Rogue agents, or neutrals, did not belong to the Human Alliance and did not have any thoughts of officially joining the Human Alliance. They wandered all over the world, maybe doing tasks in the Human Alliance territory one day; dodging paperwork; and then on the next day run along with the Dark Coalition, buddying up with the criminals.
It made sense for Qin Feng to use this identity as a cover.
At this ti, Voodoo Lord and Shao Tai felt that Qin Feng gave off the impression of soone enigmatic and impossible to predict. They had no doubts about what he said and took it at face value.
If such a powerful being was within the Human Alliance, they would have known about it!

Voodoo Lord and Shao Tai really wanted to leave, but also thought that maybe the reason Qin Feng invited them to stay was to deliberately keep tabs on them.

He was surrounded by extrely advanced machinery, high rise buildings with flashing advertisents and all. When he spread out his consciousness to check, he realized that this indeed was a Floating City.
He did not expect this realm to have such advanced technology as well.
Qin Feng took out the communicator provided by Voodoo Lord, and the mont he put it on, it was already connected to the regional channel which was broadcasting a ssage.
Beep beep. Announcent. Ship D214 will be jumping in half an hour to a high danger zone, the Bahamut realm, please board as soon as possible!
This news did not sound anything like exploring a new and dangerous realm. It sounded more like your standard announcent for boarding a train.
Who would have thought that there would be such convenient transportation to a realm originally described to be dangerous by the Skeletal Fiend.

Qin Feng narrowed his eyes, there was sothing slightly fishy about it but he did not look too much into it. Different situations called for different actions!
