The furniture was not yet complete, but it already resembled a bit of a ho.

Chen Cheng’s eyes swept over the living room’s unopened furniture, but finally settled on a painting that hadn’t been hung up yet.

The two of them headed upstairs, Wen Shulin speaking as they walked, “I also want to buy you a cigar chair to put in the backyard, where you can sit and enjoy.”
Chen Cheng recalled the enchanting mont when Wen Shulin “cut cigars” for him, and laughed, “It’s been a while since I smoked one.”
Wen Shulin looked back and smiled, “Missing it?”
“I’m not that interested in cigars, but the mory of the person who cuts them for is still fresh.”
Wen Shulin’s cheeks turned pink, “You’ve been working hard these past few days.”
“It’s been alright.”
As they reached the bedroom door, Chen Cheng asked, “Is there a bed inside?”
“Can’t we do it standing?”
“Hey, why bother then,” Chen Cheng knew Wen Shulin was joking, “How about just here, there’s nobody anyway.”
Wen Shulin tapped on Chen Cheng’s forehead, then pushed open the bedroom door.
Inside, the light blue curtains were tightly drawn, leaving only a sliver of moonlight to seep through the gap, casting a hazy shadow on the floor.
The air was filled with a faint fragrance, Wen Shulin’s favorite perfu scent.
A large double bed covered with silky sheets in bright red, it looked like Wen Shulin had turned this unique “secret garden” into a wedding room for the two of them.
She entered, switched on the bedside lamp, and the soft light instantly dispersed the darkness in the room and also lit up Chen Cheng’s face.
“Why aren’t you talking?” Wen Shulin asked with a smile.
She walked back to the bed, sat down, and patted the mattress, “Want to give it a try?”
Her slender, toned legs under the A-line skirt leaned to the side, her eyes provocatively gazing at Chen Cheng.
Chen Cheng walked over and sat next to Wen Shulin.
Wen Shulin bit her lower lip, then stood back up in front of Chen Cheng.
She reached out with her finger and gently pushed, and Chen Cheng lay down on the soft bed.
She tied up her shoulder-length hair and said, “We need to make good use of our ti.”
Chen Cheng smiled and playfully asked, “Are you in the mood now?”
“Stop it!”
Wen Shulin humd coyly, her gray A-line skirt slid down, layering over the heels of her 7 cm shoes, “Tomorrow is the battlefield, of course, I need to relax my husband!”
