January 20th, Sunday!
Today is the day for registration at Binhai University. Early in the morning, Lin Jie was woken up by the excited Lin Miao.

Registration required no queue at all. Lin Jie completed the necessary enrollnt procedures in less than half an hour.
Finally, a teacher handed Lin Jie a key and a freshers' guide, saying, "This is the key to your dorm room, Room 612 in Graduate Dormitory No. 9. The beddings provided by the school have already been placed in your dorm."
"Check it when you return, and if there's anything missing or damaged, inform the dorm manager promptly."
After thanking the teacher, Lin Jie left the registration area, feeling an unusual sense of elation, as if wanting to shout: I'm a student of Binhai University.

"Sure! But I'll treat you to lunch. I do need to make a phone call first!"
With that, Lin Jie took out his phone and dialed Chen Shi's number, "Professor Chen, just to let you know, I've completed my enrollnt and am officially your student now."
On the other end, Chen Shi cheerfully acknowledged, "I'm a bit busy during the day, so feel free to explore on your own. I'll arrange a dinner for all the students in the evening to formally introduce everyone."
"Oh, there's one more small thing to tell you."
"Lai Haoming's disciplinary decision has co through: his scholarship has been revoked, and he received a severe warning. Since he's graduating this year, the departnt decided to let it slide."
After hanging up, Lin Jie and Chen Lili chatted and laughed as they made their way to Graduate Dormitory No. 9.
After climbing six flights of stairs and opening Room 612, Lin Jie was surprised to find it was a single dorm room, complete with a bathroom, water heater, and air conditioning.
This filled Chen Lili with envy as she repeatedly muttered about the unfairness of it.
Lin Jie laughed, "I'll likely be staying here rarely since Miaomiao would be scared to sleep alone at night. If you're not worried about Lu Kaicheng misunderstanding, you can co and stay occasionally."
"Really?"
Chen Lili looked surprised and couldn't help but voice her grievances, "Lin Jie, you have no idea, they've added two roommates in our dorm. Their living habits... well, I won't go into that."
"The main issue is, both of them snore loudly."
"See how my eyes are red? Last night, I tossed and turned and got maybe one hour of sleep, and I even had a nightmare from being startled by Niu Yilan!"
"Although Niu Yilan isn't exactly pretty, getting scared into a nightmare? That's a bit of an exaggeration," Lin Jie chuckled!
Chen Lili sighed, "Niu Yilan had eye and nose surgery over the winter break, and now both are still swollen; her look is truly hard to describe."

Chen Lili grabbed the key, imdiately smiling broadly, "I'll make a copy of the key. You'll have one, and I'll have one! Let know in advance when you co to stay, either by call or ssage."
"Co on, I'll show you around the campus. I can tidy up the room myself."
