Although Li Aozi knew that the old era of Azure Star was very glorious, with an incredibly brilliant civilization and powerful technology, under such circumstances, the physical quality or knowledge level of the Azure Star People wouldn’t be low.

But he hadn’t expected that the addition of Alicxia would bring a refreshing change to the whole of Bemudes.

As an outsider who suddenly appeared, Alicxia tad a vast, untad group of Followers of the Children of Fire with her magical ans, and through her speech, she sharply pointed out the problems of Bemudes.

To make people voluntarily admit to their various cris—this act was truly magical, almost equivalent to holding each group leader’s fig leaf; she only needed to gently hamr down the gavel, and those deified individuals would imdiately fall from grace, even be despised by thousands.

Alicxia did not actively pursue the culpability of many, but instead, she used this thod to allow the leaders of various factions in Bemudes to reach a consensus. Under the suggestion of Alicxia, they embarked on a cooperative eting, highlighting the severe current situation, the need to implent strict managent systems, and recognizing the true enemy of the people of Grante.

"Of course, making mistakes is inevitable," Alicxia said leniently at the eting:

"No one is free from mistakes. We can put aside these disputes for the ti being. The pressing matter for everyone now is to decide what kind of leadership organization to create so that we won’t be without direction."

The eting went smoothly, perhaps because Alicxia and Li Aozi, both amiable Beta Rank individuals, were presiding. There was hardly any wrangling, and everyone happily reached an agreent. In the end, they elected the leader of the young officers—Xi Silong Gran, a robust man who valued pragmatism—as the party chief of Bemudes. They announced the formation of a military governnt.

For Grante, the establishnt of a military governnt was not a bad thing; after all, a military governnt was still more normal than a feudal serfdom.

Xi Silong was quite surprised by this, feeling that as a warrior, he didn’t have much ability. It was only out of a burst of passion and concern for his country that he decided to join the rebellion. After receiving Alicxia’s endorsent, Xi Silong beca sowhat nervous. He walked to the podium, recorded by his personal terminal, and gave his inauguration speech:

"Fellow citizens of Grante, I am Xi Silong Gran. I have just sworn that I will serve as the party chief of Bemudes, leading Bemudes warriors to resist the tyranny of Duke Gamos of Grante. Now, we will establish a provisional military governnt. Once our battle is victorious, we will re-organize national elections, restoring governance to the people, and rebuilding the Republic!"

He hesitated for a mont, and having overco his previous nervousness, he opened his mouth and, deviating from his script, grabbed the microphone and called out in a deep voice:

"Long live Grante, long live the citizens, long live freedom!"

This astute and sharp-tongued forr Judge, holding a letter, handed it to Li Aozi with a slight smile:

"My dear, I need to trouble you to make a run for this."

Li Aozi intended to just browse the forums, but seeing the Judge’s fulso confidence, he could only nod in agreent.

[’Alicxia’ likes it like this, Favorability 109]

[Current Favorability: 278 (Affectionate)]

"Thank you, dear."

Seven hours later, Li Aozi stealthily infiltrated the Embassy of Sky Ring in Grante. A military officer received Li Aozi and took the letter.

"Interesting, getting Sky Ring to recognize Grante’s new governnt?"

After reviewing it, the military officer greatly approved of the contents of the letter:

"That’s really good; the Sky Ring Country will soon take action."

"The current international society always sympathizes with colonial independence," Li Aozi said. "If possible, it would be best to provide so arms aid or supply materials through a humanitarian corridor."

"I will convey your suggestions to our country," the officer said, extending his hand to Li Aozi, speaking amicably: "Thanks to your help, Mr. Li."

As for the gratitude from the People of Sky Ring, Li Aozi didn’t show much excitent; Sky Ring’s actions were not because he supported Grante’s rebellion against colonialism, but because Grante’s independence could bring setbacks to Frost Plated.

Although President Madeleine of Frost Plated may seem insane, the large-scale nature of the country cannot be ignored. Perhaps constrained by GTB restrictions, she may not send troops to invade Grante, but Frost Plated has not just the army as its only large-scale ard force.

For example, Fourth Rule.

Even though Madeleine is crazy, her basic decision-making as a politician is still rational. Li Aozi estimated that at least twenty to thirty thousand female special agents from Fourth Rule would participate in the invasion of Grante.

At first glance, it doesn’t seem like so many people, but the problem is that Fourth Rule’s female special agents are accustod to violent enforcent, ruthless and heartless, while seventy percent of Grantians are of farr origin, generally only educated up to middle school and elentary school levels, which reality cannot be changed even now with the spiritual encouragent and opposing parties provided by Bemudes.

Grante is an agricultural nation, unable to produce ammunition on its own, and because it has no dostic oil, gasoline depends entirely on imports from Frost Plated. One might even say that without Frost Plated, tanks and armored vehicles could not run, and most of the military are not fully dedicated to military production. Coupled with Gamos’s ineffectual policies during his ti, the soldiers’ morale is very low, which could easily lead to a country being broken and its people perishing.

The first thing that Li Aozi needed to secure for Grante was material aid, especially the much-needed oil resources, but Sky Ring was incapable of sending oil there.

So, he had to look elsewhere.

Leaving The Embassy of Sky Ring, Li Aozi imdiately went to the Zhengxu Embassy, explained his intentions, and after presenting so of the Proof of Mingji Path Cri evidence, an official from Zhengxu Intelligence Bureau ca in contact with him.

"I’ve long heard of you, Mr. Leoz. My na is Diago Oreliano Italia."

The official was robust, with facial features that were the standard traits of the Zhengxu People, a mix of Caucasian and Asian features—which are characteristic of the Zhengxu People.

Zhengxu has many handso n and beautiful won, and aesthetic standards are high. Upon seeing Li Aozi, Diago imdiately exclaid in admiration, "I can’t believe there’s such a beauty as you, you must be the creator’s most favored angel."

"You flatter ," Li Aozi smiled and, leveraging his extraordinary Charm, began to discuss serious matters, "To be honest, I am now contributing to the liberation of the Grantian people. Would your country be willing to make a profit?"

The Four Nations each have their own areas of expertise: Frost Plated excels in cybernetic technology, Red Arrow boasts a steel flood and the highest level dical system, Sky Ring is renowned for its Samurai and swords, while Zhengxu embodies the philosophy of ’never having enough firepower’.

Zhengxu’s Project 1099: Heberon Arsenal, is currently the world’s best light weapons military complex, with nearly every country preferring to use Heberon’s weapons. The after-sales service is first-class, and the weapons themselves are sturdy and reliable, from PDW (Personal Defense Weapons) to light machine guns—you can always find the weapon that suits you best.

Even soone like Li Aozi, a novice when it cos to firearms, was well aware that the finest guns on Azure Star were made by Heberon.

Zhengxu was also very interested in Grante’s internal coup plans. Zhengxu itself did not have a clear stance, but the situation was such that Frost Plated was already in a moral and public opinion trough, not taking a bite now would be a disservice to oneself.

After negotiations, Li Aozi, wielding his powerful Charm, secured for Grante 6,000 L44 ’Hawara’ assault rifles produced by Heberon Arsenal, 300,000 rounds of ammunition, and four Glent 105mm howitzers for the incredibly low price of just 900,000 Derby.

This was basically a giveaway.

The Zhengxu official praised Li Aozi’s luck, which had been tily as the Zhengxu military was clearing out stock, preparing to switch to a new rifle and new 6.8mm ammunition. Without any colonies or dependent states, Zhengxu simply had to sell the surplus.

Most importantly, Zhengxu indicated that it could provide oil to Bemudes through the underground pipelines of its ally, the Republic of Gerwado.

As for the oil price, Zhengxu proposed that it could be settled with sugar and wheat, as Zhengxu itself had abundant resources.

As for anti-vehicle weapons, those were out of reach—Heberon Arsenal, along with Zhengxu, only sold their own light weapons to foreign markets. If one wanted war weapons, then one would have to turn to the Red Arrow Empire. However, given current circumstances, Li Aozi assud that the Red Arrow Empire would be restricted by the Drama financial group, and even if weapons were purchased, they might not be dispatched.

"In the natural world, Charm is often more useful than Intelligence."

While Alicxia could help consolidate the Grantian people’s Will internally and get them to stand up spiritually, Li Aozi was helping the Grantian people stand up in a physical sense.

The independence and dignity of a nation only exist within the range of a cannon.

After much thought, Li Aozi realized he couldn’t be so narrow-minded.

Since he was already here, why not visit three of the countries in the Four Nations.
