The man was dressed simply and modestly.

Just a common black jacket and pants, topped with a baseball cap, and a rugged face with a neatly trimd beard around his chin and upper lip.

His body was lean and muscular, and his fierce deanor made him appear unapproachable.

Especially those eyes, filled with aggression.

Ordinarily, most people would be intimidated or dislike such aggressive eyes, but Bi Xiao, being scrutinized by them, showed no signs of impatience or anger.

Instead, he was very calm.

However, beneath this calm often lurked a terrible storm.

Just like Bi Xiao now.

His eyes t those of the man, his black pupils as deep as an abyss, seemingly ready to devour souls at any mont.

This man, under Bi Xiao's gaze, felt a surge of fear within.

His eyes wandered uncontrollably, no longer eting Bi Xiao's.

Finally, the man suppressed the fear rising instinctively within him and forced himself to et Bi Xiao's gaze again.

"Very impressive eyes. Go back and tell Kingpin, if my identity is revealed, I will burn his so-called empire to the ground, and then, death will be a luxury for you."

Bi Xiao set a subtle ntal suggestion in this man’s mind with his powerful psychic abilities. As he finished speaking, he turned and walked towards his apartnt.

As for the man, he stared intensely at Bi Xiao's departing figure.

Normally defiant, if anyone else had spoken those words to him, he would have responded with brutal violence. But now, he lacked even the courage to act.

Those tranquil pupils haunted his mind, making him feel as though his body was no longer under his control.

"Damn it..."

After Bi Xiao entered the apartnt and closed the door, the man cursed under his breath, angrily kicked the tire of a car, and then walked to the driver's side, furiously driving away.

He knew that the mont fear erged, he had already lost, and it was a bitter loss.

The opponent was too powerful, suffocatingly so, leaving him without the courage to fight.

So, wisely, he left.

However, this incident was far from over. As the man drove away, his face gradually twisted into a ferocious expression.

This minor episode did not affect Bi Xiao. In fact, when the man was discovered by Bi Xiao, his mories had already been accessed. Bi Xiao never cared for such trivial matters as privacy concerning soone with hostile intentions towards him.

He could ntion Kingpin's na, and naturally knew the man’s identity.

A top rcenary, an assassin, one of the major mob bosses in New York sent by Kingpin to recruit him.

Bullseye, with strong individual combat capabilities, was also one of the greatest enemies of Daredevil.

Kingpin was the sa, a formidable figure, who, upon learning of the slaughter in Queens and the power displayed, wanted to recruit him and thus sent Bullseye to investigate and locate him.

But neither Kingpin nor Bullseye ever considered one thing.

In their view, Bi Xiao was just another player like Bullseye, a top assassin, a warrior, but they couldn’t imagine how fast Bi Xiao was growing.

He had already surpassed ordinary humans.

The so-called business empire, the mob career, in Bi Xiao's eyes were now like child's play, of no interest, making Kingpin rely a piggy bank to him.

He hadn't sought out Kingpin, yet the latter had approached him first, which Bi Xiao found sowhat amusing.

Bullseye wasn't killed because he was already dood. After dealing a big blow to Kingpin, the ntal suggestion Bi Xiao set would make Bullseye end his own life. Bi Xiao couldn't be bothered to deal with Kingpin himself, considering a fat man could offer so little life essence, better to keep him as a piggy bank.

Regardless of how much money Kingpin's business empire made, it was all being prepared for him.

As for how Bullseye found him, Bi Xiao was neither surprised nor concerned, focusing solely on awaiting the descent of the Blood God.

...

Bullseye drove to the Hell's Kitchen building of Kingpin, ignored the security and staff, and took the elevator to Kingpin’s office.

He knocked on the door, and Kingpin’s voice ca from inside.

“Co in.”

Pushing open the door, he saw the spacious and luxurious office, Kingpin standing by the floor-to-ceiling windows in a white suit, talking to a man in his thirties wearing glasses.

Bullseye knew this man’s identity, Jas Wesley.

Also Kingpin's most trusted and capable assistant.

After Jas Wesley and Kingpin finished their work summary, he stood aside.

“I failed,” Bullseye approached Kingpin and said solemnly.

“Ha, that’s an interesting piece of news. Did you kill him?”

Kingpin, holding a cigar and leaning on a cane, asked with interest.

“No, I…”

Bullseye wanted to say more, but then his eyes suddenly changed, a trendous psychic power inexplicably burst forth, and in Kingpin's view, the world in front of him suddenly twisted into darkness and chaos.

Kingpin, as the most ruthless mob boss, had a far stronger mindset and will than ordinary people. He didn't panic or fear, but stood frowning.

At that mont, in the dark world, a pair of huge eyes appeared, cold and rciless, as if a deity was looking down on mortals.

“Butcher?”

Feeling the presence of these eyes, Kingpin imdiately sensed it and looked up, saying solemnly.

“We can talk.”

Kingpin tried to communicate, but a huge voice like a bell bood in his ears.

“You should hope I forget you, Kingpin.”
