"Let pay for her, along with two cups of coffee and two pieces of bread. Thank you."

Finn handed over a banknote and placed it on the counter of the sales window.

"Finn, do you know her?"

Wanda was a little surprised. She had never heard of him having any friends in New York—after all, this guy barely ever left ho.

"No, I don't."

Finn shook his head, but his gaze lingered on the girl. After carefully observing her, she felt sowhat familiar, but he couldn't quite put it into words.

She was wearing a white hooded sweater, and her hair was slightly short—giving her a bit of a tomboyish look.

However, her delicate yet striking features made it difficult to look away. There was an air of confidence and authority about her, even at a young age.

She looked familiar, but Finn just couldn't recall where he had seen her before.

"Thank you, the coffee is delicious."

Gwen t Finn's gaze, but she didn't shy away. Instead, she offered a bright, sunny smile.

If soone was willing to buy her coffee, she saw no reason to refuse.

It helped her save a little money for lunch. After all, she had no idea when she'd be able to return to her original world.

"Once you finish your coffee, you should head ho. Even though this city never sleeps, people still need to rest. If you don't get any sleep, your body will start to break down."

Finn noticed the faint dark circles under Gwen's eyes and guessed that she had been wandering outside all night.

Although Arica had strict laws against underage drinking, many teenagers still managed to sneak alcohol or visit shady bars.

But since they were strangers, it wasn't his place to pry too much.

"You've got it all wrong..."

Gwen imdiately realized that Finn had mistaken her for a rebellious teenager who stayed out all night.

"Making mistakes isn't a big deal. I made plenty when I was younger."

Finn cut her off.

He didn't think kids who stayed out all night were hopeless. Besides, it was the 21st century.

Teenagers today had access to so much information online, which made them harder to discipline.

Sotis, the best approach was to be patient and understand their mindset.

"Finn, can you stop making assumptions about other people?"

Wanda, who had been watching the interaction, noticed the hesitation in Gwen's expression.

Her strong intuition told her that the girl had sothing important to say.

She tugged on Finn's sleeve to signal him to stop talking, then turned to Gwen and spoke gently.

"Hello, my na is Wanda. I'm an Avenger. If sothing's wrong, you can talk to ."

"The Avengers?"

Gwen froze for a mont.

The na sounded familiar.

Then, it clicked.

Her eyes lit up. "You're the Scarlet Witch!"

After arriving in this unfamiliar world the night before, she had imdiately searched local newspapers to gather information.

She had read about a superhero team called the Avengers. From what she had gathered, they were a group of heroes—just like her.

And not long ago, they had saved the entire world.

If anyone could help her return ho, it would probably be the Avengers.

"Witch, looks like you're quite famous. She recognized you right away."

Finn smirked, handing Gwen a cup of coffee and a piece of bread.

"Shut up."

Wanda shot him an exasperated look before turning back to Gwen.

"Let's go over there and talk. Is that okay?"

"Uh-huh."

Gwen nodded.

The three of them drank their coffee as they walked toward the park.

It was just after 7 AM, and the park was eerily quiet. The crisp autumn air blew through the trees, rustling the golden leaves that had gathered on the benches and pathways.

"His na is Finn, and he's my..."

Wanda hesitated. She wasn't sure how to introduce him.

"I'm her boyfriend. The Scarlet Witch gets shy sotis."

Finn smirked, grabbing Wanda's hand.

"I can tell you two really care about each other."

Gwen wasn't surprised—she had already figured out they were a couple.

She then introduced herself.

"My na is Gwen Stacy."

Finn's expression changed slightly when he heard her na.

His eyes scanned her again, and suddenly, the pieces clicked into place.

"Gwen Stacy?"

Gwen nodded.

"Is sothing wrong?"

She clenched her fists slightly, feeling a wave of nervousness.

She worried that another version of her might already exist in this universe.

According to what she knew about parallel universes, alternate versions of herself could exist in different realities.

So could even have identical life paths.

"It's nothing. That's a nice na."

Finn shook his head, though internally, he was shocked.

No wonder she seed familiar.

She was Gwen Stacy—the Spider-Woman from another universe.

In her world, it wasn't Peter Parker who beca Spider-Man.

It was her.

But this version of Gwen was still young—probably only sixteen or seventeen.

Finn hadn't recognized her at first, partly because of her age and partly because he had never actually seen Gwen in real life before.

"Ignore him. He's always like this."

Wanda, unaware of Finn's realization, continued the conversation.

"Gwen, what did you want to tell us?"

Gwen took a deep breath, her expression serious.

"This might be hard to believe, but..."

She hesitated.

Talking about multiversal travel wasn't exactly easy. Most people wouldn't believe it.

"You don't want to tell us you're from another universe, do you?"

Finn asked, half-joking but already knowing the answer.

"How do you know?!"

Gwen instinctively took a step back, eyes widening.

"Relax. We're dealing with the sa situation. You're not the only one from another universe."

Finn reassured her.

Gwen studied the two carefully. After confirming they weren't lying, she finally spoke.

"Is there any way for you to send back?"

She didn't have many options.

Aside from Finn and Wanda, she had no one else to turn to.

"It's complicated. There's a doctor—well, a sorcerer—who's working on a solution."

Finn figured that Doctor Strange was still in Kamar-Taj, searching for answers in ancient texts.

Actually, Finn had so ideas about restoring reality himself.

After all, he had cast the mory-erasing spell before.

But there was an easier way.

Find Arica Chavez.

She had the ability to travel between universes. If they could locate her, opening a portal would be simple.

Unfortunately, Arica Chavez hadn't appeared yet.

"Is there another way? I can't stay here forever."

Gwen's voice was tinged with despair. If she never returned, her family would be worried sick.

And she was nearly broke.

"It's only a matter of ti, but trust —you'll get back soon."

Finn patted her shoulder.

He noticed her dark circles again.

"You haven't slept all night, have you?"

"I don't have money for a hotel, and it's freezing outside. I walked around all night."

Gwen admitted, forcing a weak smile.

"Finn, she's exhausted. Let's take her to the Sanctum."

Wanda touched Gwen's cheek—her skin was ice-cold.

"Good idea. Stephen's place has housed multiversal visitors before."

Just as they were about to leave, Gwen stopped abruptly.

Her expression turned sharp.

"Sothing's coming."

Finn and Wanda turned to her in confusion.

"My Spider-Sense is tingling."

Then—

BOOM!!!

A distant building exploded.

The explosion rattled the streets, sending debris flying as people scread and scrambled for cover. The fiery glow from the blast reflected in Gwen's widened eyes as she instinctively crouched, preparing to spring into action.

Finn and Wanda exchanged glances. This was turning into more than just a casual morning coffee.

"That's the Green Goblin," Finn muttered, his expression darkening. "And if I'm not mistaken..."

He trailed off as his gaze landed on the red-and-blue figure swinging through the chaos, dodging another pumpkin bomb. The hero's movents were fast, precise—too familiar.

"That's Spider-Man," Wanda confird, her fingers twitching as she prepared a hex just in case.

Finn clenched his fists, his body tense. "But which one?"
