About half an hour later, the spaceship finally arrived in orbit above Planet K-9852.

Unlike the blue Earth, this planet was tinted with shades of red. There were no oceans, but it had vast expanses of land, covered with thick red vegetation and rich in mineral resources.

However, it was clear that the planet had suffered significant damage due to war.

Giant craters from laser cannon blasts were scattered across the land. Large swathes of forest had been burned down, and humanoid corpses with gray skin and red stripes—presumably the native inhabitants—lay strewn everywhere.

It was said that Thanos always slaughtered half the population of every planet he visited. That never sounded too shocking—just a statistic.

But when you actually witnessed billions of corpses covering the ground, only then could you grasp how brutal and inhumane it truly was.

To put it in perspective, even the deadliest war on Earth—World War II—had a death toll of less than 100 million. Yet here, the ground was piled with corpses numbering well into the billions.

"These bastards… they're animals!"

Star-Lord stared through the spaceship's window at the bodies below. Many were just infants, murdered without rcy. His fists clenched tightly.

Even though they were Ravagers and bounty hunters, most of them did it for money. Especially soone like Star-Lord—who still harbored heroic dreams of becoming a legendary outlaw across the universe—rarely killed anyone.

"They are animals."

Gamora gritted her teeth, her expression just as dark as Star-Lord's.

She had seen such scenes many tis, but it still affected her every ti. It always brought back the nightmare of her own howorld's massacre.

It felt like reliving a horror that never left.

"I swear, I'd love to shove my newly assembled quantum rocket launcher right up Thanos's ass!"

Rocket pulled out his recently modified quantum rocket launcher, and his eyes were filled with a murderous gleam as he looked down at the mountains of corpses.

"If you really want to, I won't stop you later."

At that mont, a faint smile appeared on George's face.

But the others shivered involuntarily when they saw that smile—because behind it lurked a cold aura of death and boundless killing intent.

George wasn't exactly a good person, but he had a basic moral compass. His powerful ntal strength usually kept him calm and rational. Still, sotis even he burned with emotion.

To be honest, his original stance toward Thanos had been neutral—just a matter of business and interests. He hadn't necessarily thought of Thanos as purely evil.

After all, Thanos claid his intentions were noble: to reduce overpopulation and bring balance to the universe.

But after seeing the billions of corpses below, George no longer believed that. He now felt that Thanos truly deserved to die—over and over again.

No matter the reasoning, such large-scale slaughter was indefensible.

"Principal, you ntioned earlier that you had a foolproof battle plan. Charging down there like this doesn't seem like the best idea, does it?"

Yondu glanced down nervously at the legendary Sanctuary II and Ronan's Dark Aster, both parked ominously below. And then there were the countless warships stretching so far they seed to blot out the horizon.

His own base ship was already massive, equipped with living quarters, docking bays for over a hundred Ravager combat ships, and full maintenance and repair facilities.

But compared to Ronan's Dark Aster, his ship looked like a toy. It was like comparing an ant to an elephant.

Let alone Thanos's Sanctuary II, which dwarfed even the Dark Aster. It was a monster of a ship. Even one of the donut-shaped drop ships from Sanctuary II could easily smash his entire base into pieces.

Rumors were one thing—but seeing those top-tier warships up close made the true scale of power brutally clear.

And it wasn't just about the size of the ships. The difference in manpower was even more staggering.

Ronan's Sakaaran soldiers were formidable enough, but Thanos's forces? They included not only Chitauri warriors, but also Leviathan-class super beasts, the fanatical Outrider army, floating tanks, and even Titan apes.

Going down there would be a straight-up suicide mission.

Even if George was incredibly powerful—even if he could take on Thanos and Ronan one-on-one—how could he possibly deal with all of those enemies at once?

"A foolproof plan? Didn't I tell you already?"

George spread his hands and said casually,

"It's simple. You all just sit back and watch while I go down there and wipe them all out. That's the plan."

"What?!"

Everyone present was stunned into silence.

This was his so-called foolproof plan? That sounded more like a reckless suicide charge!

Even Star-Lord, Gamora, and Rocket—who had just been burning with righteous fury—snapped back to their senses after hearing George's "plan."

They were angry, sure. They wanted nothing more than to fire a cannon straight into Thanos's backside.

But none of them wanted to die doing it.

"Principal… I have a plan," Star-Lord stepped forward quickly and proposed,

"How about we let Gamora take the Cosmic Cube and approach Thanos and Ronan? Then, when they show up, we all rush in and take them out on the spot.

Once it's done, we escape imdiately. Without their leaders, their troops will fall into disarray and won't be able to chase us down.

This way, we claim the bounty, complete our mission, and make it out alive."

Everyone nodded in unison. Star-Lord's plan sounded far more reasonable.

Considering George's strength—especially the ti he shattered a teor—it seed highly likely he could defeat Thanos and Ronan, especially with their help.

"No need to go through all that trouble," George said calmly.

**"You all just stay on the ship and watch. I've upgraded it—there won't be any danger.

If you're really feeling restless, you can always shoot at the enemy from up here."**

Then he looked up and spoke to the ship,

"Activate the Five Elents Kabbalah Defense Barrier."

"Yes, Master!" a voice responded.

Suddenly, complex magical symbols shimred around the surface of the Ravager base ship. Five elental giants—gold, wood, water, fire, and earth—appeared and encircled the vessel, forming an enormous magical defense barrier.

This was the strongest magical barrier George could currently create. Unlike the previous Five Elents Kabbalah sealing barrier, which sealed things inside, this one was designed to defend from the outside—without hindering attacks launched outward from within.

In other words, any enemy attack from outside would be blocked by the barrier, while their own attacks from inside could pass through freely to hit external targets.

As for its strength—even George himself would need considerable effort to break through it.

"Wait—what the hell? When did the ship get an intelligent system?"

Hearing the ship speak and seeing that it responded only to George's commands left Yondu and the others stunned once more.
