"That’s not a problem."
Rowan nodded in satisfaction and dismissed the Ti Shredder construct into his personal space.
At his current level, he could destroy a planet if he pushed himself.
Erasing an entire universe was another matter entirely. That required true universal-tier power.
But with the modified Ti Shredder and enough magical input...
That limitation no longer existed.
And magical power was the one thing Rowan had in absurd supply.
If he ever needed to erase a universe for strategic reasons, this machine would be the perfect tool.
He finished anchoring this universe’s coordinates, then returned to the TVA base’s upper level.
Down there, Wade and Logan had already cleared out the guards.
Paradox was on the floor.
Or more accurately...
Wade was interrogating him, and Logan was enjoying the show.
"Tell how to stop my universe from collapsing!" Wade scread.
He had Paradox’s hands pinned to the floor with two knives.
His boot was grinding into Paradox’s groin with slow, sadistic precision.
"Talk, or I turn your colon into a knife block!"
"I don’t know!" Paradox wailed. "I swear! Your universe won’t collapse for thousands of years! I’ll fix it, I promise—"
Rowan stepped in.
"No need to ask him. I already fixed it."
Wade froze.
Then exploded into joy.
"Oh my god, Headmaster, I love you—"
He jumped up and landed hard.
Directly on Paradox’s crotch.
Then tried to hug Rowan.
Rowan raised a hand.
A knockback spell sent Wade flying into a wall.
"Personal space."
"Worth it," Wade wheezed.
"Cover your ears."
Rowan closed his eyes.
Deep underground, inside the energy chamber that powered the Ti Shredder, matter and antimatter conduits snapped together.
"BOOM."
The explosion shook the entire complex.
In the original tiline, Logan and Wade had physically bridged those conduits with their bodies to stabilize the collapsing universe.
Rowan had simply done it remotely.
Sa result.
Rowan turned to the trembling TVA technicians.
"Check the tiline. Is the universe stable?"
They scrambled to their consoles.
Then froze.
"It’s... it’s normal again. Tiline coherence restored."
They stared at Rowan like he was a natural disaster in human form.
"Yes!" Wade shouted, pumping his fist. "I saved my universe!"
At that mont, golden portals blood across the room.
A heavyset woman in TVA command gear stepped through with dozens of ti guards behind her.
"What’s going on here?" she demanded.
Paradox saw her and imdiately started screaming.
"They attacked the base! Tried to activate the Ti Shredder! Murdered my team! Crippled ! I was seconds from death!"
The commander narrowed her eyes.
Then her gaze locked onto Logan.
"You shouldn’t exist here. This universe’s Wolverine is dead. You’re a variant."
"Arrest them," she ordered. "Send them to the Void."
The guards rushed forward.
They froze mid-step.
Blue magical light locked them in place.
"I suggest you don’t do anything reckless," Rowan said calmly.
He stepped up to the commander and tapped her forehead.
The full story poured into her mind.
The Void.
Cassandra.
Paradox’s sabotage.
The collapsing tiline.
Rowan stabilizing the universe.
She went silent.
Then exhaled slowly.
"Paradox violated TVA law by activating the Ti Shredder without authorization," she said.
"He’ll be exiled to the Void."
She paused.
"You also violated TVA protocol by crossing universes without clearance. However... you prevented a total tiline collapse. We won’t pursue charges. Return to your own universe and leave TVA territory."
Rowan nodded.
"Fair."
He released the guards.
A portal opened behind him.
As he stepped through with Logan, Wade waved goodbye.
"Thanks, guys! I’ll visit your universe soday!"
After they vanished, the commander turned sharply to her staff.
"Pull every record we have on Rowan rcer."
Her expression darkened.
"A man this powerful doesn’t just appear in one universe and nowhere else."
