min Yu rapped his fingers on his knee and said, “Let’s just wait and see.”
“The security at the auction is in place. We are just waiting for him to land up. There’s no escape for him this ti.” Zhuo Yun narrowed his eyes as he spoke.
