In the observation room, a virtual screen was displaying footage of several people inside the Flower God Space.

"Old Yu, you’ve been hiding deep enough. Co on, spill it—when did you breed a Flower God?" Zuo Dahong asked in astonishnt.

Qiao Jianshan, equally curious, chid in, "Yeah, Old Yu, tell us—where did you get the genes for the Flower God?"

Yu Shusheng chuckled mysteriously, pretending to be enigmatic. "Well, that’s a long story..."

"Then make it short."

"Uh... Soone gave it to ."

"Who would gift soone like you, that lousy old man, such an expensive monster gene?"

"Hey, I’m only in my fifties! What lousy old man?"

Yu Shusheng roared at Zuo Dahong and ended up spraying saliva all over his face.

Qiao Jianshan witnessed this and shook his head with a sigh. "All these years, can’t you be more composed?"

"Alright, Old Yu, Old Zuo, stop arguing. What’s the purpose of sending them into the Flower God Space?" he asked.

Yu Shusheng glared at Zuo Dahong, then crossed his hands behind his back and smirked. "No special aning, really. I’m just showing off my little flower, that’s all."

Zuo Dahong: "..."

Qiao Jianshan: "..."

"Alright, no more jokes."

Yu Shusheng spoke with a serious tone. "Actually, sending them to Luoyun City isn’t too difficult of a task.

The road from West City to Luoyun City doesn’t have any particularly strong monsters. With their skills, they can manage as long as they’re cautious."

"So that’s why you decided to increase the difficulty?" Zuo Dahong asked.

Yu Shusheng nodded. "Exactly. If these kids were fighting fiercely among themselves, I wouldn’t bother doing anything extra.

But the problem is, there are still seven of them maintaining peak combat power, and none of them are showing significant aggression. That’s not a good sign."

Qiao Jianshan agreed. "True, if their aggression is too weak, they won’t stand a chance in the Dragon Island contests.

If you don’t ramp up the difficulty to push them, you won’t be able to figure out who suits the mission to Dragon Island best."

"Exactly, so I had the Flower God gather them together to stimulate their potential and identify the most suitable candidate for the Dragon Island mission," Yu Shusheng explained.

"Potential?"

Zuo Dahong seed to realize sothing. "Old Yu, when you say stimulate their potential... You’re not planning to use *that thing,* are you?"

Qiao Jianshan’s expression grew solemn as well. "Old Yu, isn’t that too risky? If anything goes wrong, those kids are done for."

Yu Shusheng waved his hand dismissively, laughing. "Relax, my little flower knows its limits. They’ll be fine."

...

In the Flower God Space, there was a mont of silence among the group.

Regarding Qin Shou’s suggestion to determine a victor, everyone was secretly contemplating.

Suddenly, in the mysterious space filled with mountains of bones, seven-colored flowers blood abruptly, rapidly covering the monster remains.

In no ti, the entire space transford into a paradise-like scene, completely erasing the previous eerie and unsettling aura.

"What’s going on?"

"No idea."

Fang Bao seed to realize sothing and shouted, "Oh no, this seems to be..."

Before he could finish, the seven-colored flowers sprayed out colorful smoke that quickly filled the entire space.

"Cover your nose and mouth! Don’t breathe this smoke!"

"Is it poisonous?"

"Quit talking! Hurry..."

Fang Bao’s warning was cut short as the colorful smoke enshrouded him. The smoke gradually seeped into his ears and eyes in an eerie spectacle.

"Qin Shou! Give back my Earth Core Energy Crystal!"

Suddenly, Fang Bao’s expression twisted into sothing fierce. He pointed angrily at Qin Shou, summoned his Turtle cha, and activated it, transforming the cha into a sphere.

"Whirr whirr whirr..."

The spikes on the turtle’s shell scraped against the ground, causing sparks to fly as the cha accelerated rapidly, charging furiously at Qin Shou.

Qin Shou froze for a mont. What was going on? At this ti, he’s seeking paynt?

"Buzz!"

The Space Gate opened abruptly, and three monsters—Greedy Snake, Steel Garuru, and King Kong—appeared, charging swiftly toward the Turtle cha.

"Roar!"

King Kong swung its enormous club, smashing the spinning Turtle cha in a single blow, sending it flying and flattening nurous flowers along the way.

"Qin Shou, you disgrace to Beast Cultivation! Dream on if you think you’ll win first place in the Three Schools!"

At this mont, Xu Ke and three others, their eyes blazing with fury, accused Qin Shou emphatically before commanding their respective monsters to attack him.

Qin Shou rubbed his forehead. Why is everyone targeting ? Is it a cri to be handso?

"Awooo!!"

"Shriek!"

"Roar!"

"Chirp!"

In an instant, the Six-winged Centipede, Unihorn Saber-toothed Tiger, Golden Eagle, and Earth Green Bull Python all charged fiercely at Qin Shou.

Seeing this, Qin Shou backed up slightly and drove his Greedy Snake and other monsters forward to clash against the four opponents.

"Boom..."

"Thud thud..."

In a flash, seven monsters battled ferociously, destroying countless flowers. Yet, the seven-colored smoke remained thick and unrelenting.

Qin Shou furrowed his brows tightly. What’s wrong with these guys? Could they be bewitched by the smoke?

But maybe not—Fang Bao still rembered I tricked him out of his Earth Core Energy Crystal. Clearly, they haven’t gone crazy...

Wait, Lin Xiaoi!

Qin Shou suddenly turned to check on Lin Xiaoi, only to find her staring blankly at him, blinking her eyes in confusion.

"Need help?"

"Uh, nope, just so rotten tomatoes and stinky bird eggs..."

"Roar!"

Before Qin Shou finished speaking, the battlefield erupted with panicked cries from the Greedy Snake and allied monsters.

Turning back, he saw Xu Ke and his group unleashing even more monsters that sward around his three beasts, trapping them tightly.

anwhile, Xu Ke and the others activated their Battle Armor, channeling Beast Power Genes within themselves, relentlessly attacking and harassing the monsters. Each of their strengths rivaled Wang Zha’s!

Qin Shou was about to step in to help but was interrupted as Fang Bao piloted the Turtle cha to charge at him again. With energy added to its shell, the cha faintly resembled the prototype of a Wind Fire Wheel.

"Alright, I take back my words. Lin Xiaoi, you go..."

"Fine, I’ll handle those four from the Breeding Beast System."

Before Qin Shou could finish, Lin Xiaoi activated her Battle Armor and barreled into the monster battlefield.

Qin Shou’s face darkened. Can you not interrupt while I’m talking?!

I wanted you to deal with Fang Bao, not the other four!

And seriously, how are you going to fight all four by yourself?

"Boom!!"

Suddenly, six fiery tails, each ten ters long, erupted behind Lin Xiaoi, radiating intense heat that Qin Shou could feel even from a distance.

Surrounding Lin Xiaoi was an aura of familiar yet intimidating power...

"Is this..." Qin Shou’s gaze grew strange.

"Boom!!"

Next mont, Lin Xiaoi let out a spirited cry, and the six Fla Fox Tails flared with dazzling brightness, illuminating the entire Flower God Space.

"Crackle!"

The fiery tails lashed out, their scorching temperatures rising to an even higher level.

"Roar..."

The armor-covered Saber-toothed Tiger was grazed by the fiery tails, letting out a miserable howl as it went flying. Its fur was charred black, leaving it unable to rejoin the battle for the ti being.

"Vajra Realm!"

Qin Shou twitched at the corner of his mouth. This kind of power—it’s the sa as what he’d sensed from Liu Chao last ti!

For so reason, he rembered Lin Xiaoi asking him to form a team with her.

Back then, he’d classified Lin Xiaoi as a re errand-runner.

But now...
