The cara shifted; the pretty hostess disappeared, and the scene transitioned to an eerie and terrifying setting.
In the shaky, unsteady footage under the swaying cara, harrowing human screams occasionally echoed, accompanied by chilling eerie winds.
Suddenly, a creepy face popped into view, startling Qin Shou.
"Damn, this guy’s face makes wanna punch it!"
A greasy, bloated face leaned into the cara, filled with fear. He said, "Hello, viewers, I’m reporter Zhang Xiaoxiao. We’re now at Jiang City’s most terrifying Horror House. Allegedly, its mysterious owner, Mr. Chen, has chosen to keep his identity under wraps..."
As soon as he finished speaking, the silent corridor began to echo with the sound of chains scraping against the floor.
"Clink... Clink..."
The sound of dragging chains grew closer and closer; the cara shook faster, but viewers could still see Zhang Xiaoxiao’s terrified face up close.
"Oh my God... Is this the rumored Abnormality Hamr from the Horror House?"
Zhang Xiaoxiao looked utterly horrified. The cara shifted back to the dark depths.
Suddenly, eerie green light surged with mist, illuminating the corner of the corridor. A figure wrapped in chains and wielding a colossal hamr lood into view.
"Boo hoo hoo..."
"Ah..."
"Caw caw caw~"
Winds howled, sending chills down the spine as the sound of ghostly cries resurfaced, accompanied by the screeching sound of iron chains dragging. It made people shiver and their scalp tingle.
The shadow slowly advanced...

The advertisent appeared, abruptly cutting off the footage.
Big Big Wolf blinked his large eyes and looked at Qin Shou.
"Dear Master, are the actors on this planet all so amateur?"
He sneered, "Lights, tools, actors, atmosphere, background—none of it ets the standard! No wonder the ratings are abysmal."
Qin Shou waved his hand, "No, no, no! While the story’s weak and the actors are greasy, the common folk eat this stuff up."
"Really?" Big Big Wolf asked hesitantly.
Qin Shou gestured to the corner of the room, "Look, not only do regular folks enjoy it, even the neighbors seem to dig this kind of thing."
Big Big Wolf sniffed the room’s air, his eyes suddenly sharp as ten claws flicked out, their gleaming edges lighting up the entire room.

Big Big Wolf leaped through the air, his figure becoming a blur as he combed through the corners of the room. Chirping noises filled the air instantly.
A few seconds later, Big Big Wolf grabbed a red-eyed, fanged rat in one hand and a bright red cockroach in the other. He grinned widely.
"Haha, so this is an Abnormality? How weak!"
Before he finished speaking, six Abnormality creatures let out sharp screeches, shaking the entire apartnt.
Big Big Wolf’s smile froze. The vibrations underfoot and the increasingly close rustling noises sparked a sense of foreboding deep within.
"Dear Master, Your Majesty seems to be in trouble."
As he spoke, the straw hat on Big Big Wolf’s head suddenly fell to the ground.
Qin Shou chuckled, walking to the window. Looking down, he saw an oppressive swarm—rats and cockroaches, two distinct species—climbing the high-rise apartnt en masse. Within monts, the building was engulfed in darkness.
Judging by the ferocity of these rats and cockroaches, they probably ate humans regularly.
Though they count as "Abnormalities," their power wasn’t strong. Regular bullets could kill them. Had they not been hidden underground, the city’s ard forces would have eliminated them long ago.
"Heh, this place really is intriguing."
Qin Shou chuckled softly as black and white Tai Chi Energy gathered at his fingertips, enveloping the building in an instant. Countless cockroaches and rats disintegrated into ash, scattering over the withered grass around the apartnt.

Qin Shou stroked his chin, a flash of inspiration crossing his mind.

Several days later, at a suburban factory.
Over a thousand ard personnel surrounded the factory. From within ca endless gunfire and the occasional appearance of nacing one-ter-wide tentacles, which were promptly shredded by dense bullets.
Behind the ard forces stood a fully-ard, middle-aged man with a weary expression.
"Xiao Zhao, hasn’t the interior situation been clarified yet?" The man spoke into his walkie-talkie.
"Captain, the tentacles are overwhelming; we can’t get close enough to identify what this thing is," Xiao Zhao reported.
The man frowned deeply, picking up another walkie-talkie.
"Xiao Wu, how’s the evacuation?"
"Captain, evacuation complete."
"Good. Xiao Zhao, withdraw now. We’ll deploy large-scale destruction weapons..."
Before he finished speaking, a noise rang out above everyone’s heads.
"Hey, look—what’s that?"
"It’s a person!"
"Impossible, it must be an Abnormality..."
The crowd exclaid as a wine-red figure streaked through the sky, crackling with electricity, heading toward the factory.
"Xiao Zhao, fall back imdiately!"
The man reacted quickly, shouting into the walkie-talkie.
"Captain..."
"Boom..."
The next instant, the ground shook violently as the factory exploded. Several figures were thrown from the fiery wreckage toward the crowd.
The man pushed away the rubble on him, quickly rising to check for casualties.
"Xiao Zhao, are you..."
"Captain, I think I’m fine."
"What did you all see just now?"
"We... We think it was red armor..."
Xiao Zhao replied, and the factory exploded again. A massive giant octopus, covered in black spines and oozing black sli, was thrown out by the blast, crashing to the ground.
"Plop... Plop..."
The giant octopus feebly twitched its single remaining tentacle, letting out a piercing shriek.
anwhile, the blazing flas receded. Wrapped in a wine-red figure, soone slowly erged from the inferno.

"Abnormality or human?"
A pressure akin to a vast mountain swept across them. Everyone’s hearts surged; their hands trembled violently as they tried to straighten their backs, their faces flushed red.

Under the collective shock and fear, the wine-red figure slowly raised a finger to the sky. Sunlight abruptly gathered and focused downward, casting the figure in an almost godlike brilliance.
"I’ll give you a chance. Find , and I can make your evolution faster than Light!"
With a faint smile, the figure let the sunlight intensify dramatically.
When the light returned to normal, everyone rubbed their eyes as if it’d all been a dream.

The man waved a hand, his expression solemn.

On the apartnt rooftop, Qin Shou stood with his hands behind his back, gazing out at the city, his smile radiant.

At that mont, Big Big Wolf popped his head up from the windowsill, shouting, "Dear Master, there’s a tenant at the door."
