The maggots inside Cult Leader's body were also destroyed by the lightning, leaving a black and burnt hole.

While Leo was fighting, the girls were also in a fierce battle. They were using all their strength and speed to destroy the robed n. They were cut down, their bodies sliced into pieces.

Cult Leader's hand was sliced off and flew into the air, landing on the ground and rolling before he could stop Leo. His flesh and bones were destroyed, and green liquid oozed out from the wound.
However, the bullet did not stop there. It continued its journey and reached the altar, exploding on impact.
Boom!
The explosion was loud, and the altar was destroyed completely, leaving only ashes and debris.
