The terrifying maw of the Devouring Kun opened once again, its suction overwhelming everything, enveloping the four monsters.
"Whrrrr..."
In an instant, under the pull of the suction, the four monsters were struck with terror, their bodies uncontrollably flying toward the massive mouth.

"Hiss..."
Despite their desperate struggles or their attempts to spew pillars of fire and energy cannons, all of their attacks were fully consud by the Devouring Kun, sucked into its gaping maw without stirring even a ripple.
"Thud thud!!"
Suddenly, dozens of Green Vines burst forth from the ground, shooting straight at the Devouring Kun in the sky, their aim to restrain its enormous jaws.
"Roar..."
The Devouring Kun casually shook its massive head, and the Green Vines snapped instantly, pulling Groot, who was hidden underground, into the open.
Groot gazed in sheer terror, but upon glancing at the "companions" about to fall into the massive mouth, he gritted his teeth and fired dozens of Green Vines from his fingers once more, firmly pulling the four monsters back.
"Roar..."
"Hiss..."
Even with the vines gripping them, the speed at which the four monsters were flying toward the massive mouth barely slowed.
"Snap..."
In the next mont, the vines broke in quick succession, sending Groot tumbling to the ground unprepared.
Watching the greedy snake and other monsters about to be swallowed into the maw, Groot’s eyes widened in despair, utterly unsure of what to do.
"Sealing Demon Slash!"
Just then, a streak of Fla Blade Light descended from the sky, its force rivalling that of a Horror-level Monster, striking the corner of the Devouring Kun’s eye.
"Boom!!"
The Fla Blade Light erupted in flas with a deafening blast, causing air to shudder as the enraged Devouring Kun finally halted its suction for a brief mont.
"Roar!"
The greedy snake seized the opportunity to escape the suction’s range, unleashing a blazing pillar of fire that fiercely struck at the corner of the Devouring Kun’s eye.
"Bang bang bang!"
Steel Garuru unleashed blasts of energy cannons from its full arsenal, targeting the corner of the Devouring Kun’s eye as well.
"Hiss!!"
Radon flapped its wings, soared high into the air, and rained down magma over the Devouring Kun’s eye, obscuring its vision.
As for King Kong, it helplessly looked at its bare hands, sighed in frustration, and then sat on the ground, zoning out in defeat.
"Boom..."
"Roar!!"
Flas, ice, and magma exploded at the corner of its eye. The Devouring Kun roared furiously, but its sluggish movents made dodging impossible; it could only endure the attacks head-on.
Had it been in the ocean, even with such a massive body, it wouldn’t have been so slow.
But now, suspended in the air, the Level 1 Anti-gravity Device could barely support its bulk enough to keep it floating. High-level maneuvers were completely out of question.
In the distance, Qin Shou watched the colossal Devouring Kun’s sluggish movents, silently relieved that it had only integrated the Level 1 Anti-gravity Device.
Had he opted for the Level 1 Fla Burst Device at the ti, the Devouring Kun would have turned into a gigantic artillery platform, and he’d undoubtedly be done for.
"Roar!!"
Now, with the corner of its eye slightly scorched, the Devouring Kun’s deafening roar resounded through the skies as its massive jaws slowly opened, and the suction force once again surged forth.

Since the suction force couldn’t affect anything behind it, the Devouring Kun roared angrily while slowly turning its body, vowing to swallow those small annoyances whole.

Just as it began to rotate, a Space Gate with a diater of over a hundred ters suddenly opened right in front of it.
"Whoosh whoosh whoosh..."
From within the Space Gate, the sound of ocean waves faintly echoed.

Qin Shou rubbed his chin thoughtfully, then proceeded to deliver a flawless beating to the Two-headed Dog King.

With a single Sealing Demon Slash, Qin Shou decapitated both of the Two-headed Dog King’s heads, splattering blood all over the Killing Wolf King’s face.

The Killing Wolf King trembled violently, wagging its tail even faster.

Qin Shou furrowed his brow; it was a Horror-level Monster, yet only 130 points?
Still, rembering that Dangerous Nine Stars monsters were worth 9 points, he quickly ca to terms with it.
Storing the Two-headed Dog King’s body into the System Space, Qin Shou turned his gaze toward the Killing Wolf King. After a mont’s hesitation, he decided to walk away.
According to his earlier plan, he had intended to synthesize this wolf king into his own monster.
However, after experiencing the Devouring Kun’s backlash, he changed his mind.
Synthesizing Horror-level Monsters during the early stages was simply too risky.
Perhaps this was the limitation of the system. It could perfectly help him control monsters, but the greater the power disparity, the weaker that control beca.
From his observations, the Devouring Kun had taken exactly one minute after its summoning to unexpectedly attack him.
Hence, Qin Shou surmised that next ti he summoned the Devouring Kun, if he could recall it into the System Space within a minute, he could avoid the backlash altogether.
