"Release!"

Standing before the sealed door, Makarov used a specialized unsealing spell, dispelling the complex and powerful enchantnts that had kept the door shut.

"Our Fairy Tail guild holds an incredibly important secret—one that only the guild master is privy to. This secret concerns the safety of the entire world.

Back then, Ivan tricked into revealing part of this secret. He intended to use that information to cooperate with dark guilds and dominate the continent. That's why I expelled him from Fairy Tail."

"The safety of the entire world?"

George froze for a mont. It seed he had guessed wrong—this sealed chamber did not contain Fairy Tail's Three Great Magic Spells but sothing far more significant.

While the Three Great Magic Spells were undeniably powerful, they were hardly capable of affecting the fate of the entire world.

At the sa ti, his curiosity was piqued more than ever.

"Co inside with ."

Makarov led George into the chamber, where a massive crystal stood before them. He pointed at it and said:

"This is Fairy Tail's greatest secret—**The Heart of the Fairy**, also known as *Lun Histoire* or *The Myth of Light*."

"...Huh?"

George stared at the crystal in shock.

It wasn't just an ordinary crystal. There was no heart inside, nor did it look like so sacred artifact. Instead, sealed within was a young girl—completely unclothed, her state uncertain between life and death.

But the next second, when George's magical senses reached into the crystal, his expression changed drastically.

"What imnse magic power!"

From both the crystal and the girl sealed within it, he could sense an overwhelming magic force—far beyond anything he had ever seen or imagined, surpassing even the most powerful wizards he had encountered.

"Who is she? A fairy?"

"No, she's not a fairy," Makarov replied. "She is the first guild master of Fairy Tail—the founder of our guild, **Mavis Vermillion**."

Makarov then explained the story in detail.

At the height of Fairy Tail's prosperity, First Master Mavis unexpectedly passed down the guild master's position to the Second Master and vanished.

One day, the Second Master found her body at the guild's entrance—or rather, sothing that resembled a body. Though her heart had stopped beating, her imnse magic power remained active, keeping her in a state akin to a living corpse.

The Second Master then placed Mavis within a magical crystal, beginning a thirty-year-long research project.

He conducted countless experints and used all kinds of magic, hoping to bring her back to life—but every attempt failed.

However, through a miraculous coincidence, the fusion of nurous strange and powerful spells caused Mavis's body to acquire **infinite magic power**.

For example, the Magic Council's Etherion cannon—sothing that required years of energy accumulation to fire—could be used freely with Mavis's body as the power source.

If soone with ill intent were to gain control of her body, they could harness this infinite magic power to destroy the world.

Thus, Fairy Tail also bore the responsibility of **protecting Mavis's body and safeguarding the world**.

"This world truly has no shortage of powerful individuals," George murmured in awe after hearing Makarov's explanation.

He himself possessed **infinite magic power**, but the level of Mavis's magic was on an entirely different scale.

If he were to recharge the Etherion cannon, he would likely have to work tirelessly for years before it could be fired even once.

Yet Mavis's body could do it in the blink of an eye. That was the difference between them.

From this story, George not only learned the origin of *The Heart of the Fairy*, but he also realized that the wizards in this world might be far stronger than he had previously imagined.

Mavis looked so young, yet she had created Fairy Tail's Three Great Magic Spells—her talent was nothing short of terrifying.

And the fact that soone powerful enough to put Mavis into a coma existed ant that this world still hid even greater, unknown magical forces.

The small sense of superiority George had felt after defeating Laxus? Gone without a trace.

"This secret is for you to know—but nothing more. Co with ."

Makarov led George to a cabinet within the chamber, pulling out three books and handing them to him.

"These contain Fairy Tail's **Three Great Magic Spells**: *Fairy Law*, *Fairy Glitter*, and *Fairy Sphere*."

"I have only mastered *Fairy Law* myself. Before you set off, I'll do my best to explain its key points to you. As for the other two spells, you'll have to study them on your own."

Staring at the three thick tos of magic, George suppressed his excitent and nodded seriously.

Study—he had to study. These spells were so powerful that he was more than willing to dedicate an imnse amount of ti to mastering them.

Honestly, if not for the fact that he had to complete the *Animagus* transformation in the *Harry Potter* world within two months, he would have preferred to delay his trip to the Northern Continent and fully master the Three Great Magic Spells first.

Now ard with the three spellbooks, along with the knowledge Makarov had imparted on how to unlock and seal the chamber, George didn't leave imdiately. Instead, he imrsed himself in the library, committing the spells to mory.

Ordinarily, taking the books with him was out of the question. Before setting off on his century-long mission, he had to morize everything.

But that wasn't a problem for him.

Retrieving his *Wind Chanting Glasses*, he synchronized all his clones' minds to work in unison. In less than an hour, he had imprinted every word of the three books into his mory.

"As expected of the Three Great Magic Spells!"

Among them, *Fairy Law* was the easiest to learn, provided one had a foundation in light magic. Its destructive power was imnse, but it ca with a serious drawback—it consud both life force and lifespan. The stronger and more nurous the enemies, the greater the cost.

But lifespan wasn't an issue for him. Having already attained immortality, he had an endless supply to burn.

As for life force, his body had the reinforcent of multiple clones and had fused with Dragon Crystals from two different worlds. As long as he didn't deplete it completely in one go, he should be able to recover.

And if he could fuse with this world's Dragon Crystal as well, his endurance would only increase.

Compared to the sheer power of these spells, this drawback hardly seed like a major concern. After all, against opponents of similar strength, the life force consumption wasn't too severe.

The other two Great Magic Spells, however, were far more difficult to master—but they also filled George with awe.

*Fairy Glitter* was no less powerful than *Fairy Law*. It allowed the caster to collect and condense the radiance of the sun, moon, and stars into a single, rciless beam of destruction that eradicated all enemies in its path.

Unlike *Fairy Law*, it didn't drain lifespan or life force. But it was incredibly difficult to learn.

First, one needed an exceptionally high level of mastery in light magic. To put it into perspective, even Makarov hadn't been able to fully grasp it—an indication of just how advanced the requirent was.

For George to learn it, his light magic proficiency had to surpass Makarov's first.

Second, he needed a magic reserve of at least *Saint Wizard* level. That, he already had.

Lastly, he required an extre degree of magic control. Without it, wielding *Fairy Glitter* would be like handing a gun to a child—it might be powerful, but hitting the target would be a different matter altogether.
