Shen Yuan was squarely looking into Bai Tingfeng’s eyes when the latter dropped the bomb straight to his face. The celestial fox spirit was shaken to his core.

That’s what he ant to respond when the alpha shalessly demanded him to say, "I love you." He wanted to pass it off as a joke since the beating of his stupid heart was starting to beco erratic. Shen Yuan ant to make the pressing scene codic, but Bai Tingfeng’s grip on their earlier romantic atmosphere was hard and firm. He gives the oga a lovelorn and expectant gaze that goes straight to the weak-hearted oga’s heart.
Fuck it! Shen Yuan internally cursed. The proud celestial fox spirit tucked his flashy tails in his mind and bit his lips.
"Why do you sound so desperate? It’s not like my "I love you" would change anything in our relationship. I’ll stay by your side as long as you want. That’s already a well-established fact." Shen Yuan mumbled. His eyes were restless, and his face flushed as he tried to look for his scattered confidence.
His answer was very long for its simple aning: Of course, I love you.
"Besides," Shen Yuan hit the broad and complex chest before him with his marshmallow fist. Not even a passerby fly would die if it got accidentally hit. "If you’d seen the live stream, you’d see that I blocked him off before he could even make his advances!"
Shen Yuan furrowed his delicate eyebrows and exaggeratedly thumped his chest, "This gorgeous fo- oga has firm morals, you know! I may be bitchy, but I’m not the kind of bitch who’ll make you wear a green hat!"
After his heartbeat soared thanks to Bai Tingfeng, his heart felt like it almost slipped to his stomach.

"Stop!" Shen Yuan could no longer hear the heart-fluttering words coming out of Bai Tingfeng’s mouth, so he covered it with his palms. Who cares if his hands are dirty? His face felt like it was in flas, and his heart was going crazy at the mont!
"Fine! I love you! Okay!" Shen Yuan didn’t expect his voice to be this high without belting. His red lips were quivering, indicating how much of a ss he was.

Truthfully, the celestial fox spirit was not comfortable with the thundering heartbeat he was feeling. This emotion goes beyond what he feels whenever he’s reading BL, and he’s not used to it!

For a prideful celestial fox spirit who lived for more than a thousand years, this is the closest he was to being personal to soone who’s not his kind. Even the great spirits he considered brothers never heard what he felt, just Bai Tingfeng.
"That’s how special you are, got it!" Shen Yuan looked angry as he pushed the alpha before, this ti with a little bit of force. But despite this, anger was not on his hot plate of feelings. All his chest carries are palm-tingling excitent, bashful happiness, and all pleasant emotions that make him want to dance around.

That is the celestial fox spirit’s way of excusing himself, but little did he know, the alpha was determined to keep him inside the four walls of the latter’s bathroom. Before he could break free from the man’s arm, Bai Tingfeng snatched him for a tight hug.
"Ah!" Shen Yuan gasped out of shock, and to his surprise, what awaited his gaping mouth was a sweet, warm pair of lips.
Almost instantly, he felt a delicious wave of electricity coursing through his entire body. The celestial fox spirit, who was caught off guard by the advances of his husband, could only widen his eyes with shock as Bai Tingfeng’s hot tongue sneaked inside his awaiting mouth.

Shen Yuan exclaid deep in his soul. It never occurred to him that Bai Tingfeng could act so enthusiastically like this.
He knew he should be walking out now but couldn’t since he liked it too!
A dizzying pleasant sensation assaulted him as he let himself be taken by Bai Tingfeng’s hot kiss.
"Hmmm!" Shen Yuan moaned as slow and steady waves of lavender-slling pheromones caressed his senses. It was accompanied by the alpha’s gentle yet greedy touch all over his body.
The alpha pheromone was too gentle to be considered domineering. It was more like teasing, a very playful courtship coming from Bai Tingfeng.
Weak due to all the stimulation that challenges his self-restraint and physical limits as an oga, Shen Yuan let out a guttural groan that sounded more like the whine of a cat in heat. "Arghhhh!"
"Yuan..." Bai Tingfeng whispered after their lips montarily parted.
Happiness and fullness were evident in the shine of his black orbs. He’s the happiest man in the world at this very mont.
"Thank you for not letting down this ti," he joked, tenderly smiling at Shen Yuan. His eyes are misty from the unworded happiness bottled up inside him. "I will take care of your heart and promise not to hurt you no matter what."
Shen Yuan bit his lips.
Damn, forget about getting away! Shen Yuan internally cursed his soft-heartedness at the alpha.
Wiping the alpha’s looming tears, he reprimanded, "What the hell? Why are you crying? This is the part where you should say you love , too!"
He acted like he was frustrated, but in reality, his heart was singing the sa hymn Bai Tingfeng was singing. His heart was full of love and passion for the alpha before him.
Who would have thought, right? He thought he was dood when he was pulled into this world, but it turns out that he found the one who taught him what love is—the only one who could thaw his pride and angst.
