Shortly after, when he returned, there was an impressively dignified middle-aged man beside Captain Song.
Dressed in a white shirt and black trousers, with glasses on, he was the epito of a scholarly gentleman.

Upon seeing him, Zhong Lanyi called out joyfully.
Zhong Mingda saw his daughter, adjusted his glasses, and said in surprise, “Lanyi, what are you doing here?”
“I, I ca with the Abbot to take a look.” Zhong Lanyi pointed at Jiangli beside her and gave Zhong Mingda a aningful look.
Zhong Mingda imdiately understood but was still a little surprised, “You… why did you co?”
Jiangli said, “We ca to ask about so matters. There are no outsiders here, so I’ll just ask directly. Before these incidents, had F City University experienced any murder cases?”

Upon hearing this, Jiangli replied at once, “Then would it be convenient for us to go back and take a look at the archives?”

Zhong Mingda, together with Song Taishan, led everyone back to the school to prepare to check the records.
Zhong Mingda took them to the school’s archives room.
Upon entering, they found a middle-aged man already inside.
Zhong Mingda imdiately sounded surprised, “Professor Huang, what are you doing here?”
