Chapter 336: Chapter 111: The Base is in Sight

Rows of trainees stood in an orderly manner as Lin Hao, with hands clasped behind his back, looked at this batch of spirited students and waved his hand.

“Board the ship!”

Mu Fan and Yin Shuai, carrying heavy packages just like the rest, followed the four mbers of the Hunting Tiger Team onto the ship.

Two dium-sized dark green starships slowly ascended into the sky!

Destination—Asteroid 131!

“We will first leave the atmosphere, then enter a wormhole for a space jump in three hours. To avoid any discomfort during the space jump, please lie down in the hibernation pods in your individual rooms,” Lin Hao’s voice echoed through the ship’s corridors.

Fifty special combat teams, each assigned three double bedrooms.

Luo Jianjin glanced at the five people, “Three bedrooms, each 10 square ters equipped with two hibernation pods, prepare to split into groups.”

White Hair’s eyes lit up, his face flushed with excitent as he shyly raised his hand and said, “I aspire to be the team’s sniper and hope to have more interactions with Senior Tracy! Captain, I request to be grouped with Tracy!”

His bright eyes and righteous words were rather imposing.

“Gorilla, I’ll share a room with this little brother, giggle.” Tracy, her sultry red lips slightly parting, her husky voice carrying a unique charm, casually pointed at a completely astonished Mu Fan, blatantly ignoring White Hair’s grief-stricken face.

Mu Fan, looking at Tracy whose curves were outrageously pronounced from the side, could not hide the shock in his eyes.

“Black Widow, you really have no sha going after younger n,” Deer said with a slightly sour tone.

Beside him, a despondent Yin Shuai scread internally, I don’t mind, man, I like this kind of thing! Such a beautiful cow, even if I’m left with nothing, I’m willing!

“Little brother Mu Fan, do you think sister looks pretty?”

Tracy’s finger gently slid up from the side of her thigh, and the tracks left by her fingers on the tight leather pants faded quickly, showing the impressive elasticity of the thighs beneath.

Yin Shuai found the sight thirst-quenching, and even Mu Fan was a bit overwheld, awkwardly shifting his gaze away and nodding, “Pretty!”

The truth!

In Mu Fan’s eyes, there was almost no excess fat on Tracy’s body, surely the result of long-term high-intensity training. Such an absolutely fit figure completely matched Mu Fan’s aesthetic. Not to ntion, this woman carrying a heavy sniper rifle also exuded a faint aura of danger.

For both aspects, Mu Fan could only say two words—”Pretty!”

“Giggle, I like it, let’s have a good heart-to-heart talk later,” Tracy threw a flirtatious glance at Mu Fan.

Seeing Mu Fan’s face start to blush, Tracy finally felt satisfied.

And when Yin Shuai heard the captain, the one with a bearded face, say, “White Hair, you co with ,” he felt as if his crystal-like spirit instantly shattered.

“Three more hours, let

briefly explain.”

“Asteroid 131, with a diater of about 2150 kiloters and dense vegetation, is warm and moist. What we are facing are the Zeg Clan, a species whose information has already been sent to your military Sky Communication, and I believe you have so understanding.”

“This is a race that, according to estimations, has been moving through the interstellar space for thousands of light-years, and they have a strict top-down hierarchical system.”

“From the lowest level of non-combatant larvae, to ordinary Beetles, advanced Guards, then to Tiger Worms, Cliff Worms, and a series of High Tier variants, we have encountered this species many tis in the distant frontiers.”

“However, these species have not yet shown any large-scale signs, and this ti we are only facing so low-level Beetles and Guards, so there’s no need to worry too much.”

Yin Shuai nodded repeatedly upon hearing this, and Mu Fan also listened curiously.

However, in Mu Fan’s ears, Black’s voice was incredibly serious: “Mu Fan, the real Zeg Clan are much worse than he described, a hundred tis more malicious than you can imagine! In the eyes of these bugs, all life forms are targets for their attacks and plundering! Rember, once you encounter these bugs, kill them rcilessly!”

Mu Fan did not understand why Black was so solemn, but it did not stop him from fully accepting Black’s advice.

Since they were not of the sa species, Mu Fan would show absolutely no rcy when striking.

“Also, let

talk about the combat arrangents, Mu Fan, you will follow Wolf and , Yin Shuai, you will follow Deer, and I will arrange for Tracy to join when needed.”

“Mu Fan is temporarily assigned as a stormtrooper, Yin Shuai as an engineer and sniper. You will receive your weapons after arriving at Base A1. Also, a word of advice to you two newcors.”

“How?” White Hair asked curiously.

“We and those expeditionary soldiers don’t exactly see eye to eye; there might be so friction when you get there. Stand your ground, the military always respects strength! Forget the humility you learned in school!”

“Understood!” Mu Fan and another replied in unison.

“Alright, prepare to enter the hibernation pods.”

Tracy once again sent a teasing glance at Mu Fan, then slowly walked into the room, swaying her hips. White Hair, in despair, looked at the corridor ceiling, grit his teeth, and followed the Chimpanzee Captain into the room.

Mu Fan shrugged at Wolf and Deer, who had tears in their eyes, and he stepped into the room.

However, contrary to Mu Fan’s expectation of being questioned, Tracy had already entered the hypersleep chamber.

With a sigh of relief, Mu Fan flicked open the hypersleep chamber and lay down.

The two dark green starships accelerated in outer space and, after maneuvering around several unoccupied asteroid belts, quietly vanished.

Lying in the hypersleep chamber, Mu Fan experienced wormhole travel for the first ti. Without the massive shell barrier of an interstellar cruise, consciousness blurred montarily, and a colorful tableau erged in his mind.

At that mont, Mu Fan felt his consciousness wonderfully detach and fly outward.

His head jerked, bringing Mu Fan out of that state.

“Just detected an irregularity in your pulse. This kind of instability is expected in wormholes, but your adaptability is quite impressive. White Hair has already fallen asleep in his chamber,” said a voice.

“And this woman next to you, isn’t her physique considered great by human standards? The hypersleep chamber’s scanning system just went over her, and I found her asurents quite impressive.”

Black’s mocking voice rose in his ears. Noticing no one was paying attention, Mu Fan whispered, “If you keep talking nonsense, I’ll take off my watch and earpiece!”

Black’s voice imdiately disappeared.

Although Mu Fan had quickly recovered from the dizziness during the wormhole traversal, the journey lasted a full twenty hours, eventually sending him into a heavy, groggy slumber.

“Knock knock knock! Wake up!”

“Hey, wake up, handso!”

“Knock knock knock!”

Mu Fan yawned; he had slept comfortably.

Huh, who’s calling ?

Through the semi-transparent lid of the hypersleep chamber, Mu Fan clearly saw a curvaceous Tracy, looking impatient as she knocked on the outer shell.

Scoff~

Mu Fan rubbed his eyes and walked out.

“What’s up?”

“We’re about to enter the atmosphere of Asteroid 131.”

“Ah!”

Mu Fan excitedly leaned over to the observation window on the other side of the hypersleep chamber. Before his eyes, a planet with mingling shades of dark green and deep red silently hung in space.

The green of life’s inception and the red of vitality’s bloom, those bizarre colors deeply fascinated Mu Fan as he watched at the window.

Relative to the universe, humans were still too insignificant. Covetously observing the unique scenery of space, Mu Fan once again deeply imrsed himself in the vast starry sky.

Ssst, the alloy door of the room opened, and Luo Jianjin, dressed in a black combat uniform and fully ard, walked in with a nonchalant White Hair.

“Co out and assemble. Distribute respirators and prepare your weapons. We’ll be ready to land in fifteen minutes!”

Mu Fan’s eyes lit up, and he turned around and stood at attention.

“Yes, Captain!”

One by one, the Special Combat Teams began gathering on the inner deck. Unlike the seasoned veterans of the Special Combat Teams, the trainees’ faces inevitably bore expressions of nervousness, excitent, and anxiety.

“Issue firearms!”

“Issue blades!”

“Put on respirators!”

“Check individual energy levels!”

The two starships slowly entered the atmosphere, and below, on a vast pale red prairie, three relatively small silver-white tallic bases stood tall…
