The attributes of the Militia were much stronger than those of the Farrs, who only had stats of one in all categories. Compared to Werewolves, they seed not much stronger than First Order Werewolves and not much weaker than Second Order Howlers. In short, as the most basic military unit of the human race, the Militia’s strength wasn’t as negligible as their na suggested—they were indeed capable of contending with Werewolves. However, as a Second Order military unit, the recruitnt cost for Militia was definitely higher than for the First Order units of other races. This likely served as a balance for the natural tax-paying talents of the Farrs.

Eddie, having successfully advanced to beco a Second Order militiaman, was appointed by Yan Xing as the militia captain of the first Militia troop in the Eternal Domain. The physical fitness of the Militia was much more robust than that of the Farrs. During the recruitnt and advancent process, the Militia automatically received a set of cloth armor, a Short Sword, and a spear. Standing in line for Yan Xing’s inspection, their spirited appearance simply could not be compared to that of Farrs.

Yan Xing was very satisfied with his domain’s first human army. It was just that their equipnt was rather rudintary and certainly did not match the trend of the Eternal Domain Soldiers’ gear. He said to Eddie, "Go get the new Militia equipped by Gao Sipa right away. Before dinner, I want to see their gear exactly like yours."

Before the war with the Duan’er Tribe, the equipnt Eddie and his chosen Farrs received was on par with Olaf’s Werewolves. They were all wearing half-body armor and Tactical Vests, with items like slingshots, stun batons, daggers, anti-werewolf spray, and walkie-talkies all stuffed into different pockets of the Tactical Vests. They had helts on their heads and special military boots that Yan Xing had purchased for them on their feet. It was countless tis more advanced than the cloth armor the Militia initially wore.

Yan Xing, wanting to show off his army, definitely couldn’t let the new Militia et Duan’er while wearing cloth armor. The equipnt had already been prepared in advance and was managed by Gao Sipa. They rushed to change their gear, ready to impress Duan’er.

"Yes, Lord!" Eddie led his n to receive equipnt from Gao Sipa.

Yan Xing continued to convert another building.

[A building has been found that ets the standards for a militia training camp. Do you wish to set it up as a militia training camp? Note! Once the militia training camp is set up, it cannot be changed.]

"Confirm the establishnt of the militia training camp!"

[Construction of the militia training camp is completed.]

[Militia training camp: Allows heroes with training skills to train Farrs inside. Once Farrs et the advancent criteria, they can be promoted to Second Order Militia in the militia barracks. Note: When Farrs are training, the food consumption is doubled.]

In the militia training camp, there were wooden dummies and so martial arts spears purchased by Yan Xing. These were the essential pre-set facilities inside the camp. Heroes could choose Farrs to enter the militia training camp for training, enabling them to et the advancent criteria without experiencing combat. After all, the two battles that Yan Xing had fought were too unusual. Real combat would an only one in ten Farrs might survive. Such good fortune might not co often in the future. With the militia training camp, the human domain now had a convenient ans of acquiring troops.

As for the doubled food consumption by the Farrs during training... Yan Xing didn’t know if other human domains had enough food. His own domain, however, not only had enough but could even provide a nutritional surplus.

All Farrs in the Eternal Domain must enter the militia training camp in batches for training, he resolved. This way, when facing strong enemies in the future, it would be possible to rapidly produce a large number of Militia.

Now, there was already one militia barracks and one militia training camp. The construction of these recruitnt buildings was limited in number; to build more, it was necessary to upgrade the Council Hall. However, the Peasant Huts within the domain were of an unrestricted type, so the Eternal Domain could also build another Peasant Hut. As a result, an additional fifteen Farrs could be recruited each week, equating to an inco of fifteen Gold Coins. So Yan Xing arranged for the domain’s construction team to imdiately build the Peasant Hut.

Another urgent construction was the Blacksmith Shop. The function of the Blacksmith Shop was to slt iron and forge ironware. As the population of the Eternal Domain would gradually increase, so would the size of the army. Procuring so sensitive weapons in the real world could easily lead to a lot of trouble. But procuring steel billets was much simpler. First, he would have the steel traders cut the steel into segnts. Then, it would be sent to the Blacksmith Shop to be forged, eliminating the steps of slting and hamring. Although it was not as fast as mass production, Blacksmith Shops had no limit on quantity. As long as the supply of steel could keep up, it was simply a matter of building more Blacksmith Shops.

Yan Xing recalled the Duan’er Tribe’s equipnt... Arms trade would undoubtedly be a key item in the upcoming negotiations.

The Blacksmith Shop had to be built as quickly as possible.

Then there were houses, canteens, toilets, water channels... The domain lacked everything; there was so much to build.

They could only proceed step by step.

While Yan Xing was guiding the Farrs on the next phase of the construction plan, Eddie arrived with the militian, who had changed into their new equipnt. The Militia looked impressive, tall and decked out, with goggles giving them a bit of an Arican Empire soldier vibe.

"Not bad, not bad..." Yan Xing was very pleased with his Militia troop, "Eddie, arrange for eight n to go and relieve Olaf’s Werewolves. The rest, prepare the banquet—I intend to put so serious pressure on the Duan’er Clan Leader."

"Yes, Lord!"

Yan Xing returned to the real world and brought back dinner from Xu’s Old Store. There was also a set of food boxes filled with carefully prepared dishes by Auntie Li. In addition, Yan Xing specifically bought a few bottles of high-grade red wine and so stemd wine glasses.

By the ti Yan Xing returned to the domain, night had completely enshrouded the prairie. Fires were lit all around, both inside and outside the camp. Outside the barbed-wire protective wall, the uninjured or lightly injured Werewolves were held in a temporarily constructed prison, overseen by four militian standing close by. Other Werewolves with severe injuries were concentrated in several tents to receive dical treatnt, guarded by four militian on patrol. The pressure of managing the prisoners was not to be underestimated.

Other Farrs gathered around several campfires. The happy life and the bright prospects of the domain had them singing songs, with so even improvising dances next to the fires. Even with the Werewolves nearby, not a single Farr was afraid, due to their confidence in their Lord’s strength. So audacious children even crouched outside the tents, peeking at the bandaged Werewolf casualties inside.

In the middle of these campfire groups, a pavilion with a four-cornered canopy was erected. Under the pavilion was a long table, covered with a variety of exquisitely prepared dishes. The modernly equipped Militia and Yan Xing’s own imposing Werewolves stood guard around the pavilion. Their full steel armor and various alchemical equipnt exuded a confidence that seed to co from deep within their bones.

Yan Xing sat at one end of the long table. Behind him were the domain’s Tax Officer, Lao Hansi, and the newly appointed Internal Affairs Officer, Gao Sipa.

Everything was ready, and the main act could begin.

Yan Xing said to Eddie, the militia captain standing outside the tent, "Go... invite the Duan’er Clan Leader here. Be polite..."
