Hey guys.

So, unfortunately, I have so bad news. The last two chapters of book 3 of rchant Crab have been lost.

And I know what you're thinking, that surely, in this day and age, I had backups of them. No such luck.

You see, I write Balthazar's story the old fashioned way—with a quill and ink, on a piece of parchnt, under the candlelight.

And I know what you're thinking, that the paper caught fire from the fla of the candle. Not at all.

What actually happened was that, during the night, a rock lobster broke into my place by snipping the lock of my window with its powerful pincer. With what intention, I could not tell you, but my hypothesis is that, upon laying eyes on the story of a handso crab who becos a famous and successful rchant that makes lots of friends, the vile decapod was consud by uncontrollable envy.

And I know what you're thinking, that lobsters surely cannot read, unlike crabs. My best guess is that the creature pieced it together by looking at the drawn pictures I made on the edges of the pages.

This text was taken from . Help the author by reading the original version there.

Anyway, enraged by its envious state—and possibly so amount of hunger—the lobster decided to... eat the precious papyrus upon which I had written the ending of book 3, before making its escape through the sa window it used to enter my house.

And I know what you're thinking, that surely I could just write those two chapters again. Unfortunately, I am far too busy to do that now.

Which leads to the good news! I'm about to release a brand new story!

So, forget about Balthazar, the rchant Crab. That's old news! Instead, I'll be putting all my focus on a brand new story that you should read too.

Crab rchant!

It's the story of a young adventurer who was once taking a nap by the shore of a lake when a small crab decided to rudely walk over his forehead. To his surprise, when the adventurer tried to swat the little crustacean off him, the crab started talking to him! A lot!

The crab explains to the adventurer that he is very special, destined to be a rchant of legend, and has been chosen to embark on a very important quest—selling crabs across the world. From there on, the two reluctant business partners start a journey full of fun and perils, with our hero spreading all sorts of crabs to the unwitting populace, always with his trusty crustacean advisor on his shoulder.

Anyway, I've already written 5 million words on this short story, so please go read it once I publish it, alright? Thanks! 🦞
