On the other side, in yer’s office, he was still sitting there, keeping an eye on his subordinates to ensure they didn’t slack off and did their work properly.

Just then, yer called for his assistant again, who had just sat down after working the whole day.

The assistant didn’t want to co even after hearing yer call him, but since there were other workers around, he had no choice but to step forward and stand in front of yer.

"Yes, boss," he said.

"The one who gave us the offer to kill Orian—show his information."

The assistant went, brought the laptop, and handed it over to yer.

On the screen, Silas’s photo and age were displayed. It showed that Silas was the one who had ordered Orian’s assassination.

"He looks innocent in his photo, yet he’s giving orders to kill soone. And don’t you think this guy and that kid have the sa hair and eye color?"

The assistant looked closely and nodded because, indeed, Orian and Silas had the sa hair and eye color.

"I want you to run a background check on this guy nad Silas."

"As you wish, boss."

After saying that, yer stepped out of his office and went into the kitchen, ordering the servants to prepare sothing delicious for dinner.

From there, yer directly went to his room. As he opened the door and stepped inside,

Orian was desperately trying to break free from the shackles. Despite his relentless efforts, he couldn’t succeed, and his legs had started to bleed.

Seeing the scene in front of him, yer quickly rushed to Orian and got on the bed.

He grabbed Orian’s shoulders tightly, his grip firm. Rage and regret burned in yer’s eyes as he stared into Orian’s.

"Why are you hurting yourself?"

yer’s voice was so loud that it echoed through the entire room. His fury only grew as his gaze kept drifting to Orian’s bleeding legs.

"You won’t let go, you tied up here, and you even locked the door! I don’t want to live like a prisoner anymore!"

Orian had always felt imprisoned in the mansion. Even though the four brothers and their parents were kind to him, they still controlled his entire life.

If they took him outside, he could go out. If they didn’t, he had no choice but to stay inside.

But now, those four brothers didn’t live in the mansion, and their parents had gone on a trip.

Being trapped inside with no way out was suffocating. And when he felt the sa way in this room, all he wanted was to escape.

"Who said I’m going to keep you imprisoned? Do you want to leave the room?"

Orian quickly nodded.

yer took out the keys from his robe’s pocket and unshackled Orian’s feet.

After that, he walked to the wardrobe, took out a first aid kit, and returned to Orian. He carefully treated his wounds and wiped the blood away.

"Does it hurt?"

yer asked while squeezing Orian’s leg. After doing so, he glanced at Orian to see his reaction, but Orian showed no response at all.

"We’re going out, right?" Orian asked.

"In this condition? Are you sure you can walk around?"

"Of course I can. Just take out of here," Orian’s voice sounded gloomy.

yer didn’t really want to take Orian out of that room at all, but the anticipation on Orian’s face made him hesitate.

In the end, he sighed and helped him stand up from the bed. Then, the two of them stepped out of the bedroom.

As soon as they did, they entered the main hall, which looked modern—completely different from the bedroom.

Orian walked while holding yer’s hand, their footsteps echoing in the hallway.

"Umm... Babe, do you want to go back to your mates?"

yer asked, but in reality, he was testing Orian—to see if he had truly let go of the thought of returning or if it still lingered in his mind.

"Will you let do whatever I want?" Orian asked.

"Yes, except sending you back."

"Will you let eat whatever I like? You won’t force to eat only vegetables, right?"

"And can I watch TV till late at night, sleep late, and wake up late too?"

Hearing that, sothing clicked in yer’s mind. Orian asking these things ant that, before coming here, he wasn’t allowed to do anything he wanted.

They must have forced him to eat only vegetables, restricted his TV ti, and made him wake up early. That’s why he was asking for all of this now.

"Babe, as long as you’re here with , you can do whatever you want. I won’t stop you."

"What about the servants?"

The mont Orian ntioned the servants, fear flashed across his face. It was as if he was scared of them—as if they were the ones who had done all this to him.

"Why worry about the servants? Who the hell are they to stop my babe from doing anything? You can do whatever you want—even if you kill soone, I’ll cover it up for you."

For the first ti, Orian felt like he could spread his wings and fly. A sense of freedom he had never experienced before washed over him.

Overwheld by emotion, he leaned into yer’s arms and hugged him tightly.

"Babe, you’re acting cute. Are you really that happy?"

"Yes! I’m so happy that I don’t want to go back at all."

Orian had completely dropped the idea of returning. The freedom yer had given him—the permission to do whatever he wanted—made him happier than he had ever been.

Later that night, when yer went to his office to finish so work, Orian remained in the living room, watching TV.

As he flipped through the channels, Silas’s drama started airing from the first episode.

Orian didn’t want to watch it but....

He told himself he would only watch for five minutes.

But before he knew it, he was already on the fourth episode of the drama.
