The shelling continued, and now more than a hundred shells had been fired since the first boat exploded. Each shell destroyed one boat, and not a single shot missed its mark.
As ti passed, the explosions grew more frequent. Over half of the troop transport boats had been destroyed. Yet, the zeal of the Qing Empire soldiers aboard the remaining boats remained undiminished. Fear was absent from their faces; only hatred burned in their expressions.
In contrast, the Hightower mages refused to board the boats to provide protection. The mist that had perated the sea between the coast and New Atlantis was an anti-mana substance, drastically increasing mana consumption. This was why the shields were so easily overwheld.
The Qing Empire's air force quickly moved to assist, flying toward New Atlantis with the objective of destroying the artillery emplacents. But…
Suddenly, more than a hundred anti-air missiles launched from New Atlantis. The self-seeking missiles were unfazed by counterasures, including the flares deployed by the incoming planes.
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
In re monts, flas blood in the sky as every plane was destroyed mid-air by the missiles. The missile accuracy was near-perfect, with each one striking its target without deviation.
The radio chatter descended into chaos, filled with screams of agony, desperate cries for help, and frantic SOS calls. The airwaves were clogged with the sounds of despair.
Fiery scraps and wreckage from the planes plumted into the sea, with so debris crashing onto troop transport boats. These boats were then struck by artillery shells, leaving no chance of survival for their occupants.

The mages allowed the boats to continue their dood journey without protection, turning a blind eye to the soldiers' plight. Unlike the soldiers, who were fully under the influence of a mind-suggestion spell, the mages retained their fear and sense of self-preservation.
Now, more than 25 minutes of relentless shelling had passed. Only a quarter of the transport boats remained. On the shore, the soldiers awaited their turn, eager to cross the five kiloters of what had beco a killing field.
The Qing Empire High Command received orders to assist the troops in crossing to New Atlantis at any cost. They decided to deploy cruise missiles and long-range artillery to strike New Atlantis.
Cruise missiles launched from the Qing Empire soared toward New Atlantis, accompanied by artillery fire aid at the island. But…
The missiles were intercepted by precise shots from rows of automated anti-aircraft gun emplacents on New Atlantis. Artillery shells exploded mid-air, neutralized by the shields protecting New Atlantis's defensive periter.
At this mont, cruise missiles and additional artillery rounds were fired from New Atlantis. They soared through the sky with pinpoint accuracy, striking every artillery and missile position that had fired monts earlier.
The High Command tent, situated not far from the artillery and missile launch sites, was blasted to pieces by a shell that veered slightly off course. This 0.001% deviation in the otherwise perfect accuracy nearly wiped out the entire High Command. Only a few lucky individuals who happened to be outside the tent survived the explosion.
At this ti, Atlantean carryalls flew above the Qing Empire camp, initiating an aerial assault. They circled above the camp, and both their Gatling guns and cannons began raining fire down from the sky.
Anti-air missiles were quickly launched in response, but every missile was intercepted by the carryalls' automated point-defense lasers. Not a single missile hit its target.
The relentless bombardnt continued until a large open space had been cleared. Then, several Atlantean carryalls moved forward, deactivating their cloaking fields to reveal battalions of robots clamped beneath them.
Each carryall was equipped to transport over 500 robots. With exposed endoskeletons devoid of any flesh, these robots were fully ard with plasma rifles connected directly to energy sources within their bodies.
The clamps on the carryalls were released, and the robots were dropped to the ground.
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
Each robot landed with a thunderous impact, cracking the concrete ground beneath them. They required no parachutes or landing assistance. As they landed, their eyes glowed ominously red, signaling the activation of their combat functions.
The horde of robots imdiately opened fire with their plasma rifles on all non-civilian targets. The blasts from the plasma rifles left large, cauterized holes in their targets, each shot striking vital organs with near-perfect precision.
The Qing Empire soldiers were alard at first, but they began to fight back desperately, and the bullets from the old rifle just bounced off their endoskeleton harmlessly.
All of these robots are SD-700 series from the Robotic Foundry card that Daniel actualized for Nexus Pri use for quite so ti, and each hour, there are 5 robots manufactured from each of these foundries. So… it could be said that their number now had reached millions.

— Qing Empire Imperial Palace —
At the palace, the emperor's face paled. His army was massacred without any way of fighting back. Even without the weapon of mass destruction, as per the agreent, his army didn't even have a chance to attack the new Atlantis shore.
This… this near-perfect precision is like a cheat; they are cheating! New Atlantis is cheating!
"What… what the hell is that!" the crown prince roared, pointing at the screen as his army was in the middle of being massacred.
On the screen, his soldiers are still eager to go, but there are no more transportation boats to move the troops to New Atlantis shore. There's no way that all the soldiers can swim through this 5 kiloter distance. They will all die from exhaustion!
"Your majesty… we have… a solution. Are you interested?" The man in the owl mask offered.
