Silas’s POV
As soon as my eyes landed on Ciel sitting in my house—on my sofa, no less—my blood boiled.
"How dare you co into my house? And first of all, who let you in?"
"Where is Nekol... Nekol?" I started calling for him, but there was no response.
Ciel smirked. "Silas, do you think you can win against ? No, there’s no chance. You’re going to lose like you always do. Just rember—everything is mine."
Hearing him, I was about to hit him when I suddenly snapped my eyes open. It was 3 in the afternoon. I was panting from anger, regretting why I hadn’t hit Ciel sooner—in the dream, at least.
Just then, a knock on the door startled .
"Silas, wake up now! It’s already 3 in the afternoon. How long are you going to sleep?"
I climbed out of bed and opened the door. Nekol was standing right in front of .
"Morning, Nekol."
"It’s not morning, Silas. It’s afternoon—and soon, it’ll be evening."
"Co on, man, chill. And you’re looking fine, which ans you don’t have a hangover."
Suddenly, Nekol showed his phone. At first, I didn’t understand, but then I saw it—the hottest search trend. The No. 1 trending topic was... .
Everyone was searching for . I quickly grabbed my own phone, and when I opened Stargram, my eyes widened. I had millions of notifications.
I had no idea how, but I had suddenly gained 1 million followers. That amazed the most. The notifications of new followers, likes, and comnts were coming non-stop. It was my first ti seeing sothing like this, so of course, I was shocked. I ran back to Nekol and hugged him.
"Nekol! I beca popular... Yee!"
"Yes, and you’ve also gotten plenty of MV shoot offers." Nekol smirked. "And Silas, from today onward, you’re going to hit the gym every day. So, get ready. You’re going."
"Then what about you, Nekol?"
"There’s an offer for another drama, but I’m going to inquire about it first."
I didn’t really want to go to the gym, but I had no choice. Nekol dropped off at the company first.
"Call , Silas, once you’re done. I’ll co pick you up."
I nodded and walked into the company. But as soon as I stepped in, everyone was looking at like they had just seen a clown. Then, suddenly, they all started greeting .
In the past, even if they saw , they used to ignore . But now, they were all greeting ? People really do change.
I went straight to the gym. Thank God it was empty. I quickly started exercising.
Working out is one thing. But sweating? That’s another. I don’t like it when I get all sweaty. Still, I worked out, completely unaware of how much ti had passed.
When I was finally done, I headed toward the shower room. That’s when I heard it—thump, thump—like sothing was hitting against the wall. Then, a moan.
I quickly realized soone was fooling around inside. The gym was empty, so they probably didn’t even notice I was here. It would be best if I just left without disturbing them.
But then I rembered—I’m single. And I don’t really like couples. So why should I tolerate this kind of behavior?
I smacked the shower room’s main door. The sudden sound made everything go silent.
"Don’t you know you can’t fool around in public property? If you’re that horny, go get a room!" I shouted.
After five minutes, they both ca out. The oga ran out of the shower room first, followed by his alpha—who was glaring at as he left.
Dude, it’s your fault for doing that kind of thing here. Why are you glaring at ? Totally stupid.
After that, I took a peaceful shower. But when I ca out, I saw the sa couple standing there.
I glanced at them and grabbed my bag.
"Hey, don’t tell anyone what you saw today," the alpha—who had glared at earlier—said.
"You talk like you two hooked up right in front of ," I scoffed. "Man, if you’re that afraid of people finding out, you should’ve been careful. Why the hell did you do it here?"
The oga stepped forward. "Please, don’t tell anyone. We’re from different packs—that’s why."
"Fine. Just don’t talk to next ti, even if you see ," I said before leaving the gym.
I was starving. When I checked the ti, it was already 7 at night.
I put on a mask and cap before leaving the company. I didn’t call Nekol because I didn’t want to go ho yet.
I just started walking. Since I was wearing a mask and cap, no one recognized . I was walking freely on the road, without fear.
But for a while now, I had felt like soone was following . Still, I kept walking—my destination was the convenience store I had seen earlier when I was coming to the company with Nekol.
Just a few steps away.
But then—soone touched my shoulder from behind.
Flinching, I quickly turned around.
"Oh... it really is you, Silas."
It was Theron. Damon’s second brother. A basketball player.
What was he doing here? Was he the one following ?
"Why are you following ?" I asked.
"I’m not following you or anything," he said. "I’m just heading to my friend’s convenience store. It’s just a few steps ahead."
"Your friend’s convenience store?"
"Yeah."
I was starving, so I turned around. "Okay, then. Go."
Saying that, I started walking toward the convenience store.
But Theron was coming with . Matching his steps with mine.
He looked totally different today.
Last ti, he was wearing his jersey. But this ti, he was in comfortable clothes.
Maybe that’s why he looked different.
"Can you see that shop over there?" he asked.
I glanced at the shop he was pointing at with his face—it was a cake shop.
"It’s a cake shop," I said.
"That shop is still standing there because of ," he said proudly.
