Silas’s POV
"Nope, I didn’t call them. I don’t want to talk to them at all. And if you’re going to return the phone, then let co with you—’cause I want to return mine too."
He’s really silly. Doesn’t he miss his family at all? I know he doesn’t want to tell the world that the leader of this pack is his father, and in his family, everyone is a big shot.
We both started walking side by side. I was pretty happy—my mood
was like newly blood flowers.
We went into the main building and headed to the staff room where they were collecting the phones.
We both handed our mobiles over to them and then walked out of the staff room together.
"So, were you able to learn how to act in every character or not?"
He turned his head toward as I asked, his eyes fixed on my face, staring directly into mine.
"Silas, don’t worry. I’ll also try my best so that we can be selected for that drama. I know you want to beco perfect so you can get the role."
I scratched my head while looking around, because he was right. Yes, I wanted to get that role in the drama—that’s why I’m trying my best here.
"I know you’re a talented actor, Lysander, but sotis there are roles even experienced actors find difficult—so don’t pressure yourself, okay?"
It’s not that I didn’t want to act in that drama—of course I do—but I didn’t want to force Lysander to beco great just because he was my partner.
If he doesn’t do well, then I won’t get selected either.
But if that role is in my destiny, then it’s mine. No matter what happens, that role is going to be mine.
While walking, we didn’t even realize we had to go back to the gym to do so exercises.
"Lysander, did you forget we still have to do our exercises? So let’s go!"
We both start to run towards the gym, panting because we ca all the way here running.
I don’t think it was worth it—but when we arrived, I saw Damon there.
He was doing push-ups, wearing sports pants and a black tank top. To be honest, this was the first ti I’d seen Damon in anything other than a suit.
Since I t him, most of the ti he’s been dressed in suits. But even in other outfits, he looks handso.
Like right now—his muscles are fire. They’re huge, and his body is massive, but when he wears clothes, it doesn’t even look like that.
He noticed us, but still finished his push-ups. After that, he stood up.
A face towel was already wrapped around his neck, and he began wiping his face and neck while looking at us.
"You both are here for exercise, right? You can use the gym—I’m almost done, so I’ll leave soon."
Lysander and I started with so stretching, then I began my workout. Just then, Damon stopped .
"Silas, I don’t think this exercise is for you. If you keep doing this, you’ll gain muscle like us, and for the drama, that won’t look good."
Wow—I didn’t even know the exercises I was doing were the kind alphas use to make their bodies huge.
That ans I was on the path to building a bulky body.
But since the upcoming drama doesn’t require that, I’ll have to stick to the exercises Damon suggested.
He said I need to lose so belly fat so that my dance moves look perfect.
After giving his advice, he recomnded a few exercises to Lysander too, then left, just like he said he would.
I began doing my exercises, and after a while, the door opened and other trainees ca in to work out.
They also started exercising while Lysander and I were almost finished.
The door opened again, but I didn’t pay attention this ti—I figured it was just more trainees coming in. Who else could it be?
Ren and Liam weren’t here because they were busy calling their families.
If they were here, it would’ve been more fun. Ren never stays quiet—he’s always talking about sothing.
"Guys, we’re back!"
As I heard the voice, I was still in a plank position, but I glanced at the door—I knew exactly whose voice it was.
Speak of the devil—Liam and Ren were here. I finished my plank in a second and stood up while looking at them.
Ren’s eyes were swollen and red, like he had cried a lot, while Liam looked the total opposite—his face was normal, like any other day.
"What happened, Ren? Did you cry or sothing?"
"Hehe... I was just missing my family. That’s why, when I talked with my mom and dad, I couldn’t hold back my tears and ended up bawling."
I walked over to Ren and tapped his shoulder to comfort him, but he suddenly hugged .
And once again, he started crying. He’s really like a baby—maybe that’s why I patted his back.
"It’s okay. Once the shoot is done, you’ll et your family again, so be brave now."
"Silas, why don’t we eat sothing before doing exercises?"
Well, my exercises were almost done, so we could go eat sothing.
I broke the hug with Ren and glanced at Lysander—he was drinking water.
"Lysander, are you done? If yes, then let’s go eat sothing, since our Ren wants to eat."
I wrapped my arm around Ren’s shoulders, pulling him closer to .
Since he was smaller than , I felt a little proud of being bigger than him.
"Yeah, I’m done. Let’s go."
Ren looked happy, but as we turned, Lysander grabbed my hand, pulled closer, and wrapped his arm around my shoulders.
I felt a little disappointed—just a mont ago, I was feeling proud in front of Ren, and here we go again... Lysander’s bigger than , and I don’t like that.
Still, I didn’t say anything. We walked out of the gym and headed straight to the cafeteria.
When we arrived, I sat down right away—I was too lazy to move after just finishing my workout.
