Morning, at 8:28!
Lin Jie stepped into the fifth-floor lecture hall of the dical College, picked up a piece of chalk, and wrote a big, sowhat ugly character "Brain" on the blackboard.
"Today, we begin our lecture on the mysterious human organ known as the 'Brain'!"
"It can be said that up to now..."
Turning around to see the classroom full of students, Lin Jie was montarily stunned; he noticed a few unexpected familiar faces, like Lu Kaicheng, Chen Lan, Li Hetong, and others.
Nodding at them as a greeting, Lin Jie continued his lecture, "The brain can be described as, so far, the organ of the human body that mankind has only partially understood..."
He lectured on for an hour and a half, until 10 a.m., when he finally said, "Let's stop here for now; we'll take a 15-minute break!"
With this statent, the students hurriedly rushed out of the classroom.
A continuous hour and a half of intense ntal activity had already made them dizzy, nearly suffocated, and they desperately needed to go outside to breathe so fresh air and clear their minds.
Lin Jie waited until Lu Kaicheng, Chen Lan, and Li Hetong approached him and warmly hugged them!
He noticed that Lu Kaicheng's energy was quite good, but Chen Lan looked a bit gloomy and listless.
"Lu Kaicheng, you seem to be doing quite well physically and ntally, isn't it a bit contrary to reason and ethics?"
Lin Jie joked, "Did Chen Lili find out about your romantic escapades in the United States? Were you kicked to the sofa to sleep last night?"
"Exactly, it's seriously unreasonable!"
Li Hetong chid in, "With all the overdue assignnts, you should be looking pale, trembling, and leaning against the wall by now."
Lu Kaicheng boasted, "What can I say, I'm naturally gifted and incredibly capable! To be honest, this ti my Lili should still be tired and lying in bed, not yet awake."
"Go on boasting, it's not like you have to pay tax on it."
Lin Jie stopped joking and asked, "Honestly, all three of you are capable of performing brain surgeries now; how do you have ti to attend my lecture? Aren't you worried about wasting ti?"
Li Hetong chuckled and said, "Lin Jie, my ntor Qin Binglai is quite interested in your lecture content."
"He told that your lecture content is extrely systematic and comprehensive. As long as your knowledge of the brain organ reaches at least half the level of what you've taught about the lungs, heart, and liver, it would definitely be highly beneficial for ."

Chen Lan shook the recorder in his hand and added, "Ms. Qi Xingfen instructed to make sure to record it well and not miss a single line from you."
"I also received a call from Director Jiang Hao to co over!" Lu Kaicheng said sowhat bashfully.
Lin Jie hadn't expected that his lecture content would have an impact beyond the college and be recognized by doctors at the director level, which gave him a slight sense of achievent.
The group walked out of the classroom and began walking leisurely towards the restroom!
"Chen Lan, have you been busy at work lately? You don't look too well!" Lin Jie casually asked.
Chen Lan gave a bitter smile, sighed, and said, "It's not work-related. I think I might be getting a divorce."
"Divorce?"
Li Hetong exclaid in surprise, "Didn't you just get married before the Spring Festival? It's only been two months; did sothing happen that he's hiding from you?"
Chen Lan bitterly replied, "No! He had a craniotomy so ti ago, and after recovery, his living habits changed."
"Most doctors have a bit of an obsession with hygiene."
"I'm especially particular about it. Before his surgery, he wasn't too bothered about cleanliness either, but it was still within my tolerance."

After sorting it out, they gathered near the classroom door and chatted casually.

"You are currently in a rapid growth phase. Although you can perform simple craniotomies, you are still quite a distance from being able to operate independently."
"Switching jobs may offer you higher inco and better conditions, but can it ensure the current level of careful nurturing?"
"This is sothing you must clarify beforehand!"
Lin Jie paused and then added, "My opinion is that, at this stage, you should focus more on your own dical skills and experience growth, while compensation shouldn't be your first priority."
Lu Kaicheng, Chen Lan, and Li Hetong all nodded thoughtfully, no longer discussing this sensitive topic.
At noon, Lin Jie concluded the day's course.
He walked out of the teaching building with Lu Kaicheng, Chen Lan, Li Hetong, and others to have lunch together, when he saw Chen Shi approaching and saying, "Lin Jie, let's have lunch together; I have sothing to discuss with you!"
