"Is Earth dood?"

People from all over the world watched the live broadcast, witnessing powerful armies and advanced weaponry being utterly crushed like paper tigers by the Hydra forces under the command of the Eight Heavenly Hamr Lords.

Fear crept into their hearts. Even the Arican military was powerless against these monstrous foes—how could their own nations possibly resist?

Would their cities soon suffer the sa fate as Washington, reduced to a living hell?

This growing fear was absorbed by Kull, fueling his power and making him even stronger.

"George, we need your help! Na your price—we'll agree to any conditions!"

At the S.H.I.E.L.D. base in New York, Coulson had witnessed the devastation of Washington firsthand. He knew that neither conventional military forces nor S.H.I.E.L.D. itself stood a chance against Hydra, now led by the self-proclaid God of Fear.

Their only option was to seek help from George and the superpowered individuals at his academy.

With most of the country's top officials dead, Coulson, as the acting Director of S.H.I.E.L.D., was now among the highest-ranking leaders left. If George agreed to step in, Coulson actually had the authority to fulfill most promises made in exchange.

"Coulson, don't panic. That so-called God of Fear is from Asgard. I've already inford Thor, and he has returned to Asgard to gather reinforcents. He should be arriving soon with the Asgardian army."

At that mont, George and the faculty of Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters were also watching the live broadcast, taking in the horrors unfolding in Washington.

Before answering the call, George had been reflecting on Sokovia's endless misfortunes.

In this world, there was no Ultron lifting Sokovia into the sky to crash it into Earth. Instead, it was Kull who had done so—likely causing even more deaths than Ultron ever would have.

As soon as George finished speaking, a dazzling column of multicolored light descended from the sky.

Thor, clad in his godly armor, stood tall with Mjolnir in hand. Alongside him were the Warriors Three, Lady Sif, and a vast legion of Asgardian soldiers, all gleaming in golden armor as they made a dramatic entrance.

"See? Here they are. Stop worrying—Earth isn't so easily destroyed."

"Maybe not, but at this rate, our capital is about to be wiped off the map!"

Coulson sighed, rubbing his temples after hanging up the call, then refocused on the broadcast.

He could only hope that things would go as George predicted—that Thor and his Asgardian warriors could defeat Hydra's forces and save Washington.

"Everyone, prepare yourselves. If Thor fails, we'll step in."

After giving his orders to the teachers, George vanished in a flash of teleportation.

Sothing about Kull's actions felt deliberate—too thodical. There had to be more to this. He intended to seek out the Ancient One for more information.

According to Kull's public declaration, his goal was to raze city after city until the entire planet submitted to him. There was no ntion of returning to Asgard.

If that was truly his plan, George couldn't just stand by.

A world thrown into chaos would do him no favors.

"Kull is the God of Fear. The more terrified humanity becos, the stronger he grows. He's not actually planning to destroy cities one by one—he's simply using this thod to harvest fear as a power source."

"Once he has absorbed enough, he will leave Earth. So there's no need to worry."

At the New York Sanctum, the Ancient One explained patiently after understanding George's concerns.

George's eyes lit up with realization. Then, a thought struck him.

"Does he have any weaknesses?"

With Odin absent from Earth, George wasn't confident in Thor's chances of victory. There was a good chance he'd have to step in himself.

Defeating Kull would an saving the world—not only earning Odin's gratitude but also placing all of humanity in his debt. This could greatly benefit the future of his superhuman academy.

Of course, he intended to wait until everyone was on the brink of despair before making his grand entrance.

But by then, Kull would have absorbed an overwhelming amount of fear, making him far more powerful.

If he could uncover any weaknesses, his chances of victory would be much higher when the ti ca.

"A weakness? Yes, he does have one."

The Ancient One smiled and explained,

"Since his power cos from fear, he can also lose strength because of it.

If people stop fearing him, and if he himself experiences fear, then his power will be significantly weakened.

Legend has it that Odin was able to defeat and seal Kull precisely because he felt no fear toward him, preventing Kull from unleashing his full strength."

"I see... That might actually be doable."

Hearing this, George imdiately began formulating a plan in his mind.

"Thank you, Sorcerer Supre."

Having obtained the information he needed, George teleported back to the academy.

However, the mont he arrived, he suddenly froze for a second, a thought surfacing in his mind:

"Why do I feel like I've just been tricked?"

It wasn't that the Ancient One had given him false information—she wasn't that petty. Rather, it was sothing else.

She had claid she wouldn't interfere in Odin's family matters and wouldn't intervene to stop Kull.

But if she truly had no intention of getting involved, then why did she know so much about Kull, even down to his weaknesses?

It felt as if she had deliberately said those words just for him to hear.

And the reason was obvious—she wanted to use him as a tool to resolve this crisis for Earth.

This way, she could keep herself out of the ss.

"Whatever. As long as it benefits , it doesn't matter."

After thinking it over, George decided it wasn't important.

Whether he was being used or not, as long as he could gain sothing from it, that was all that mattered.

No matter how strong one beca, there would always be soone stronger pulling the strings.

He wasn't the kind of person who let pride get in the way.

Just because he was being used didn't an he had to rebel against it out of stubbornness.

---

"As expected, he's no match."

On the television, Thor had yet to even touch Kull, already struggling against two of the Heavenly Hamr Lords attacking in unison.

anwhile, the Warriors Three and Lady Sif, fighting together, could barely hold back a single Heavenly Hamr Lord. The remaining five, along with Hydra's forces, were relentlessly pushing the Asgardian army into retreat.

"Professor, stay here. The rest of you, get in my box—we're going to assist!"

George pulled out a small box and swiftly stored Logan, Steve, Dr. Banner, the newly recruited superpowered teachers, as well as Daisy from the Inhumans. Then, with a flicker of teleportation, he arrived high above New York.

However, he didn't intervene right away. Instead, he remained invisible, observing from the sky.

---

"Thor Odinson…"

Kull stood atop the highest point of Sokovia, watching Thor struggle against the two Heavenly Hamr Lords. His face twisted with hatred toward Odin.

"It seems that your father—my despicable brother—doesn't dare leave Asgard to face .

Very well. Then when the ti cos, I will personally storm Asgard, sever his head, and hang it from the branches of Yggdrasil."
