"Ultra Instinct!"

On Beerus's planet, George let out a soft cry. In an instant, his hair and pupils shimred into a brilliant silver.

After half a month of rigorous training under Whis's guidance, he had finally mastered the ultimate divine technique: Ultra Instinct.

"The power boost from this... it truly is staggering."

Ultra Instinct was widely regarded as the most powerful and difficult technique in this world. Not even the Gods of Destruction from the twelve universes had fully mastered it. Lord Beerus himself only possessed an incomplete version, yet that alone placed him at the very peak among the Gods of Destruction.

Only Angels could claim full mastery of this state. Naturally, the jump in combat effectiveness it provided was nothing short of legendary.

In the original tiline, Goku—despite cycling through Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, 3, and even Super Saiyan Blue—was utterly powerless against Jiren. Yet, the mont he tapped into the initial form of Ultra Instinct, he could suppress him. This proved that Ultra Instinct operated on a level far beyond the Super Saiyan Blue transformation.

George's base battle power already far exceeded Goku's, aning his strength in the Ultra Instinct state was exponentially greater. Whether it was the Kaio-ken, various Super Saiyan forms, or Ultra Instinct, they all functioned as multipliers of a user's base strength.

Essentially, the stronger the foundation, the more terrifying the transformation. If a warrior's base was high enough, a simple Super Saiyan 1 could theoretically crush a Super Saiyan Blue.

Having already ascended to Sequence 0 as the Twilight Giant, George's physical body condensed enough Ki that he could rival Goku's Blue form without even touching his 10,000-fold Kaio-ken. It was this foundation that made his Ultra Instinct so overwhelming.

"How is this possible?!"

Sensing the sudden eruption of George's terrifying aura, the slumbering Beerus snapped his eyes open and vanished, reappearing nearby in a blur. When he saw George standing there in the Ultra Instinct form, his jaw nearly hit the ground.

Whis, who had just arrived with Goku and Vegeta, was equally stunned. He hadn't explicitly told the trio about Ultra Instinct. However, from the very first day, the training regins and theoretical knowledge he provided were designed to cover the core principles of the technique.

He had expected that if the three continued to follow his plan, they might one day grasp its essence. If they failed, it would simply an they lacked the necessary talent. He believed they had the potential—perhaps to reach an incomplete state like Beerus. He especially had high hopes for George, whose talent was so anomalous he had managed to extend the Kaio-ken to a 10,000-fold multiplier.

What he hadn't expected was for George to master it in a re fifteen days. Although the state looked slightly unpolished, at this rate, full mastery was only a matter of ti.

"Lord Whis, your training thods are incredibly effective. In this state, I feel much stronger than when I use the 10,000-fold Kaio-ken. More importantly, it doesn't feel like a strain. I feel like I could maintain this for a long ti, even in a fight," George said with a calm smile as the group gathered around.

While Whis and the others were reeling from his progress, George wasn't surprised at all. At his core, he was a top-tier Multiversal expert who had swallowed and created nurous universes of his own. It would have been strange if he couldn't master a single technique like Ultra Instinct within two weeks once he knew the thod.

Furthermore, he had spent enough ti in this world to begin deciphering its fundantal laws. He now had a profound understanding of its power systems.

"The results are that good?!"

Hearing George credit his progress to their recent training, Goku and Vegeta felt a fire ignite in their eyes. If George could do it, they could too—they just had to train harder. At the sa ti, they couldn't help but marvel at George's peerless talent.

Just a few months ago, George was an ordinary person who didn't even know how to use Ki. He had to learn the basics from Gohan and Piccolo. At that ti, Goku could hit Super Saiyan 3 and Vegeta Super Saiyan 2. Yet, in just a few months, George had accelerated so far ahead that they couldn't even see his tail lights anymore.

"Continue with your current exercises. George, co with ," Whis instructed, having regained his composure. He gave Beerus a nod and flew off the planet, with George following closely behind.

A talent that could master Ultra Instinct in fifteen days was no longer suited to be a re God of Destruction candidate. Goku and Vegeta were more than enough for that role. A genius of this caliber belonged in the Palace of Zeno.

"Lord Whis, where are we going?" George asked curiously, feigning ignorance even though he had already guessed the destination.

Whis explained patiently, "George, your aptitude is extraordinary. I am taking you to the Palace of Zeno to continue your training."

"The Palace of Zeno?" George continued his act.

To ensure George didn't cause an international incident, Whis went into great detail. "The Palace is the residence of the Great Grand Zeno, the most noble and powerful God of all universes. With a single thought, he can erase everything in existence. Look there."

At that mont, Whis led George out of the boundaries of Universe 7.

"You can see that there are twelve universes in total. Ours is the Seventh. Originally, there were eighteen, but six were erased by Grand Zeno after they incurred his displeasure. When we arrive, you must watch your words carefully."

George looked in the direction Whis pointed. As they pulled further back, he could clearly see the twelve universes arranged in a vast circle.

"Don't worry, Lord Whis. I'll be on my best behavior."

Whis nodded, feeling relatively at ease. Through his observations, he found that while George was young, he was far more composed and reliable than either Goku or Vegeta. This was a major factor in his decision. If George had Goku's impulsive personality, Whis would have hesitated; one wrong word could an the end of Universe 7.

"We've arrived."

An hour later, a massive structure shaped like the kanji for "All" (Zen) appeared before George. It was the Palace of Zeno, ho to the most supre deity of this world.

"Whis, why have you co at this ti?"

As they reached the entrance, a figure appeared: an Angel with pale blue skin, white swept-back hair, purple eyes, and a divine halo floating behind his head. He wore a belt with the character for "Great" (Dai) on it.

"Father, this is George. He..." Whis quickly briefed the figure on the situation.

The man turned his gaze toward George, who t it with a polite smile. George knew exactly who this was: the Grand Minister. He was the father of all Angels, the overseer of the Palace, and the most powerful combatant in existence.

While Zeno could erase universes with a thought, he didn't actually possess martial combat prowess—which was why he was always flanked by two powerful guards. The real "hard power" of this world rested with the Grand Minister.

"Absolute Multiversal level," George noted inwardly. Using a subtle thread of spiritual sense, he gauged the energy within the Grand Minister. Even if George used Ultra Instinct in this small avatar, he wouldn't stand a chance.

However, this avatar's power was reaching its ceiling anyway. His goal wasn't to surpass the Grand Minister but to gain intelligence and analyze the world from the inside.

From what he could see, "devouring" the Dragon Ball world would be difficult. A single tiline's Grand Minister was already at a Multiversal level; the entire Dragon Ball multiverse, even without an active Creator, was terrifyingly robust. His best bet was to understand its chanics so he could replicate them in his own world.

"Mastering Ultra Instinct in fifteen days... you are a rare talent indeed. Co inside," the Grand Minister said warmly, beckoning George toward the palace.

Even his own children, the Angels, had taken significant ti to learn the technique. If nurtured properly, George could beco an excellent guard for Zeno—provided his background was clean.

"This will be your room. Once you can maintain Ultra Instinct as your natural state, I will take you to see the Lord Grand Zeno."

After showing George his quarters and giving a few instructions, the Grand Minister took his leave. Not long after, he pulled out his staff and began reviewing the recent history of Universe 7. As the Grand Minister, his authority was second only to Zeno, allowing him to observe any information across the cosmos.

"It seems he truly is a rare find," the Grand Minister muttered after a mont, putting his staff away.

anwhile, back in his room, George let out a small smile. It seems the ruse worked.

He had anticipated this. By luring the God of Destruction and the Angel to Earth and showing off his rapid mastery of Ultra Instinct, he knew a trip to the Palace and a background check were inevitable. Before leaving for Beerus's planet, he had already tied up loose ends.

He had personally visited the Underworld and used his authority over "Fooling" to force King Yemma to alter the original George's death records. He had used the threads of fate to erase the mories of any soul the original George might have encountered in the afterlife. He had "cut and pasted" the fragnts of fate and ti surrounding George's death, creating a seamless false history.

When the Grand Minister looked back, he saw George growing up, his father's accident, and the encounter with the robbers. In this "true" version, George hadn't died from a stray bullet; he had dodged it and killed the robbers himself. Then ca his training with Gohan and Piccolo, and his self-taught techniques, leading up to his recruitnt by Whis.

The only slight inconsistency was how a previously unathletic George suddenly possessed the reflexes to dodge bullets. To smooth this over, George had subtly used "Fooling" on the Grand Minister as he left. Because the Grand Minister was so powerful, George didn't dare exert a heavy influence; he simply caused the Minister's perception to beco slightly "dull" regarding that specific detail.

To a being of the Grand Minister's level, the difference between a weak human and a slightly-less-weak human was as insignificant as a single hair on an ant. It also helped that the Creator of this world had vanished. Had a Creator been watching, George's tricks would have been seen through instantly. After all, the world belonged to its Creator; no matter how strong the Grand Minister was, he was still a product of the world's rules.

And so, George settled into the Palace of Zeno. Under the Grand Minister's guidance, he began to peel back the layers of this world's mysteries. As a prospective guard, he was granted access to the Palace's library. Combined with the snippets of information he teased out of the Grand Minister, he finally began to understand the true state of the Dragon Ball world.

According to the records, there was indeed a higher existence above Zeno: the Creator of the Dragon Ball multiverse. However, that Creator had engaged in a battle within the Primordial Chaos against the Creator of another world, and both had ultimately fallen.

Zeno, in reality, was the manifestation of the "Spirit" of the Dragon Ball world. Just as a legendary sword might develop a sentient soul, a world—if its Creator wills it—can develop its own Spirit. This explained why Zeno existed across all tilines and could erase anything with a thought; he was the world itself. However, his intelligence was not yet fully mature, which was why he required the Grand Minister to assist him. This was the task the Creator had left behind before departing.

Even with the Creator gone, as long as Zeno—the World Spirit—remained, the world stayed intact and powerful. Its sheer scale ant that even other Multiversal-level Creators would find it hard to conquer.

But the most vital piece of information George gathered wasn't about this world. It was the location of the other Creator's universe—the one who had fought the Dragon Ball Creator to the death.

He had discovered a new world, one just as vast and powerful as the one he was currently standing in.
