The group traveled to a small abandoned island not far from the New Atlantis; this island didn't have anything important on it; the only life forms on this island were plants and so insects, and even snakes and rats didn't live on it due to its lack of food source.
Daniel commands the people, both his people and Loki's people, to move the tank to a vast open area. Loki is slightly reluctant due to the unstable health of his son within the tank; the life support of the tank, when he gets off the grid without any mana or power to sustain it, can only maintain his son's life for a few hours.
After everything was ready, Daniel said toward the group that ca with him. "I'll begin the magic ritual; the curses from Fenrir's body will be forced out of his body. Before the ritual, I'll quarantine this island, but all of you should evacuate from here, at least 200 or 300 ters away from this island, just in case."
Hearing Daniel's explanation, everyone nodded and quickly got onto the VTOL; Loki was still reluctant, but… at this point, he could only trust Daniel to deliver his promise.
The VTOL ascended into the sky, circling at a distance of over 300 ters from the island.
Onboard, the VTOL, Hephaestus, and Loki watched the ritual through the footage captured by a drone stationed on the island.
They observed Daniel extending his hand forward and closing his eyes, seemingly trying to concentrate. Hephaestus felt confused by this. Hadn't Daniel stated that he would prepare for the ritual? Based on his knowledge, a ritual required extensive preparation, including a sacrificial offering, mana, a magic circle, and often a specific day.
And to perform a ritual capable of expelling a curse that could affect a god—especially one lingering for millennia—would require a significant amount of magical resources, sacrificial offerings, and an imasurable supply of mana. Hephaestus thought to himself that there was no way one mage could accomplish this alone.
But suddenly, Hephaestus sensed a stirring of mana in the atmosphere, as if a massive amount was being drawn in. However, what was perplexing was that the mana was not being pulled from the atmosphere to feed into the mage's mana pathways as it should be.
Instead, mana was gathering at Daniel's feet, forming a new temporary ley line that converged into his body. It originated from the land and…
Hephaestus glanced out the window, and what he saw shocked him. This scene was familiar to him; he had encountered it before after making a contract with the Akashic Record.
The ley line seed to co from nowhere, but it ca from a place he knew well: a source of nearly infinite power and vast knowledge. This was the repository of all knowledge; past, present, and future; available to anyone with access to it.
A flicker of envy crossed Hephaestus's eyes as he looked at Daniel, harboring a hidden greed that he quickly masked as if nothing had happened.
This!... This is a power that even gods can only dream of but cannot achieve: the power of the true creator!
On Daniel's side, he uses various cards in his mindscape to ensure that the collateral damage of the fallout of the curse expulsion would be kept to the minimum and would not spill out of the island too much.
The light shines around Daniel's body as he starts using various cards to safeguard himself from curses, whether it's an enchantnt to stop attachnt type enchantnt to attach to target him or an indestructible enchantnt. He even prepares the card used to destroy the spell and returns the spell to the mindscape.
Daniel then took a deep breath and used the 'Planar Shift' spell.

On the VTOL, Loki senses the space fluctuation, and he's looking at the tank on the screen. His son, Fenrir, who's unconsciously floating within the tank, suddenly vanishes. This made his heart nearly co out of his throat. Suddenly, the darkness explodes out of the tank like molten lava explodes from a volcano.
That dark substance are spread all over the island, but none of it touched Daniel. The ground cracked, there was no sign of life, and plants beca dark and withered while the air itself quickly turned into a dark mist as if the very air was corrupted by the dark power that ca out of Fenrir's body.
The dark substance quickly spread out until it covered the entire island, making all of the plants wither and die. The plant grows dark, its leaf withered and corrupted, and it rots as if it had died for a long ti.
The scene in front of Loki is as if it ca out of a horror movie where all life on this island simply died and corrupted. The tank and the artifact also corrode black as if it was corroded over ti; all of it becos rust… black rust and slowly becos ash, and there's nothing left other than several piles of black dust on the ground.
But then, a second later, his son was back; Fenrir was back and slowly got up. The grey wolf is looking around. There is a sign of grogginess as if he just woke up from a long sleep. This scene made Loki smile; Daniel Emberweave truly delivered on his promises!
Then…. On the screen, he saw his son Fenrir turn toward Daniel and then growl. Then suddenly, his son grew in size of a giant wolf of more than 20 ters in height and pounced on Daniel, who was startled.
"Shit!" Loki exclaid, and he quickly went to the door of the VTOL. He wanted to stop his son, but it was too late.
At this mont, Daniel's titan Avatar manifested, the mana construct appeared, and a hundred arms of Hecatonchires quickly punched Fenrir.

Fenrir cried out in pain as the punch broke his fangs and teeth out, but then Fenrir's fang quickly grew back. This is one of Fenrir, the god devourer wolf ability. The fang can rapidly grow back. And it quickly pounced on the mana construct once again.
Then… it's started; the mana construct pulls its arms back before….
Booom! Booom! Booom! Booom! Booom! Booom! Booom!
The fists of the mana construct repeatedly hit Fenrir's mouth, breaking its fang and teeth; each ti the fang and teeth regrew, it imdiately got broken by the Hecatonchires mana construct. This beat-up fest continued for a few minutes before Fenrir cried out another pitiful yelp before falling unconscious.
At this ti, Loki arrived on the island. "What the hell are you doing Emberweave!? Why are you beating up my son!?" Loki protests and then quickly rushes to Fenrir's side, checking his son's vital signs.
"Am I supposed to stay still and let your son snack on then?" Daniel retorted.
After Loki carefully checked his son's vital signs, he let out a sigh of relief. His son's vitality seems to have returned to its peak. No… it beca even stronger than his peak. His son is only unconscious from all the beating he received from Daniel.
"Sigh~" Loki let out a sigh of relief, then turned toward Daniel. "You could just evade!" Loki argues.
"No, he will just not stop trying to snack on . His mind is still in the middle of the war. Sending him to sleep is a good thing to calm him down." Daniel reasoned.
Loki can't argue anymore as what Daniel said made sense, but he still can't accept that soone just beat the hell out of his son like that. Still, he is grateful that Daniel can cure his son; if it had not been for this, he might have already fought with Daniel.
Loki checked his son's health once more and found that there were no issues. He felt assured that his son was finally free from all injuries and curses, Of course, except for the blunt trauma to his mouth and broken teeth. In fact, his son was even stronger than in his peak condition.
Loki took a mont to calm himself, let out a sigh, and then turned to Daniel. "Thank you very much, Mr. Emberweave. I owe you a great debt. You can count on the support of the Syndicate Union, no matter what you need. We will assist you with anything within our power. You can consider us full allies." With a smile, Loki extended his hand toward Daniel.
