Kneeling on the ground, Thor stared in horror at Gene Mason, the armored figure standing beside him.

The energy that had just erupted from the sky was all too familiar—it belonged to his father, Odin.

Yet the black, humanoid machine beside him had just shattered Odin's divine power head-on.

What kind of being was this?

But in a way, Thor found it easier to accept. If this being could challenge his father's power directly, then it wasn't so surprising that he could also lift Mjolnir.

As steam and waves of heat rolled off Gene's armor, it was clear that his machine had overheated from clashing with Odin. But the damage was negligible.

"I like this hamr. I'll be taking it with for now."

Having crushed Odin's divine power and even injured the Allfather himself, Gene spoke as if nothing had happened.

He turned his gaze to the surrounding S.H.I.E.L.D. agents.

"I'm taking the hamr. You guys don't have a problem with that, do you?"

The glowing red V-shaped visor swept over the agents, each one feeling an indescribable pressure from his gaze.

"Mr. Mason, you can take the hamr," Coulson said, standing firm despite the tension. "But we will be tracking you."

Gene chuckled. "Tell Nick Fury I'll be paying him a visit soon."

As his words fell, a golden, shimring portal opened beside him. Without hesitation, he stepped through it and vanished.

"Agent Coulson… who was that?"

"My god, that was terrifying."

"I've never seen energy on that scale before."

"Thank heaven we're still alive."

"What did he an by 'Odin'? Was he talking about the Odin from Norse mythology?"

A flurry of panicked and awe-struck voices erupted among the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents as soon as Gene disappeared.

The sight of that massive, blue dragon roaring into the sky, the sheer force of the energies that had clashed—these things had burned themselves into their minds.

At that mont, a group of white-coated scientists rushed out, their faces flushed with excitent.

"Incredible!"

"The energy backlash just now completely fried our asuring instrunts!"

"This is beyond fascinating!"

"We detected a spatial anomaly—a wormhole opened in near-Earth orbit!"

"And that thing—it vanished like it was using magic!"

"The way he spoke of Odin and Asgard… Could they really be the gods of Norse mythology?"

"What the hell is happening in our world?!"

The researchers, intoxicated by discovery, bombarded each other with theories.

And it wasn't just them.

Around the world, every major governnt and intelligence agency had gone into full alert.

The massive energy surge in New xico had been detected on a global scale.

The readings indicated an energy output greater than three hydrogen bombs detonating simultaneously.

"What in the world just happened?!"

"There's a gaping hole in the storm clouds over New xico! Who did that?"

"This is insane!"

"We need an imdiate report on this phenonon!"

The world was in an uproar.

Coulson, however, remained calm.

"Everyone, return to your posts." His voice was firm, breaking through the chaos. "This situation is… bigger than we imagined."

His gaze fell once more on Thor, still kneeling on the ground, eyes filled with despair.

Taking a deep breath, Coulson spoke.

"Thor, I think it's ti we had a talk. About who you really are—and what exactly this 'Asgard' truly is."

anwhile, at the Skynet Base, Gene had already begun analyzing Mjolnir.

"Sir, analysis of the hamr is complete."

"Mjolnir is made of URU tal and composed of a White Dwarf Star core, giving it an astronomical density. However, an unknown energy—akin to magic—allows a chosen wielder to ignore this weight."

"Additionally…"

As Skynet provided its report, Gene was already diving into the rewards from his intrusion into Mjolnir's systems.

He had hacked into countless human databases before, but none had yielded anything particularly useful to him.

This ti, however…

"White Dwarf Star core material?"

Gene's V-shaped visor flickered as his neural network processed the information.

This was a material of incomprehensible density. If he could integrate it into his armor, it would be an unprecedented upgrade—his very body would undergo a transformation beyond anything he had previously imagined.

His neural network fired up at full capacity, running trillions of simulations per second.

He needed the perfect thod to rge this star-core material with his existing armor.

Within one minute, the calculations were complete.

A grin ford beneath the armor.

"It seems… it's ti to build myself a new body."

But before that, there was sothing else he needed to handle.

"First things first… Let's deal with Iron Man 2."

Gene's Starlink Project had already flagged Ivan Vanko's actions long ago.

In fact, Vanko's every move had been under Skynet's surveillance since day one.

His motivations, plans, and behavioral patterns had all been mapped out—his next move had already been predicted.

That was the power of Big Data in the digital age.

Just as modern smartphones track and suggest things based on user behavior, Skynet had done the sa to Vanko—only on a level millions of tis more advanced.

At this point, Ivan Vanko was an open book.

And Gene Mason?

He was about to close it.
