Three crates of wine were sent into Gao Yang’s tent, and the crates containing clothing and sabers were placed outside.

The Dagger Assault Team had assembled, with veterans and rookies standing apart. The reason for not pairing veterans with rookies was that Gao Yang and Peter were afraid that these veterans might lead the rookies astray.

Gao Yang opened one of the crates, took out a saber, and with a swipe, pulled the saber out of its sheath, shouting, "As I said, you will have privileges, you will have your own symbol. Since you are the best, you deserve these."

Gao Yang returned the saber to its sheath and shouted, "Rember, officially becoming a mber of the Dagger Assault Team is sothing you’ve fought for yourselves. Now, let’s start the roll call. When your na is called, step forward to receive your honor!"

Peter held the list, and the first na he called was a veteran who had perford bravely and was wounded in the first battle.

Although his injuries were minor, the veteran was able to persist and co to receive his honor, and being the first to be called made him particularly excited.

Shaking a bit, he stood in front of Gao Yang. Gao Yang solemnly extended the saber in his hand, placing it in the raised hands of the wounded veteran, loudly saying, "This saber represents your identity, it showcases your bravery, your scars are the mark of your fearlessness! Salute to you, Warrior. Almost every man in Yen has a saber, but you are the first to receive this saber!"

After speaking, Gao Yang solemnly saluted.

The veteran’s lips quivered, he returned the salute, then drew out the army saber Gao Yang gave him to take a look. Suddenly, he drew the scimitar that was strapped to his wide belt and, after securing the Phoenix Army Saber in his belt, he respectfully offered his wide-bladed scimitar to Gao Yang with both hands.

"This saber has been with for many years, but now I don’t need it anymore. I want to present it to you, sir, please do accept!"

The scimitar actually had a rhino horn handle, and what’s even rarer was that it was Damascus steel. This saber was quite a good item. Gao Yang didn’t hesitate to accept the scimitar and loudly said, "It’s my honor, thank you! Soldier, now go receive your new uniform!"

The wounded soldier stood before Peter, who took an appropriate-sized battle outfit that suited the wounded soldier, then placed the military cap, arm patch, belt, and a pair of lightweight combat boots on the clothes.

After so encouragent, a soldier had completed the entire delivery process.

Issuing each person’s belongings was quite troubleso. More than a hundred people would take considerable ti, but no matter how troubleso, each soldier must receive their gear. For soldiers, montum is crucial, and doing things must have a sense of ceremony, mission, and if possible, a sacred feeling.

With the first injured soldier serving as an example, each subsequent soldier would also offer their scimitar upon receiving the new army saber; although not everyone gave their saber to Gao Yang, Peter was actually the one who received the most gifts, and almost every veteran had soone they admired, offering their saber to that person.

Even Eileen received a scimitar, which was particularly rare because in Yen, where won’s status is extrely low, it’s incredibly rare for a woman to be respected.

Eileen received a saber, but Cui Bo and Phoenix did not. The two of them were responsible for cover missions and did not appear publicly, so those Yeni veterans couldn’t see them at all, and naturally, no one would offer them a saber.

The process of distributing sabers and clothing was lengthy. If each person spoke for a minute, it would take more than two hours for 140 to 150 people, and if sabers and uniforms were distributed to rookies as well, it wouldn’t be completed in four hours.

Because they received no attention and essentially beca invisible, Cui Bo grumbled with dissatisfaction: "F**k, even Eileen has a saber. These people are all damn idiots; we are so important, yet no one expresses admiration and respect for . Tell , do these people even know what a sniper is?"

Phoenix’s face was behind a mask, but she glanced at Cui Bo with very cold eyes and then said quietly, "Shut up!"

Cui Bo paused a mont, then complained even more angrily: "Why should I shut up, am I wrong?"

Phoenix said coldly, "You talk too much for a sniper."

Cui Bo retorted defiantly, "It’s you who speak too little, who says snipers can’t talk."

Phoenix said indifferently, "Choosing to beco a sniper ans getting used to loneliness and preferring to hide in the shadows. Alright, don’t talk to anymore, I’ve talked too much today."

Cui Bo said sheepishly, "But everyone else has received one, and we haven’t. It’s hard not to feel unhappy about it..."

"Enough... Go away, thank you."

While Cui Bo and Phoenix were quietly bickering, the distribution work reached the final stages, and at this ti, Salim’s vehicle returned once more.

Salim’s quick return certainly ant sothing urgent, but with the task yet unfinished, Gao Yang rely glanced and didn’t pay Salim any attention, so once Salim got off the car, he just stood to the side without showing any hint of presence.

After distributing the belongings to all the veterans, Gao Yang stood before the rookies, while so of the veterans equipped with new outfits couldn’t wait to change their clothes.

Gao Yang looked at the veterans and then at the envious rookies, watching them craning their necks to look at the veterans’ drawn sabers and the impatient ones changing into new uniforms, all eager to receive similar treatnt.

Standing in front of the rookies’ line, Gao Yang pulled out the Dagger with a smile: "Do you want one?"

Peter, who had been leading the new recruits for three days, shouted, "Yes!"

"No!"

With a cheeky expression, after saying no, Gao Yang shouted, "Because you haven’t earned the qualification to formally join the Dagger Assault Team yet."

Pointing to the veterans, Gao Yang shouted, "Do you know why they have them? Because during the first battle they were exceptionally brave. We lost many brothers in battle, and many were wounded. They proved their value, so they received what they deserved."

Distinction in treatnt made the veterans very satisfied because they felt respected.

Even though Gao Yang felt particularly insincere praising the veterans, differential treatnt was necessary. You couldn’t provide the sa treatnt to wounded veterans and newly joined rookies, even though the veterans’ performances were lousy.

The remaining conversation was left to Peter to continue addressing the rookies after Gao Yang signaled him, then Gao Yang walked towards Salim. Smiling, he said, "Why have you co back so quickly? Let guess, it’s probably not good news."

Salim said eagerly, "I want to invite you to attack the military camp tonight!."

Gao Yang shrugged and said, "The military camp, that military camp, relying solely on us seems a little weak, doesn’t it?"

Salim whispered, "There is only one military camp, it’s the largest camp in Sana’a. I want to tell you, the camp has cannons, armored vehicles, and tanks!"

Gao Yang’s eyes widened a bit, and then he said without hesitation, "We’re attacking the camp!"
