Takashi's plan wasn't perfect—but it worked.

Thanks to his earlier setup, his chat with Umaru didn't feel abrupt. At worst, it just looked like he was being flirty and popular.

After all, Takashi's reputation for being a womanizer was well-known across the entire country.

What an interesting guy.

Not everyone was fooled though. Arisu clearly saw through his ploy.

She rested her chin on her hand, watching Takashi and Umaru with curious eyes. Their relationship definitely wasn't ordinary.

And Takashi wasn't the last to arrive. Soone ca even later.

When Shirogane Miyuki walked into the classroom, the first thing he saw was Takashi pulling a chair next to Umaru, whispering in her ear and occasionally flirting with girls in the front row.

This bastard is bothering girls again.

Shirogane Miyuki's face darkened.

Ever since Shirogane Kei had chosen Takashi over him, Miyuki had never liked him.

Who would like the guy who stole his sister?

Not every older brother is like Doma Taihei, who can calmly accept that his little sister has soone she likes.

Then again, that's probably because Taihei doesn't know the person she likes is Takashi. If he did, he might not be so calm.

So brothers simply can't accept their sister dating anyone—like Shirogane Miyuki.

He just couldn't accept it. His little sister was still in junior high, for heaven's sake!

And Takashi had the audacity to make a move?

The only word Shirogane Miyuki could use to describe Takashi was: degenerate.

Even if Kei weren't still in junior high, even if she were a college graduate—heck, even with a PhD—Shirogane Miyuki still wouldn't allow her to have a boyfriend.

His true inner wish?

Kei should never, ever have a boyfriend in her life.

It wasn't like he had so weird romantic attachnt like that white-haired sibling duo in Germany—it's just that no brother wants to see his precious little sister get stolen by a pig.

And this particular pig?

He wasn't just munching on one family's cabbage—he was devouring cabbage from every house on the block!

And even worse—he was now eyeing his cabbage too.

For the first ti, Shirogane Miyuki encountered a guy who not only dated his sister but then openly confessed his love for another girl on national dia.

You think you can confess to Kaguya?

Do you even understand what that ans?!

Shirogane Miyuki's face darkened as he strode toward Takashi.

"Are you coming to the net café to play CSGO this weekend? My treat."

"No."

Umaru shot Takashi a disdainful side-eye.

Did he really think she didn't know what he was really trying to get his hands on?

She wasn't going to call him out, but they both knew.

"What? Didn't we have a great ti last ti?"

Takashi feigned confusion.

"You seriously have the nerve to say that? I didn't even touch the keyboard last ti. How was that fun—"

Mid-rant, Umaru caught sight of the faint smirk on Takashi's lips.

She instantly realized that his "great ti" didn't an the ga.

He ant her.

Who says you have to play gas at a net café anyway?

Nowadays, who even goes there to ga?

"You're seriously the worst."

Umaru blushed and angrily pinched Takashi's thigh.

"Ah—ow!"

Takashi winced in pain.

"You deserved it!"

Though Umaru said the words harshly, she still released her grip on Takashi's thigh and even gently massaged it for him.

So people are sharp-tongued but soft-hearted—but not Umaru.

Her lips were soft… and sweet.

Takashi knew from experience.

"You really are the best, Umaru."

Takashi grinned like a scoundrel again.

Seeing that look on his face, Umaru could tell he was tricking her again. But with this bad guy, she couldn't do anything.

She had fallen for him—there was no helping it.

"Then next ti, let's skip the net café and go see a movie."

Umaru thought about it and decided that sounded acceptable.

There'd be a lot of people at the theater, plus security caras. As a public figure, Takashi wouldn't dare try anything inappropriate in there, right?

That was what Umaru thought—but Takashi, that scheming dog, wasn't even considering a normal cinema.

There's a type of theater called: private cinema.

Just as Umaru was about to say yes, soone appeared in front of them.

She and Takashi looked up simultaneously—and saw a sharp-eyed boy in the Shuchiin Academy uniform standing before them.

"Kitahara-san, your seat doesn't seem to be here."

Shirogane Miyuki's eyes—cold and commanding—fixed on Takashi, his tone barely veiling a warning.

Hearing that vaguely authoritative tone, the smile faded from Takashi's eyes.

What an idiot.

In the front row, Horikita Suzune looked on with a "this should be good" expression.

She had done her howork on Takashi.

If you talked to him properly, he could respond properly.

But if your tone was aggressive or interrogative, he wouldn't care if you were from Shuchiin or not.

Don't ask her how she knew.

When soone gives you a proper thrashing, you rember it well.

"President Shirogane Miyuki, this doesn't seem to be your Shuchiin either," Takashi said, tapping his fingers lightly on the desk, as if playing the piano.

"Where I sit—what does it have to do with you?"

Shirogane Miyuki's gaze was icy. "And this isn't your Aoba either."

"However you throw your weight around at Aoba isn't my concern. But don't harass girls during the exam."

"This is a testing venue—not your personal dating playground."

Takashi's patience snapped. He slamd the desk hard with his hand.

The room fell silent. All eyes turned toward them.

What is this guy's problem? Umaru was thoroughly baffled by Shirogane Miyuki's outburst.

Harassing girls?

She wanted to ask him—what eyes were you using to see harassnt here?

Couldn't he tell this was just so flirty banter between a couple?

Given what they've done, you couldn't even call it "harassnt" anymore—they'd kissed, after all. That's more than just flirting.

"President Shirogane Miyuki, don't you think you're overstepping?"

Takashi rose from his seat and stood in front of Shirogane Miyuki, towering over him. "Do you think I won't lay a finger on you just because Kaguya is backing you?"

He hit Horikita Suzune when he said he would. Who was Shirogane Miyuki to him?

Just because you can eat yakisoba, I'm supposed to let you off the hook?

"Why would I need Kaguya's backing?" Shirogane Miyuki retorted.

In his mind, everything he'd achieved ca through his own hard work.

"Don't tell you actually think you beco student council president through effort alone? Without Kaguya behind you, what would you be?"

Takashi scoffed.

"I earned the role of president through relentless effort and grades that won the respect of my peers."
