Chapter 54: Suicide Attempt
The next day.
After Li Biao left in satisfaction, Lin Sisi dragged her exhausted body to the bathroom to clean herself up.
As she looked at herself in the mirror, Lin Sisi couldn’t help but retch.
But, as soon as she thought about what would happen to Su Yu, she started laughing again.
“Hahahaha, Su Yu, follow to h*ll!”
“If you want to make things difficult for , I won’t let you live in peace either.”
Lin Sisi started talking to herself as the smile on her face beca more and more twisted.
She stayed in the bathtub for over two hours before she stumbled out. Her skin was wrinkled from the soaking.
Lin Sisi picked up so torn clothes from the floor and put them on. They barely covered her body and she rushed ho without caring about the comnts from the passersby.
She hadn’t eaten for an entire day. Her hunger forced her to go to the kitchen to look for sothing to eat. anwhile, the package she had brought in from the entrance was thrown aside.
She rembered that she hadn’t bought anything recently and it had been sent from sowhere else. It must have been a gift from another suitor.
Lin Sisi didn’t have the ti to think about all this. After cooking a bowl of noodles, she grabbed a fruit knife from the kitchen and went into her room.
“Su Yu, I’ll be waiting for you downstairs…” Lin Sisi said with a sick smile.
But, before the knife landed, the sound of soone pounding on the door could be heard.
This made Lin Sisi stop what she was doing. She looked at the knife in her hand in a daze and sighed. In the end, she decided to open the door first.
Soone sent by Chu Yaoyao asked Lin Sisi to go to the hospital to talk about Su Yu.
Lin Sisi was imdiately invigorated. She quickly changed into a nice dress and rushed to the hospital.
On the way, she covered her exposed skin with foundation. It was obvious that she didn’t want Chu Yaoyao to know about this.
anwhile, at Heping Hospital, Fu Yunian was resting on his bed while Chu Yaoyao was peeling an apple.
Although Fu Yunian didn’t ask about Su Yu, Chu Yaoyao could sense that he was unhappy with her.
“Yunian, I didn’t expect Su Yu to move in with soone so soon after you two divorced,”Chu Yaoyao said casually.
Fu Yunian’s expression was gloomy as he said, “What do you an?”
Chu Yaoyao said with a feigned look of shock on her face, “So, you didn’t know? Last ti, I saw her holding hands with a man at a hotel. I thought he was her new boyfriend. I didn’t expect my friend to co ho last night and see her with another man.”
An awkward expression flashed across her face, as if she didn’t expect that Fu Yunian didn’t know about this.
Deep down, she was impressed by her own acting skills.
“With her looks, she has the guts to go around seducing other people? Does she want to find a sugar daddy?” Fu Yunian’s anger burned as he felt a sense of frustration.
Chu Yaoyao smiled obsequiously as she said, “Yunian, since Su Yu doesn’t care about you, there’s no need for us to go easy on her. From now on, let’s just pretend that you don’t know her.”
These simple words made Fu Yunian’s heart skip a beat.
Didn’t care about him?
As expected of Su Yu.
The half-opened door was pushed in as Lin Sisi suddenly walked in.
“Yaoyao, you…”
When Lin Sisi saw Fu Yunian sitting on the bed, she quickly shut her mouth.
