"Lord Leng, this won’t work. No one can hold on for long under these conditions."

As soon as the person finished speaking, dozens of smaller Dark Vultures dove down. The third-level cha under his control finally ceased operation, smashed into scrap tal by the relentless collisions of the suicidal Dark Vultures.

"Hah..."

"Screech, screech, screech..."

Seeing this, the countless Dark Monsters in the sky grew excited and sward towards the wrecked cha.

"Get lost!"

A furious roar echoed from within the broken cha. A burst of Talent Energy illuminated the surroundings as a sixty-ter tall giant tore through the shell of the defunct cha. With a wave of its massive hand, energy erupted outward, shattering countless Dark Bats in its wake.

Giantization Talent!

For chanical Masters at the Unbreakable Realm, a well-made cha serves only as support—their core strength still lies in their innate talent abilities.

The sa principle applies to other cultivator factions.

Upon reaching the Unbreakable Realm, the distinctions between talent classes blur significantly.

Before long, aside from Leng Xinlan’s Cosmic Creature cha, the chas of the others ceased operating one after another, forcing them to rely on their talent abilities to fight back.

Immobilization Beam!

Speed-Type Talent!

Armor-Piercing Beam!

Inside her cockpit, Leng Xinlan continued feeding large quantities of Earth Core Energy Crystals into the system to sustain her cha’s energy expenditures.

But even so, the operation of the Cosmic Creature cha grew increasingly sluggish. Within half a minute, it would likely et the sa fate as the other chas.

The virtual screen before her kept flashing with countless Dark Monster forces, stretching endlessly.

"Damn it! If this goes on, not only will we fail to capture the traitor Dreau, but we’ll also be worn down to death by these Dark Monsters.

If there’s no other option, we may have to retreat..."

Suddenly, her beautiful eyes glead as she caught sight of a blinding radiance in the midst of the overwhelming darkness.

"What is that...?"

The light shone briefly, but its glow revealed several exceptionally massive Dark Monsters amidst the horde.

Dark Bat King, Dark Vulture King, Dark Scorpion King, Dark Giant Python King...

"They’re the ones commanding this Dark Monster army!"

Leng Xinlan instinctively exclaid, but her virtual screen abruptly went black, and her cha ca to a halt.

Without hesitation, she forcefully kicked open the cockpit and surged into the swarm of Dark Bats, her body radiating fierce Star Power.

"Pshh, pshh, pshh..."

The next mont, hundreds, then thousands, of Alloy Longswords shot out, piercing through the bodies of nurous Dark Bats, which rained down like drops from the sky.

"That’s Lord Leng’s Telekinesis Talent!" soone shouted in delight.

"Screech!"

Soon after, the myriad swords flew back and gathered above Leng Xinlan’s head, coalescing into a titanic Giant Sword that emanated a catastrophic aura.

"Kill!"

"Boom!!"

The Giant Sword cleaved downward, sending another huge wave of Dark Bats crashing to the ground.

Afterward, the sword shattered into countless fragnts, transforming once again into thousands of floating longswords orbiting Leng Xinlan. The gathered swords ford a massive Sword Blade Storm, tearing apart the crazed tide of Dark Monsters while heading straight for the Dark Monster Kings.

High above, Qin Shou, shrouded in pure Dark Energy, silently observed everything below.

Noting that Leng Xinlan had finally picked up on his clue, he nodded slightly but raised an eyebrow in surprise at her ability to control thousands of longswords with her talent.

"Telekinesis? Or tal Manipulation?"

Qin Shou furrowed his brows; this type of talent involved the application of spiritual power.

The Headmaster had ntioned before that once spiritual power is utilized in talents, one gains access to higher lifeforms.

A potential Demigod.

Individuals with such remarkable talents are typically treated as treasures by major factions.

Yet, Qin Shou didn’t notice significant favoritism from the chanical Main City toward Leng Xinlan.

Could there be an undisclosed secret?

Judging by Leng Xinlan’s displayed abilities, she was practically invincible among those of the sa rank.

With over a thousand Alloy Longswords, crafted from special materials, circling her as protection, no Dark Monster could breach her defenses. Leng Xinlan quickly broke through the encircling monster horde and approached the Dark Monster Kings.

At the sa ti, mbers of the Golden Dragon Team, along with the two giant warriors Xiong Da and Xiong Er, also noticed Qin Shou’s subtle hint. Together, they penetrated the monster horde, pressing toward the Dark Monster Kings.

Normally, Dark Monsters, like regular Monsters, wouldn’t naturally unite into a coordinated Beast Tide comprising multiple species to attack lifeforms madly.

By eliminating a few Monster Kings, the Dark Monster army would collapse on its own.

"Kill!!"

With the Golden Dragon Team and the two giants joining the fray, Leng Xinlan wasted no ti. She launched herself with the swirling Sword Blade Storm toward the Dark Bat King, determined to grind it into dust.

"Boom, boom, boom..."

On the ground below, Xiong Da and Xiong Er swung their massive swords and trampled countless Dark Monsters as they charged ahead, targeting the Dark Scorpion King and Dark Giant Python King respectively.

The Golden Dragon Team, having transford into beastly forms, tore through the monster horde to support Leng Xinlan and the two giants in slaying the Monster Kings.

"Roar..."

"Hiss..."

"Screech..."

In an instant, colossal forces clashed, with the giants’ massive swords cleaving and the Sword Blade Storm whirling fiercely. The Dark Monster Kings were quickly overwheld.

In less than three minutes, the joint efforts of the team took down the Dark Monster Kings. The Dark Monster army let out terrified cries and retreated like a receding tide.

"Huff..."

As the Sword Blade Storm dissipated, a slightly pale Leng Xinlan descended to the ground, the thousand specially-made longswords embedding themselves into the earth like stakes.

The Golden Dragon Team reverted to their human forms, gazing at Leng Xinlan in astonishnt.

Telekinesis-based talents ranked among the most powerful abilities Earth’s cultivators could possess.

Typically, those with such talents at the sa rank were almost unbeatable.

Facing soone like Leng Xinlan, who had reached Unbreakable Realm Five-Star, even if the five mbers of the Golden Dragon Team attacked together, they would likely only manage a draw.

Terrifying!

As for Xiong Da and Xiong Er, they didn’t give it much thought. They sat back-to-back on the ground, panting heavily while pulling pieces of Monster at from their space equipnt to recover their strength.

Elsewhere, the Dark Volcano ceased its discharge of Dark Energy. The heavy black clouds in the sky slowly dispersed, and moonlight once again bathed the land.

"Everyone, this Dark Beast Tide was incredibly unusual. I think we need to report this to higher authorities. Capturing the traitor Dreau must be planned carefully," Leng Xinlan suggested after regaining her composure.

The five Golden Dragon Team mbers looked at one another with grave expressions before eventually nodding in agreent.

Abra added, "Yes, the strange circumstances of this Dark Beast Tide cannot be ignored. Most of our accompanying forces have been wiped out; we can’t afford to be careless."

"With the Dark Energy receding, communications are restored. Let’s report back and see what instructions we receive."

"Agreed, let’s send the ssage now..."

They each transmitted their reports. Soon, responses arrived, causing the faces of everyone—except the two giants—to darken considerably.

[By any ans necessary, enter the Dark Volcano and apprehend the traitor Dreau.]

The group exchanged uneasy looks. Aside from Xiong Da and Xiong Er, whose expressions remained unchanged, the others appeared troubled.

Abra sighed bitterly. "Since the order ca through, we have no choice but to try."

"Indeed. If we back out now without attempting, it’ll be tough to make a na for ourselves in the future."

"That’s right. We must press on."

The Golden Dragon Team mbers sighed deeply in resignation.

Leng Xinlan furrowed her brows, sensing sothing amiss, though she couldn’t pinpoint exactly what.

Xiong Da and Xiong Er, upon receiving the orders, were quick to affirm their commitnt to assist the Golden Dragon Team in pursuing the traitor Dreau.

"Dark Monsters are nothing to us. We’ll hack down as many as they send," they said confidently, a sentint befitting the Giant God Race.

Leng Xinlan suddenly spoke with a determined expression, "This is how it’ll go: we rest for the night. Tomorrow at noon, we’ll enter the Dark Volcano. If anything seems off, we must retreat imdiately."

The five mbers of the Golden Dragon Team nodded in agreent.

Even when following orders, no one wants to march to their doom.

...

Deep within the Dark Volcano.

"Well done, they haven’t noticed anything. We’ve also assessed their approximate capabilities, which fall well within our control."

"Hahaha, even if they’re Unbreakable Realm Five-Star, they wouldn’t dare infiltrate the depths of the Dark Volcano. At most, they’ll skulk around the outskirts."

"Exactly. Here, we’re already in an invincible position."

"It’s a pity the stronger ones have gone off to capture the Blue Fla Phoenix. Otherwise, we could’ve had so real fun this ti."

"No rush. We have ti. But have you noticed sothing odd? The Dark Energy from the volcanic eruption seems to be dissipating faster than usual."

"Hmm, it does seem faster. But it’s fine; Dark Energy isn’t sothing we can control completely. As long as it doesn’t impact the big picture, there’s no need to worry."

...

anwhile, Qin Shou had not returned to the team. Instead, he remained hidden within the upper layers of the dark clouds, staring blankly at the black-colored Divine Light Stick in his hand.

A thin stream of Dark Energy flowed into the stick, adding an almost imperceptible dark radiance to its intricate black patterns.

[Dark Energy Converter: 11%]

An unexpected piece of information appeared in his mind, rousing Qin Shou from his trance.

So this is how the Dark Energy Converter becos more powerful!
