"Master, your personal guard is in transport planes, airborne and on standby, ready to provide airdrop support at any mont..."

Chui Chui coordinated the Eternal Domain Air Force to position themselves above Storm City, providing necessary backup for the Super Tactical Squad.

At this mont, Yan Xing was lying behind a parapet, concealed by a rain cape—apparently left to dry by a Lord’s Mansion guard—and observing the West Tower opposite him with binoculars.

Hibel was very familiar with the Lord of Storm City. When she was young, she often used secret passages to sneak out and play. This ti, she used these sa passages to bring the Super Tactical Squad into the city.

Arlanda was already in position at the selected sniping point.

Hibel was with Arlanda. While protecting the sniper, her familiarity with the area allowed her to promptly identify any unexpected developnts.

Yan Xing and Donna were hiding behind two defensive parapets near the gallery bridge, awaiting the assassination opportunity.

Olaf remained at the entrance to cover the squad’s retreat after the assassination was complete.

On Yan Xing’s tactical display, all personnel had reached their designated positions.

Transport planes, dive bombers, fighters, and airborne fortresses were all on standby at high altitude.

There was even a helicopter purchased from the real world, stationed outside the city.

The squad had developed various contingency plans for ergencies, along with detailed assassination and retreat strategies.

"Have them continue to stand by. If all goes well, we won’t need their help. What’s the current situation at the Storm City Alchemy Factory?"

Chui Chui displayed footage from the Alchemy Factory’s direction. It showed the interior of a massive flying platform from which thick smoke was billowing.

If not for the cover of the war fog, the black smoke would be visible directly from the Lord’s Mansion.

"Master, our Goblin insider added explosive crystal dust to a Magic Power balancer, causing a Magical Explosion. News of the accident should have reached them by now. I’ve deployed drones to monitor the West Tower; the Tower Mages are all present, and Anderson is with them. Should Anderson be added to the sniper list?"

"No. As long as Anderson doesn’t interfere with our operation, don’t kill him for now. Moflin is our primary target."

Letting Anderson go was not just Yan Xing’s promise to Count Theodore; it was also because Anderson acted as a buffer between him and Cloud Tower. If Anderson died, it would be a significant blow to their three-nation alliance, and it would be detrintal if it caused the Gryphon Heart Empire and the Barbaric Orcs to make a strategic withdrawal. The Snow Elves and the Kingdom of Silvermane suffered from unstable dostic politics; without external pressure, internal problems would likely erupt.

The war had just begun. The Eternal Domain was still hoping to profit from it, gathering funds to advance its alchemy technology tree. Without this war, the research and developnt of the Eternal Domain’s Magic Weapons and super armants wouldn’t have progressed so quickly. Therefore, they still needed Anderson to continue stirring up trouble.

Chui Chui relayed Yan Xing’s instructions to the Super Tactical Squad mbers: Anderson was not an essential target for this mission.

Hibel said to Yan Xing through the squad’s internal communication channel, "Thank you..."

Yan Xing replied, "You’re welco. This is part of my deal with the old Earl. As long as you and Atreli serve , I will spare Anderson. But... if Anderson poses a danger to our people, we will kill him. You need to be ntally prepared for that."

"I understand... There can be no rcy on the battlefield. I will do what I can. Thank you again..."

Just then, Chui Chui reported, "All positions, be alert. The Tower Mages are ascending within the tower and are expected to appear at the gallery bridge entrance in forty-seven seconds. Order of appearance will be: Anderson, Moflin, Miler, Bobia..."

Yan Xing imdiately raised his binoculars towards the tower. Through its windows, he could see Mages in robes ascending the building’s internal structure.

"Arlanda, prepare to snipe. Moflin’s body has elentalized, giving her very strong regenerative abilities. Strive for a single shot to blow her head apart; her brain definitely hasn’t elentalized. Donna, the gunshot is our signal to strike. You block the west end of the gallery bridge, I’ll block the east end, and we’ll trap them in between."

Donna replied, "Sir, the east end ans I’ll face Anderson. He’s a powerful hero. Perhaps we should switch positions."

Yan Xing imdiately said, "The plan is set and can’t be changed on a whim. I’ll hold off Anderson while you go on the offensive. Coordinate with Arlanda to eliminate the Tower Mages as quickly as possible. Hibel, keep an eye on the surroundings and provide support at any mont. Olaf, hold your position. Does everyone understand?"

"Understood!" the mbers of the Super Tactical Squad responded in unison.

Chui Chui’s voice resonated in everyone’s headsets, "Target is about to enter the gallery bridge... 3... 2... 1..."

On all cara feeds monitoring the gallery bridge, Anderson was the first to erge.

Arlanda was crouched on a rampart two hundred ters from the gallery bridge. Beside her, a guard under Hypnosis Magic leaned against a crenellation, appearing as if on duty.

Hibel stood to one side, quietly observing other directions around the Lord’s Mansion.

Arlanda, Magic Sniper Rifle in hand, aid through the gap ford by the hypnotized guard and the crenellation, targeting the gallery bridge. For her, shooting at this distance posed no difficulty. The challenge, according to information gathered from the Goblins, was whether the bullet could penetrate the Mages’ automatic Defense Magic and pierce Moflin’s skull.
