Yan Xing did not have to wait too long before Hibel erged from the equipnt room wearing her Super Armant test model.
At first glance, Yan Xing was greatly disappointed. This was because Hibel had added a lining inside the magic armor, concealing any exposed skin. However, upon closer inspection, he realized that this combination actually had more appeal. Truthfully, showing too much skin is only stunning at first glance; one quickly tires of it. Just as flowers need green leaves to enhance their beauty, well-matched armor and lining are far more aesthetically pleasing.
Chui Chui should learn from this, not just rigidly stick to templates.

Then, Yan Xing noticed that Hibel’s armor used more materials than the magic armors of Donna and Arlanda. Presumably, more integrated magic circles had been added. Not only did the armor use more materials, but over a dozen pipelines also connected the back of Hibel’s armor to a large server unit. The server was mounted on an automated flatbed trolley that followed Hibel closely. The lights on the server blinked frantically, and the cooling fans inside emitted a loud WHIRR.
Hibel, feeling embarrassed by Yan Xing’s gaze, said, "I only dare to wear this when it’s just and Chui Chui here. But... I added a lining on my own; it shouldn’t affect the test, right?"
Without waiting for Chui Chui to answer, Yan Xing said, "It won’t affect anything. You can be more casual during this test, but if you were to wear it outside, you’d still need a lining; otherwise, it would look too revealing. Moreover, I think it looks better with the lining. Chui Chui, design linings for Donna’s and Arlanda’s armor as well. This is for battle, not a beauty contest."
Chui Chui pouted in dissatisfaction but still responded, "Yes, Master, as you wish."
Next, Chui Chui and Hibel demonstrated the research and developnt progress of the Super Armant to Yan Xing. The basic structural design of the Super Armant designed for Hibel was complete. The server connected to her back powered its operations. The unresolved issue was how to reconfigure the server and its necessary power source into a design based on magic circles. Only then could the integrated magic circle imprinting technology be used to etch the server into the Super Armant. These technical issues were Chui Chui’s to resolve; Yan Xing was only interested in the results.
The magic armor Hibel currently wore would possess all the functionalities of the Super Armant once connected to the server. If disconnected, it could also function as standard magic armor.
The test began.
Hibel first activated the armor’s Flight Function, her entire body lifting off the ground and floating. However, because she was still connected to the server by pipelines, Hibel could not make any significant maneuvers.
Next, she demonstrated its magic capabilities. Hibel imdiately activated the Super Armant’s most powerful mode, and dozens of magic circles unfolded layer by layer around her. Guided by Hibel’s intent, these magic circles combined with incredible speed. Water System, Fire System, Air System, Earth System, and their Derived Magic spells ford in an instant. Then, just as they were about to be unleashed, the Magic Power was withdrawn, and the completed magic constructs were disassembled.
An ordinary Mage would undoubtedly be incapable of such extre Magic Power control and would consequently trigger a runaway magic reaction, suffering a backlash. But the Super Armant could effortlessly retract more than a dozen spells from their pre-release state simultaneously. This capability alone made the Super Armant a potent airborne magic-casting platform.
But the Super Armant’s capabilities extended far beyond this. The optical lens in the Super Armant’s helt provided Elental Vision, allowing the wearer to clearly see the flow of magic elents and ascertain the concentration and activity of various magic elents in the area. It could analyze the magic energy signatures from an enemy’s spellcasting to predict incoming spells as they ford. Even if the opponent cast a spell not stored in its database, the system could analyze the unknown magic’s properties, functions, and potency, then provide the warrior with suggested counterasures. When under attack, the Super Armant would activate the corresponding Defense magic based on the attack’s properties and could convert a portion of the magic energy into a reverse Magical Explosion to fire back at the opponent.
The array of functionalities was truly dazzling.
With its dedicated server, the Super Armant, alongside Magic Weapons, enhanced a warrior’s strength to a degree that was worlds apart from what conventional equipnt could offer.
After witnessing the demonstration, Yan Xing gained a direct, intuitive understanding of the capabilities the Super Armant could achieve. A hero equipped with the Super Armant would undoubtedly have no problem confronting a Master Level hero.
However... the Mages from Cloud Tower had already arrived in Storm City, and the Super Armant still faced a major unresolved problem.
Hibel detached the pipelines from her back and walked over to Yan Xing. Admiring the armor she wore, she exclaid, "This is like living armor! It feels connected to my very being, responding instantly to my thoughts. It gives a sense of control I’ve never experienced before, making feel that even if I faced a Giant Dragon, I’d have the courage to slay it. I so badly want to own it soon."
Yan Xing said, "Just give Chui Chui a little ti; I believe she’ll resolve the issue quickly. Hmm... You must be quite familiar with Storm City, right? I’m planning to visit in a few days. How about you be my guide?"
Hibel, who had been excited, frowned upon hearing Yan Xing’s intention to go to Storm City. "What are you going to Storm City for? The Mages from Cloud Tower are there!"
