The attack began suddenly and ended in an instant. Before so people could even react, all the security guards had been slaughtered. Their deaths were horrifically grueso, the surroundings resembling a battlefield of carnage.

Twelve intruders in black leather ford a circle, shields facing outward, protecting Yan Xing and a few others in the center. The Tang Swords in their hands emitted a barely audible hum, as if the blades constantly maintained a low-amplitude, high-frequency vibration.

The woman who had transford into a Hellish Enchantress was not targeted for slaughter, a deliberate choice by Yan Xing.

Stunned by the sudden assault, she stood petrified, making no move throughout the entire event.

Only when she was the last one standing did her body erupt in flas as she assud a battle stance.

"Who the hell are you people? Do you realize your actions are tantamount to declaring war on the Witches’ Aid Society?"

The Hellish Enchantress’s tone held a hint of fear, yet her words were still defiant.

Yan Xing couldn’t understand what made her so arrogant now. It was probably because she had just gained a sliver of supernatural power and developed an overinflated sense of self.

He rembered being like that himself.

Sowhat dismissive of others.

Tong Yitong had also gone through this phase; the sudden acquisition of power and the resulting shift in her thinking had caused a severe misalignnt in her values.

"The war began the mont you issued a bounty for my capture," Yan Xing said, lighting a cigarette. "I ca through your front gate this ti intending to resolve this peacefully. But I’ve found that without a little violence, you seem incapable of recognizing my goodwill.

Now... shall I fight my way in? Or will you invite in?"

The Hellish Enchantress knew a battle was inevitable, and the flas engulfing her body blazed even stronger.

"You lowly, despicable mortals! My master will surely unleash divine punishnt and reduce you all to ashes!"

With that, the Hellish Enchantress crouched, her legs tensing before she stomped, shattering the floor tiles beneath her. She then transford into a streak of fire, lunging at Yan Xing.

Tong Yitong, beside Yan Xing, moved to intercept, but a shield suddenly materialized before him.

The shield floated in mid-air, unheld. As several beams of yellow light radiated from its center, it expanded into a transparent crystalline barrier, protecting Yan Xing and the others behind it.

The Hellish Enchantress stopped before the crystalline barrier, slamming the fireball she had conjured into it.

Apart from a burst of flas, the barrier remained completely unmoved.

The Hellish Enchantress tried to attack again, but a blade of light slashed out from the side, striking her.

The force of the attack sent her flying, her shoulder wound oozing magma-like blood.

The one who had deployed the crystalline barrier and attacked the Hellish Enchantress was a Combat Alchemy Automaton.

Holding a Tang Sword, he stepped before Yan Xing and requested, "Master, Unit 008 requests permission to engage in solo combat."

The intelligence cores Chui Chui selected for the Combat Alchemy Automatons all possessed Junior Intelligence and were developing distinct personalities and specializations.

Unit 001 possessed excellent organizational skills and ergency response capabilities.

Unit 008, on the other hand, possessed strong combat instincts and an intense desire for victory.

One purpose of deploying the Combat Alchemy Automatons this ti was to test their combat effectiveness and collect data for future standardized models.

Since Unit 008 wanted a one-on-one duel, so be it.

Yan Xing replied, "Take your shield. Bring her head."

Activating the crystalline barrier consud a substantial amount of a Combat Alchemy Automaton’s energy.

Therefore, Yan Xing ordered Unit 008 to retrieve his shield and engage in conventional combat.

"As you command, my Master."

Unit 008 placed his hand on the shield, deactivating the crystalline barrier, and took the shield in hand.

By this ti, the wound on the Hellish Enchantress’s shoulder had healed, showcasing her formidable defenses and regenerative capabilities.

Truly a creature from Hell.

Yan Xing smoked his cigarette, his gaze drifting towards the distant manor.

It was a square building perched against a high mountain cliff, built in the style of a classic European Royal Court, with a towering turret at each corner.

Reflections were still visible from within the turrets... He wasn’t sure if they were from a telescope or rifle scopes.

The wide forecourt between the manor building and the main gate was deserted. Even though the Combat Alchemy Automatons had killed so many security guards, no reinforcents had appeared.

"Chui Chui, can you see anyone inside the building?"

Chui Chui replied, "Master, I’ve been maintaining surveillance on the building’s interior with the Eye of Air. Apart from a sniper in the southeast turret, I haven’t spotted anyone else. They’re probably all inside, waiting for you."

A Combat Alchemy Automaton was positioned between the sniper and Yan Xing.

"Continue surveillance. This organization has existed for hundreds of years; they must have so hidden strength."

"Yes, Master."

Yan Xing and Chui Chui had only exchanged a few words, but the fight between Unit 008 and the Hellish Enchantress was already nearing its conclusion.

The two were not on the sa level of power.

A true Hellish Enchantress is exceptionally powerful. Their natural affinity for Fire Magic elents allows them to easily wield potent Fire Magic. They also possess imnse agility and defensive capabilities, which is why any Hellish Enchantress venturing to the surface world invariably causes great destruction.

However, this particular Hellish Enchantress barely resembled a true one. In Yan Xing’s eyes, her power was just a pale imitation, and she couldn’t even control it proficiently.

The Combat Alchemy Automatons, in contrast, were a product combining the essence of the Eternal Domain’s advanced science and Alchemy Technology.

Their chanical structures utilized lightweight, high-strength materials from the real world. Their bionic muscle fibers were made from raw materials produced by the Alchemy Laboratory’s refinent techniques, and their outer shells were the latest model of Magical Protective Plate.
