A glacial storm raged across the battlefield.
To the Inhumans, barely awakened to their powers, it was an apocalypse.
Nolan’s [Super Breath] swept over them like an extinction event. Freezing winds turned the air to ice, and one by one, the Inhumans beca statues eyes frozen mid-blink, limbs locked in futile resistance.
Even those with fla-based abilities tried to lt the frost... but for every inch they thawed, another two encased them anew.
Not even Strucker’s [Serum]-enhanced resilience had saved him.
This wasn’t a battle.
It was a mass execution.
Kaecilius watched from above, his composure cracking.
He had underestimated Nolan again.
And this ti, Nolan wasn’t alone.
The Scarlet Witch Wanda Maximoff was a demon in human form. Her magic defied category: chaos energy, hex bolts, death magic, even rituals he’d only seen in deep, forbidden texts.
She wielded it all without incantations or catalysts.
Just raw will.
Kaecilius clenched his fists. Gray flas ignited at his fingertips. Dinsional fire, spatial folds, dark tendrils he summoned everything Dormammu had gifted him.
He wasn’t worried about running dry. As long as he served the Dark Lord, the cost of his power was postponed.
But still—
Wanda matched him spell for spell.
More than that she was winning.
"This alliance was a mistake," he muttered, activating the escape enchantnt sealed in his ring.
A black vortex ford behind him at his last exit.
But before it could stabilize—
CRACK!
A golden glyph ignited beneath Kaecilius’ feet.
[Spatial Lock.]
The portal shattered.
Kaecilius turned slowly.
Nolan was already walking toward him, hands calm at his sides.
"You’ve learned spatial magic?" Kaecilius muttered, disbelieving. "That’s... impossible."
"No," Nolan said. "It’s just that you were never fast enough."
BOOM!
Kaecilius raised a shield of dark mana just in ti to block Nolan’s punch but it cracked like glass, sending him tumbling through debris.
The [Mirror Dinsion] shattered as the Avengers erged. The Scarlet Witch hovered beside Nolan, her fingers crackling with blood-red energy.
"Today," Nolan said coldly, "as Sorcerer Supre, I finish what Strange didn’t. I’m cleaning house."
Kaecilius snarled. "You think just because you’ve stolen a few spells, you’re a master?!"
Dozens of Kaecilius clones appeared around him, forming a sphere.
At the center is a black singularity.
A dark spell ant to erase all physical matter in its radius.
Tony Stark flinched. "Okay, what the hell?! Since when does Voldemort go full ani?"
Steve raised his shield. "Focus. Protect the civilians."
Wanda didn’t hesitate.
She extended her hand and all of the Kaecilius clones detonated in a bloom of crimson hexes, revealing the original at the center.
Nolan’s soul-mark burned as he thrust his palm forward pure white light slamd into Kaecilius, severing all false projections.
"You even know soul magic...?" Kaecilius gasped. "You—what are you?!"
"Focused," Nolan replied.
BOOM!
One punch. Shield crushed.
BOOM!
Two punches. Barrier broken.
BOOM!
Three punches. Ribs shattered.
Kaecilius tried to summon one last glyph, but Wanda’s [Hex Whip] lashed out, snapping his casting arm in a blink.
Then—
THOOM!
Nolan’s final blow hit like a teor.
Kaecilius exploded in a burst of gore, blood raining across the battlefield.
Wanda instinctively raised a hex barrier. Nolan’s psychic field flared, shielding them both.
The rest, Tony, Clint, Daisy, and Sam, weren’t as lucky.
"Ugh... seriously?!" Sam grunted, wiping blood from his visor.
Stark stared in silence. "...I’m not even sure that guy’s still human."
Nolan’s expression darkened.
"He’s not dead," he muttered.
Wanda turned to him. "What?"
"Soone took his soul. Pulled it into the Void—probably Dormammu himself."
Wanda clenched her fists. "Then we should chase him—"
"No," Nolan interrupted. "Not now. His body’s gone. His magic’s shattered. Dormammu won’t restore him—he’ll enslave him."
"Just another pawn," Wanda said coldly.
"Exactly," Nolan replied. "Kaecilius was powerful. But now? He’ll co back as a mindless thrall. A shade of his forr self. If Dormammu sends him again... we finish it then."
Nolan looked to the frozen field of Inhumans.
The hive was gone. Strucker and Zemo were dead or captured. Viper bent the knee.
And now Kaecilius?
The Hydra-Cold War had just ended.
But the real war, Nolan knew, was about to begin.
Because Dormammu was watching.
And he wasn’t the only god lurking in the dark.
