The situation was escalating quickly, and soon Williams Crawford, along with his sons and their wives, was fully aware of it. Williams sat there, utterly speechless.

First, Adam’s engagent was called off, and now, soone was spreading rumors that were no longer just rumors; they were true.

"Is this how you raised your son?" Williams asked, glaring at Dominic and Lily, who were too shocked to respond.

Dominic and Lily understood that saying anything could spell disaster for Adam. Williams had no patience for such foolishness. Adam’s breakup with Sara had already hurt his reputation in Williams’s eyes, and now this scandal was putting his position in jeopardy. If this wasn’t the last straw, it was only a matter of ti before it all fell apart.

"I raised you well, but look at the ss he’s in. It reflects badly on you as his parents," Williams said angrily. His fury was aid at protecting them from greater issues. He had received nurous calls from shareholders threatening to withdraw their support if they didn’t fix the problem. So even suggested replacing Adam with sonone else, and Williams knew exactly who they ant.

It didn’t seem right, but this had always been the plan. If only he would just accept and assu his position, Williams could relax, after all, he was ant to be his successor. But he has only accepted but left the managent to the family and Adam was nominated to manage the family business.

Sohow, this in a way. Could serve as the little push needed to have his son take back power. Williams was certain that his wouldn’t let him face humiliation like this and sit still.

"Father..." Dominic started, but Williams shot him a sharp look that silenced him.

"If he doesn’t resolve this by the end of the day, I will suspend him— effective imdiately," Williams declared. Lily trembled at the thought, her hands shaking. She glanced at Dominic, silently urging him to intervene, but he felt just as powerless.

"I will make sure this is stopped and that whoever is spreading these rumors is dealt with," Dominic said, his voice steady and determined.

Williams rose silently, looking between his children before sighing deeply. Sean remained quiet, and Williams knew his younger son was trying to keep the peace. Although aware of how often Sean and Dominic clashed, he appreciated Sean’s restraint today. His wife, Selene, also remained composed.

If only they had a child of their own.

Williams gave a brief nod to Sean and Selene before leaving the room. Dominic, noticing that their father had only acknowledged Sean, clenched his fists, his body shaking with anger.

"Selene and I will be heading out now," Sean said, placing a hand gently on Selene’s back, ready to guide her out. But before they could leave, Lily’s voice stopped them, her words filled with accusation.

"This is your doing, isn’t it?" she demanded, pointing an accusatory finger at the couple. "Are you pleased now that Father’s angry with Adam?"

Selene and Sean exchanged puzzled glances with each other before looking at the couple in front of them. They both tilted their heads to the side as if prepared.

"Don’t give that look, Selene, I know you and Sean have sothing to do with," Lily said and Slene covered her mouth with her hand trying to prevent a laughter.

"Co on, Honey. Let’s go before we contact whatever disease made their brains rot," Sean said and as he led Selene away leaving behind the furious Dominic and Lily.

"How dare..." Lily seethed and was about to yawl more accusations ar them when Dominic stopped her.

"STOP IT!" He knew his brother and he k ew he wouldn’t do that. His wife was just like him. As much as he hated to admit it, he believes Sean and his wife were blaless in this. They weren’t responsible for the scandal.

Lily spun around staring at her husband with shock. Did he just raise his voice on her?

Sandra laughed at them while also taking a sip of her own glass.

"Thanks," Anne said. Truly grateful for the juice but then glared at Sandra for laughing at her. "I wish you cooked on that and see how fun it is to be laughed at while fighting for your life."

Sandra raised a brow and smirked. Without a word to Anne, she turned to Jessa. "Who do thing we are to thank for this, Jes? Whoever they are, they did an amazing job and the fact I think they aren’t done with him yet gets even lore excited."

Jessa who now laid on he stomach on the long sofa, her legs raised and even flapping happily raised her head and looked at Sandra and shrugged. "I have no idea but we can thank him with our comnts. Let’s show our support," she said as she had now decided to join the comnter with her personal account.
