Chapter 46: Chapter 46 Xiao Cheng, You’ve Transford Chapter 46: Chapter 46 Xiao Cheng, You’ve Transford Xiao ier got out of the blanket and turned her back.
She sat on the edge of the bed, hands clutching the bed fra, palms covered in fine beads of sweat.
Moonlight streaming through the window enveloped her graceful silhouette, casting a sweet, silky effect on her skin, creating a natural texture.
Rustling sound.
“I’ll go downstairs first…”
Xiao ier put on her slippers, feeling like there was a little drum inside her heart, thumping away.
Creak~ Creak~
Xiao ier glanced at Chen Cheng from the corner of her eye, thinking that if her ankle hadn’t been sprained, she could have walked much faster.
Snap!
Chen Cheng grabbed her wrist, calling out, “Sister ier.”
That call again stirred turmoil in her heart.
Her plump legs shivered, seemingly unstable like dry branches in autumn, fragile in the night breeze.
“Xiao Cheng…
I…”
Chen Cheng stood up without letting go.
His gaze was fiery, intently fixed on this incredibly beautiful woman.
“You shouldn’t go downstairs with your foot in this condition,” said Chen Cheng.
“I’ll go take a shower.”
Chen Cheng only then released her hand.
However, the next second, he felt a soft touch in his palm.
Xiao ier grabbed him: “I just got my period.”
Chen Cheng breathed heavily.
“Xiao Cheng, if you really…” Xiao ier bowed her head, her body trembling, still not letting go of his hand, unwilling to release him, yet she couldn’t see her own toes.
Chen Cheng turned to look at her again, seeing her blushing like a white lotus, bent down to tidy her disheveled hair, and tucked the stray hair behind her ears.
His fingers accidentally brushed Xiao ier’s cheek, producing a barely noticeable warmth, yet it made her cheeks burn.
Suddenly, sothing landed on Xiao ier’s eyelid, instinctively making her close her eyes.
But what followed was a brief, light kiss.
Her long eyelashes fluttered, and only when the warm breath moved away did she dare to open her eyes to look at him.
“You scoundrel…”
“Is your stomach cold?” Chen Cheng asked amidst this chaotic passion.
Xiao ier gazed into the dark pupils, “Yes.”
“Lie down.”
For so reason, Xiao ier felt a ss in her heart, as if sothing indescribable was rushing up her spine to the top of her heart.
She silently lay back on her bed.
Three seconds later, a wave of heat approached from the side of the small single bed.
A warm hand placed itself on her cold stomach through the thin nightgown.
Xiao ier bit her lower lip; she knew that it was Chen Cheng behind her.
Chen Cheng, embracing her delicate, smooth figure, was influx by her unique body fragrance.
He whispered in her ear, “Is it warm now?”
Xiao ier tensed up all over from his hot breath but soon relaxed.
“You rascal, who did you learn this from?”
Chen Cheng pulled Xiao ier closer into his embrace, “Don’t worry about who I learned it from.”
“Hmm?”
“From now on, I’ll keep your stomach warm.”
“Hmm~”
A warm current flowed through Xiao ier’s heart; just as a faint smile started to form on her lips, she felt sothing pressing against her.
“That…
Xiao Cheng.”
“What’s wrong?”
“You’ve transford.”
Chen Cheng instinctively moved away, “Sister ier, I’m sorry…”
Xiao ier didn’t dare to turn over, she just spoke towards the moonlight, “You’re not allowed to visit those kinds of websites anymore, it’s bad for your health.”
“E…er…”
Chen Cheng suddenly felt a gentle grasp, Xiao ier had her back turned: “Let help you then.”
…
The next day, Chen Cheng groggily opened his eyes.
Xiao ier had woken up early, leaving him alone in the bed.
Chen Cheng heard so noises downstairs and went down.
“Up already?”
Xiao ier was making breakfast for him, but today the noodle shop was not open, the rolling shutter was tightly locked.
Chen Cheng walked up behind her, pressing close to her.
Xiao ier giggled, “Go brush your teeth, you stink.”
“Okay,” Chen Cheng agreed.
After brushing his teeth, he ca out to find a bowl of steaming sunny-side-up eggs on the table.
Unlike the usual two eggs, today’s were supersized with a few goji berries sprinkled on top.
Xiao ier made herself a bowl of instant trella mushroom soup, and seeing Chen Cheng co over, “Eat up.”
Chen Cheng sat down, looked in the bowl, “Sister Er, am I that weak?
Having such a hearty breakfast early in the morning?”
Xiao ier’s face turned red, rembering what happened last night, she couldn’t help but reach out to smack Chen Cheng.
“You brat!
Don’t ntion it!”
Chen Cheng laughed, “Weren’t you saying I was…”
Before Chen Cheng could finish his sentence, a loud knocking sound ca from behind.
“Who is it!
If the door isn’t open, doesn’t it an we are closed?” he shouted back.
“Open up, Dacheng.
It’s Biao Zi.”
Hearing soone at the door, Xiao ier buttoned up her light shirt before letting Chen Cheng open the door.
As the morning sunlight poured into the noodle shop, Feng Biao also walked in.
“Man, are you not doing business anymore?” he asked with a grin.
Chen Cheng yawned twice, “If you saw we weren’t open, why did you still knock?”
Feng Biao sat down, “Sister Er, got anything to eat?”
Xiao ier got up, “Let check.”
Chen Cheng was eating his eggs, “You ca this early just for a bite of noodles?”
Feng Biao took a bulging envelope out of his pocket, placed it on the table, and said, “I brought you so money.”
“Money?”
“Your wedding car deposit!” Feng Biao took out a cigarette, “You didn’t answer your phone, so what could I do but co?”
At that mont, Xiao ier ca back with a bowl of vegetarian noodles and then sat next to Chen Cheng.
Chen Cheng didn’t even look at the money in the envelope, he just pushed it toward her, “You keep it.”
“This money…” Xiao ier didn’t reach for it.
“Just keep it!” Chen Cheng put down his chopsticks and pushed the envelope into Xiao ier’s hands, saying, “It’s been busy these days, I almost forgot about it.”
“I’ll keep it for you for now.”
Chen Cheng smiled, “Okay.”
Feng Biao looked at the two, “Seriously, are you two actually setting up house together?”
“Get out!” Chen Cheng put his arm over Xiao ier’s shoulder, “Let introduce you, my darling.”
“What the heck!”
Xiao ier gave Chen Cheng a light punch, but still leaned against him, “Stop joking.”
“I’m not joking, really!” Chen Cheng pinched Xiao ier’s arm.
“You guys should treat us to drinks already!” Feng Biao joked.
Chen Cheng readily agreed, “Sure!
Any ti you’d like!”
“Better prepare the red envelope,” he added.
As the three were talking, a Rolls Royce Phantom smoothly parked in front of the noodle shop, imdiately drawing the attention of many.
Chen Cheng also looked towards the entrance, “Oh crap, Da Lao!”
“Da Lao?
What Da Lao?” Feng Biao also turned around, “Damn, it really is Da Lao!”
