"This is a light magic spell that dispels darkness. It's also the magic I used to kill the Dentor," George explained.
Without using a wand, a massive white magic circle appeared in front of him in an instant.
"Light Array!"
"Domain of Light!"
"Light Burst!"
"Rain of Light!"
George unleashed a series of holy light spells before transitioning to a second type of magic.
"This is giant magic, which allows my body to grow larger," he continued.
A magic circle glowed on his body once again, and his arm instantly expanded to a massive size. With one punch, he obliterated a massive tree that several people together wouldn't have been able to encircle.
"This is the Fist of the Giant," he declared.
Then, his entire body swelled to over ten ters tall.
"This is gigantification. In this state, my strength surpasses that of the giant race."
Clapping his enormous hands together created a fierce, howling gale. A single punch to the ground made the earth tremble beneath Snape and Dumbledore's feet.
If they hadn't known George was a pure-blooded human, they might have genuinely believed he was from the giant race—and not just any giant, but one of the largest among them.
After shrinking back to his normal size, George drew patterns in the air with his hand.
"This is text magic."
"This is ritual barrier magic."
"This is transformation magic."
"This is wardrobe-switching magic."
"This is mimicry transformation magic."
"This is mirror world magic."
After demonstrating these spells, George continued:
"What I just showed you are the various types of magic the old man taught . Now, I'll demonstrate the special abilities he bestowed upon my body."
Electricity crackled and enveloped George's body once more.
"This move is called Railgun!"
He flicked a silver coin into the air. Wrapped in two hundred million volts of electric power, the coin accelerated with supersonic speed. George aid and fired, the coin tearing through the air like an unstoppable force.
Monts later, a broad, clear pathway stretched out before them, carved cleanly by the projectile's sheer energy.
Snape and Dumbledore were left utterly stunned, their eyes wide with shock.
Just that one move was enough to obliterate more than 90% of the world's wizards in an instant.
Wandless and wordless spellcasting that could be executed instantaneously was an exceedingly rare feat in the wizarding world.
Most wizards required a wand and an incantation to cast spells, or at the very least, a second to prepare.
But against George's supersonic railgun, there would be no ti to cast defensive magic or retaliate.
Even worse, the power of his railgun was devastating. If soone were struck by it, they'd be annihilated on the spot.
"Next up: Thunder Giant and the amplified version of Railgun!" George announced.
His entire body surged with magnetic energy, and a colossal Thunder Giant, over thirty ters tall, began to take form around him.
As George prepared to unleash the amplified version of Railgun, Dumbledore quickly cast a Sonorous Charm and shouted, "That's enough! We believe you! Quickly, revert to your original form!"
At this late hour, the commotion George had caused was bound to have alard many of the magical creatures and ancient residents of the Forbidden Forest. If he unleashed the amplified Railgun, it would spell even greater trouble.
Not to ntion the Aurors and Dentors stationed around the school's exits—they were surely already on high alert.
So, Dumbledore quickly stopped George. After George reverted to his original form, Dumbledore imdiately used a Repair Charm to restore the damaged trees nearby and flew back to the office with Snape and George.
"Actually, I still have more I could show you," George said, wide-eyed, as they returned to the office.
Both Dumbledore and Snape raised their hands simultaneously to stop him.
"No, no, that's enough. We believe you!"
Truthfully, the two were still reeling.
So many different types of magic, each so distinct from what they knew, and none of them required a wand. On top of that, the sheer power behind them was incredible.
It was clear that these were not so obscure ancient spells George had dug up in a forgotten magical to.
They had studied ancient magic before. While ancient magic was slower to cast and packed a much greater punch, its fundantal principles were not vastly different from modern magic.
Modern magic had simply optimized ancient spells and built upon their foundations to create new ones.
However, George's spells represented an entirely different magical system.
Even with their extensive knowledge of magic, they couldn't discern the underlying principles behind these abilities, let alone believe George had invented them himself or learned them from books.
And then there were the Thunder Giant and Railgun spells, which defied their understanding of magic altogether.
Short of believing George's explanation about a divine entity teaching him magic, they couldn't think of any other plausible explanation.
It took quite so ti before Dumbledore finally cald himself enough to ask,
"Did this divine being reveal their identity? Did they tell you why they were teaching you magic?"
By now, Dumbledore was about 70-80% convinced by George's story, but so lingering doubts remained.
George, however, had been prepared for this question.
"The old man didn't tell who he was. He only said he was a divine being. As for why he taught magic—he said that in twenty years, a great catastrophe will descend upon this world. A calamity that could wipe out all of humanity."
"He said I was the chosen one, created to combat this extinction-level disaster."
"What?!"
Both Snape and Dumbledore's pupils shrank.
"What kind of disaster?"
The extinction of all humanity? Even if Voldemort were resurrected and ruled the world, it wouldn't lead to such an outco.
What kind of horrifying disaster could completely wipe out the human race in twenty years?
At this point, Snape and Dumbledore were no longer focusing on the divine being but on the impending catastrophe.
George cleared his throat and began his expertly crafted tale.
"To be honest, I'm not entirely sure, nor do I fully understand. Let try to recount the old man's words as best I can."
"He told that beyond the planet we live on, there's an even larger universe filled with advanced civilizations far beyond our understanding. Civilizations like the Xandar Empire, the Kree Empire, and the Skrull Empire..."
For the next three hours—until 2 a.m.—George spun his fabricated story.
Fortunately for him, this world had no Marvel-related lore, allowing him to use the Marvel Universe as a basis for his grand narrative, fooling both Snape and Dumbledore.
"So," Snape asked in a daze, "you're saying that in twenty years, an alien nad Thanos will invade Earth with his cosmic army to wipe out humanity. And this divine being taught you magic to defeat him and protect Earth and its people?"
Snape's expression was blank, overwheld by the sheer amount of information George had just unloaded.
As a Slytherin, Snape had limited knowledge of Muggle affairs and even less familiarity with concepts like the universe or aliens.
His understanding of the cosmos ca mostly from astronomy-related magic, such as divination using stars.
Yet George's explanation seed remarkably plausible. The intergalactic empires, the cosmic warships, their advanced capabilities, and their civilizations—all of it sounded too vivid to dismiss as fiction.
