Back in Zhou Kai’s apartnt, the first responders have already arrived. Zhou Kai, who had already passed out due to pain and blood loss, was imdiately sent to the hospital. However, the police who were contacted felt that sothing wasn’t right upon scouring the alpha’s bachelor’s pad.
"This is weird. We can’t find any traces of the drugged oga that was reported," one police officer said, scratching his head.
They checked every room, but not even a trace of the alleged victim was found. All they could see was signs of a fight and a poorly cleaned house.
His senior heard his words and responded, "Well, if that is the case, then let’s just do what we can. Retrieve the CCTV data and find out what happened here through that."
"Understood, captain!" the officer saluted. "But captain, do you have any idea who attacked that poor man? He’s the one who’s complaining about getting stalked for the past few days, right?"
The senior sighed, "I don’t want to assu hastily, but seeing how that Mister Zhou ended up, then this should be a cri of passion."
"A revenge of bat shit crazy ex?" The police asked.
"I think so," the other nodded. "But we will know who it was if we start investigating now. So go ahead and retrieve the CCTV data of the apartnt. We can’t keep playing a guessing ga here when the house owner’s generational lifeline is hanging on a thread, literally."
"Okay, chief! I will go now." the officer turned to his heels to do his job. In the end, they failed to find anything that points to sexual assault. The only suspicious thing that they managed to get from the house were several small spy caras hidden in all parts of the house.
"Damn, I swear I will never cheat on my girlfriend now. I don’t want to experience what Mister Zhou went through," the police officer said, trying to flatten and calm the goosebumps forming in his arms.

The police decided to take the caras, and together with the CCTV footage, they will conduct a thorough investigation.

"Holy shit! That almost killed . I’ve been checking every part of the house but never seen him. This cat has excellent skills!"
The police officer tried to pet the black cat, but it nimbly slipped through his hand.
"Ouch!"
"Hiss!!"
The police officer almost tearfully looked at the long, bleeding gash on his hand.
"What the hell are you doing?! Don’t ss with the cats you don’t know. If you are not careful and unlucky, you could drop dead due to rabies, you know?" The senior angrily said. He dragged his subordinate out of the apartnt.
Accidentally, his eyes t with the cat’s soulful stare when he turned to look at the apartnt for the last ti. An unsettling feeling suddenly sprung in his chest when he realized that the feline had an almost intelligent glint in its eyes.
"What a freaky cat," he murmured.
He closed the door heavily and briskly walked out of the building.
Unbeknownst to the senior officer, the very cat that freaked him out was looking at his back all this ti. Its cat eyes turned bloody sharp blades when it squinted devilishly.
"Your Eminence, are you okay?" a man’s voice suddenly sounded. It ca from a rectangular mirror hanging on the living room wall. It shook a little as a figure of a man erged from it.
"Would you like to kill Zhou Kai? He tried to touch you with his dirty hands. His life wouldn’t be sufficient to make up for his blunder," The man respectfully kneeled in front of the black cat.
"Let him go. Touching was part of the plan to get close to him anyway. It’s entirely my fault," the cat spoke. "But I must say, all the trouble I did to recruit Zhou Kai into the Cardinals was a waste of ti. Now that I am tasked with cleaning the ss nad Shen Yuan, I thought he was a good weapon against Shen Yuan, but he was a rusty double-edged sword. It’s best not to associate with anyone who’s painfully stupid like that alpha."
"I want soone who has a smart head and is competent like the oga that suddenly barged in. Hey, do you happen to learn the real identity behind that face? I want to recruit him to my faction rather than disgust Zhou Kai. He is an interesting addition to our numbers."
It was an extraordinary sight for anyone who could see it, especially for the first ti. However, that is not the only curious thing happening in the tiny black feline.

"Ahhh, I never liked transforming into a nekomata. It’s painful and stuffy every damned ti," the young oga with bright pink hair said as he stretched his back and hamstrings. The kneeling subordinate handed him a black oversized cloak to cover his nudity.
"Your Eminence, I will send soone to tail that oga. Even if he changed his face, I think it would be easy for us to spot him since he is on the verge of going into heat. We can scour the area to find an oga in heat."
"Good, that is what I expected from you, Bishop Jun. Never lose that competence, and I will keep you by my side."
Hearing the complint, the man’s face brightened up like Christmas lights.
"I don’t deserve such praise. You’re our faction’s exalted cardinal, so it is nothing but fitting to serve you marvelously." he cleared his throat and continued in an enthusiastic but respectful tone.
"Then, if I may, please hand the dirty work to us. I’m your loyal subordinates. It is unbearable for us to see you sully yourself like this."
The man’s intention was pure but the youthful oga gave him a dark glare.
"I really appreciate your concern, BIshop Jun. However, it’s best for your life if you keep your opinion to yourself. I want to enjoy looking for weapon I could use in facing off against Shen Yuan, and you are not permitted to spoil that."
"I have enough people trying to control thanks to my cover as a fucking idol. There are tis that I want just to kill anyone, and this is one of those tis," Rin spoke in a very calm and gentle manner, but his face said otherwise. He looked like he was about to rip the face of the man before him.
"I advise you to care for you to start caring for your neck and shut up. Understood?"
The big man trembled in nervousness before such a petite and fragile-looking oga. "Y-yes, Your Eminence."
"Good, you should be glad that I’m in a good mood, or else you will experience a life-ending annulnt between your neck and head," as if his horrible expression earlier was an apparition, Rin, one of the cardinals of the terrorist group, flashed his bright smile at his frightened subordinate.
Rin then rubbed his chin thoughtfully rubbed his chin, "Now that I ntion it, it won’t be an exaggeration to say that you’re indebted to Shen Yuan. If I didn’t finally get the task to monitor and clean up that bitch then you wouldn’t be alive right now."
Bishop Jun lowered his head dejectedly.
The oga before him was not a simple oga. Among the seven cardinals, Rin stands in the top three most powerful cardinals and second among the most bloodthirsty ones. He might be known for his charming smiles in public as an idol, but in reality, this heteromorph awakener who could shapeshift into a nekomata has a total individual kill count of 200 and more.
That’s why he is sent to kill Shen Yuan, an S-Class oga.
Rin wouldn’t have qualms about killing, and he could even do it with his eyes closed. "Thank you so much for your grace and understanding, Your Eminence."
Cardinal Rin clapped his hand loudly.
"What are you waiting for? Go and look for that oga. I want to see him alive first so that we can go ahead and talk about recruiting him. I am the one in charge of killing him once he declines."
And so, Bishop Jun exited through the mirror once again.
Rin was about to shapeshift once again when suddenly, his phone rang.
"Fucking agency. What is it now?"
The oga frustratedly ssed up his pink hair, but in the end, he answered the phone in a sickening, sweet voice. "Yes, Manager Lee? What is it?"
His lips cryptically curved as he listened to the person on the other end.
Shen Yuan in Annie Song’s campaign?! Oh my gosh! Absolutely, I want to be part of it! I freaking love Shen Yuan." To see him dead.
